I'm not dead yet! (I'm only half-undead)
I stole this from another guild.
So, this is a free RP with a twist. Play whatever you want and do whatever you want, but you roll a d6 to determine the outcome, which I'll narrate. Either roll yourself or let me roll for you, it doesn't make any difference. I'll automatically roll for you in any Roll to Dodge! situation, such as getting attacked, triggering a trap, etc.
Results:
1: Epic fail! You do the exact opposite of what you intended. 2: Failure. Whatever you wanted to do, it didn't happen. 3: Partial success. You succeed, but at a cost. 4: Success. You succeed, no strings attached. 5: Perfect success. You succeed so well, it comes with a benefit. 6: Overshoot. You succeed so well that it has unintended consequences.
As an example, you decide you want to build a campfire:
1: I don't know how you managed to do it, but you've managed to freeze the kindling solid. 2: You just can't manage to light the fire. 3: The fire is lit, but you burn your hand (-1 to next roll). 4: You light the fire. Huzzah! 5: You light the fire in record time and feel very good about yourself (+1 to next roll). 6: Well, you manage to light the campfire. And the camp. And the forest. Uh...
That 6 result would also create a Roll to Dodge! situation for anyone in the camp, yourself included. In the original game, there was an emphasis on comedy, but we could do anything you want.
You create the world as you play. Want to visit a village, but there isn't one? Perform the action "I search for a village." Or something similar.
Rules:
1. No godmodding. If you interact with anyone (even an NPC), let their player respond. You may still roll to perform an action on them. Also, if a result happens that you don't like, don't ignore it, roll with it and try to rectify it in your next action. 2. One action per round. A round is of variable length and ends the moment I narrate the results. You may post more than once per round, as long as only one action is made. 3. Injuries are healed with a roll check. You may resurrect yourself or another player only on a 6 result. 4. One character per player. If your character dies or leaves, you may create another 5. Create your character in your first post. There are no restrictions, though it's worth remembering that all characters have an equal chance at success in any area at the start of the game. This may change depending on actions and results. Once created, I'll list your character in the next post. It'll have the character's name, the player name, a brief description and any game effects, in that order. Eg. Bob - KeJoRo - A completely average, nondescript man - +1 to rolls involving trees, minor injury.
Any questions, either PM me or post it in here along with your action.

Grassy Field
You wake up in a field with no idea how you got there or where you are. The sun shines pleasantly above you and there is a very mild wind.

"Hmmm... Am I still dreaming? Wait-" Koji jumped up and looked around in a hurry. "This isn't funny! Who did this? Who brought me all the way out here?!" The pampered prince stomped on the grass...and on something soft and fluffy. A cat meowed in pain, then hissed at it's owner, who immediately released the cat's tail from between the ground and his foot. "Oh, Lyla!" He tried to pick her up, but she squirmed in anger and ran off down the field of grass. "Wait! Wait!" He called after her and began to run down the hill. His intent was to catch her. He could worry about whoever pulled this awful prank later.
((Edit: Wait, do I write the possible results before I post or do I post what happens afterwords?))

((Don't worry about the results, as narrator, I'll write down the results of what happened, you just worry about the attempt. Since you've rolled a 5, that's a perfect success. Your character's intent is to catch her, so he's caught her with an added benefit))
Koji
Koji put on a burst of speed after the angry cat. Surprisingly, even to Koji himself, the chase was incredibly short. He caught up to Lyla and scooped her up in his arms. Lyla squirmed for a moment before calming down, over the initial shock of her trampled tail and began to purr.
+1 to any future rolls involving Lyla the cat!

She awoke to the sound of birds chirping and when she opened her eyes, the sunlight seemed blinding. She pushed herself up into a sitting position and felt something beneath her hand. It was grass! Mina blinked, rubbed her eyes, and woke up a little more before reacting. "What happened? I don't remember. Did I collapse?" She looked around quickly to see that no one else was around- no wait, there was someone! A bone chilling grin crept across the small girl's face. He hadn't noticed, so she had an advantage!
She began to creep up on the stranger, hoping to take him by surprise...

Mina made no sound at all as she crept up on Koji. +1 to next roll!Koji, Roll to Dodge! Overshoot!Despite being distracted by Lyla, Koji was extremely alert and noticed the stranger sneaking up on him at the very last second. He dodged with a single, lightning fast reflex! However, his movements once again spooked Lyla, who catapulted herself from his arms and took off once again.

"Hey, what's the meaning of- Look what you've done!" He started to run after Lyla, then stopped. "Well? Aren't you going to help me catch- Wait, were you just trying to attack me?!" He turned and tried to grab her arm.

KojiForgotten Hamburger He turned and tried to grab her arm. Koji, flustered at the apparent attack, the re-escape of Lyla, and having used a lot of energy in his initial dodge made a very slow grasp at Mina's arm. +1 to Mina's Dodge Roll!Mina, Roll to Dodge! Failure!Mina, despite being a master of sneaking and the fact that Koji's grasping was very slow, utterly failed to move out of the way, mostly due to the idea he would try to grab her back being completely nonsensical to her. Koji was grabbing her arm!

Who does he think he is? Was he threatening her?! "Forget about your stupid cat! If I were you, I'd be more worried about myself!" Mina giggled. The grin crept across her face once more. "You don't know who you're dealing with..." This was her attempt to scare him. The nerve of this guy... He just HAD to be the one behind this- whatever this is!

MinaSledgehammer Loon This was her attempt to scare him. Still gripped by the prince, Mina made no attempt to move and instead focussed her fury into scaring him off. Koji, Roll to Dodge! Failure!Koji was unnerved by the crazy person he was holding onto and reflexively left go of her and stepped back.

"D-did y-you do this? W-who are y-you? W-w-what are you?!" Koji, clearly terrified, turned and ran to find Lyla but tripped on something in the grass. What was it? A branch? A Root? No! It was a sheathed Katana! But what was it doing out here?! Koji reached for the weapon.

KojiForgotten Hamburger Koji reached for the weapon. Koji grabbed the katana by the tsuka with trembling hands and in one fluid motion drew the blade from its saya. While nothing exceptional, it was nontheless a well crafted sword and he pointed it at his assailant.
