 Currently Open, Last day for submissions is 9/24What do you suppose happens when Batshit meets Deranged meets Unbalanced? Apparently they get together, rent a laboratory for a month and move in all their unhinged looking equipment for something akin to a Mad Scientists Lan party? We owners(AKA: Livewire, Sinbari, and Yousei Akki) take absolutely no responsibility for the actions of our Pockettu in the following group effort. However I suppose there is no way we can stop any of you from encouraging them...I don't suppose whimpering would do us any good?

 Behold the unfortunate Victim...erm...sorry...TEST SUBJECT. Rikor, Arzt, and Vizeral have rounded up a small group of these poor unfortunates and currently have them in various uncomfortable accommodations pending their...modifications. Each scientist has their own specialty and may be inclined to accept 'donations' from people who are interested in helping to further their 'work'. It should be noted that at the time being the Doctors are not accepting any volunteers for their research purposes. (The Test Subject is merely the Base for the Semi-customs. Based on the donations received, the Test Subject will be edited accordingly. You will be allowed to request 2 colours to be included with the semi-custom. After that it's all in the hands of the Scientist you 'trust') Edit: You may submit one form per scientist (a total of 3 max). If you have already posted, please make a new post though, please. Edit 2: If your form is picked, you will need to send a trade of 200 mil to the appropriate colorist (we are using the mystery prices since, well, they are sorta mysteries?
