It had been another busy and full morning of training and Adonis just as he did every day was leading his family, (That came for the day) back home. Careful and regal paws carried him though the busy market of the Kingdom's capital, Yǒnghéng zhī huǒ, the Eternal Flame, and home.

Just as always Adonis' purple eyes remained trained forward, but focused on their surroundings. He had to be, being in Oni's army one always had to be alert to one's settings. It was important, especially with the shifting of sands that their kingdom was being built on. White and yellow proud tail remained raised over hunches as the Tahtill proceeded forward with his family.

---

Little black paws looped and along side his father's longer strides. Tiny round belly boggled to and fro as the larger cub hopped along to be at his father's and cousin's pace. Ajax's dark tail angled and dangled like a ridged poll, above his hunches.

Bright obsidian orbs looked about the bustling market place. There was a lot going on, but nothing the cub could or would focus on completely. 'Unnecessary distractions' is what his father would call them. Eyes looked up to his father's chin and gaze before focusing forward once more. Dark ears turned and angled forward, as he was determined to at least act as foucsed as his cousin and father. It was really too bad that his brothers were not along with them today.

----

Sir Warden walked along side the white and yellow fire b'alam. White horn raised proud in a almost matching poised stride as his uncle. Golden orbs looked over to his Cousin, a little smile tugged on his white and red raw. The little cub seemed so determined to be like them. Looking from the smaller b'alam, yellow eyes looked about the Market. It was about as busy as usual, no new b'alam had yet to catch Warden's eyes.

Stepping within the capitol's Marketplace of Yǒnghéng zhī huǒ was something Regina would of never contemplated being woven outside the city's limits. Her own desire to learn more of this world traveling both few and far finally let her padded paws step within this bustling active vicinity. Pursing her lips dressed in velvet lavishly draped about her neck she paused looking for the one that had summoned her.

The notice had appeared as if by coincidence yet it proved to be right on target in seeking her whereabouts.

Being the bustling center of attraction the marketplace proved to be quite inhabited with sellers, buyers, and occasional passersby. The regal looking female whom stayed out of gossip's eye usually avoided places of grandeur and attention. Narrowing her eyes with a flick of her tail she stood seemingly rigid amongst the crowd seeking wares and opportunities. While she could browse in the meantime her image displayed she was growing a tad impatient waiting on the very Ba'lam that had summoned her.

Possible fault of time restraints or unknown consequences could be the cause of such a lateness. She just had to keep telling herself this so her temper would stay in check. In truth Regina wasn't woven to deal with foolhardiness nor shenanigans but if need be she would tolerate them this time for the sake of a "proposal" as the other had written their particular words.

Sighing deeply she turned to look at some of the wares to bide her time shaking her head as near hued ebony locks flowed nicely around her neck .

What was taking this recruiter so long to find her? No other attendee of this Marketplace carried her regal stance nor appearance.

~*~

Moving out quickly within the large crowd the Dragon Soldier Tatsumi sought out the one summoned from outside the city limits. Many fire Ba'lam were being summoned for the coming war so it wasn't too surprising that notices were issued farther than the capitol. Stepping lightly through the many bodies keeping her stance rigid she looked around the center for the "one" intended of the meeting. There seemed to be quite a gathering this day making things more difficult in simply spotting a certain "potential recruit" among the masses. Swiveling her ears she she moved within the crowd seeking the dark haired female dressed within the velvet of blood cape. This was her first real mission persay from being woven trusted in expectancy to convince and bring the intended into the ranks.

Lifting her head higher she noticed the description of who she sought browsing wares from where she stood.

"Finally" she spoke to herself heading over to introduce herself. Being her first real mission as they called it Tassumi hoped she hadn't made a mistake in keeping this future recruit. Tact was one thing that was rewarded while being past time restraints could lead one into some unpleasant future. Yǒnghéng zhī huǒ was indeed a crowd gather it was sometimes near impossible to gether where certain parties conversed while others waited for their summoner to appear from the gathering of bodies.

Adonis careful and poised gaze moved carefully about the square. Mindfully his gaze looked for familiar faces or characters of interested. Just anyone that might catch or draw the fire triber's sharp gaze. Out of the lower part of his gaze, he could see his own carved, Ajax loping beside him. Each large uneven strides of his, that bounced him forward to keep pace with his cousin and father. A smile graced Adonis' maw as he figured the cub's larger paws and awkward heavy stride gave evidence that the Grand Weaver planned for him to be quiet large when he reached adult hood. There was no doubt in his mind that his brothers would also be just as large. The family of Naraan was a proud clan, and a strong one at that...

Yellow tail rose highly above even bobbed hunches as each paw step took Adonis deeper in to the heart of the square, It was then that those purple eyes of his caught something rouge in color. The vibrate and rich red pulled his attentive gaze to spare more then a glance. The crimson belonged to a Nahtlil, and was the form of some sort of cape that draped over her pink fur in elegance.

The Nahtlil only gained a moment's noticed by the tahtil, that was until his eyes caught the sight of a familiar solider that looked to be approaching her. Such a thing was speculated, but the other's sudden determined and confident stride as she noticed the crimson caped Nahtlil.

Interesting...

Adonis' careful steps slowed as he slowly shifted his steps from the main path of the market, and pause at the safe harbor of a nearby stall. He trusted his nephew and son would follow, just as they always did-as they were rare seen with out the other's company-they moved as a swift unit. Something drew his curiosity to such a notable event, enough to remain close to see and hear what the exchange was about.

----

The young cub Ajax followed as best as he could in the larger more elegant strides of his father. Dark tail bobbed and wiggled as he did his best to stay on paw in his large raised paw leaps to stay at pace with his father and cousin. They made walking look so easy, well...it wasn't hard-but it sure was difficult to do so and keep pace. Though, however strenuous it was too keep up, the cub was determined to not make a bother or whine about the struggle. No, he had to be strong. That and he knew and trusted, that if they needed to-his family would slow and wait for him. Though, the goal and challenge was to make it so they didn't have to cater to such things.

Black maw opened partly revealing sharp little white teeth and pink tongue, which shifted ever so slightly with each worked up breath. The cub was so focused on his path ahead of him, he hadn't noticed his father's sudden change and shift of direction. That was until, he felt the soft fur of his father's leg gently bumping him. In a flop, Ajax stumbled to the side and landed back on his hunches. Dark tail wiggled and waggled as he kept himself from toppling over. Which with his round uneven cubby chubby tummy, made it almost near impossible.

A soft little rumble and chirp left the cub in his rolly polly plight.

----

"I got you." The Soft words left the maw of Sir Warden in a soft chuckle. Just a she spoke his head lowered to gently grab at catching his younger cousin from toppling completely over. His nose and horns carefully nudged him toward his larger paws. Sir Warden had been walking along side his uncle, but was a bit more mindful of the younger paws that was under them.

It wasn't every day that his uncle, Adonis was so distracted that he miss stepped just as he did. Hopefully in time, and as Ajax grew it wouldn't be so easy to do.

However, for now-obviously something caught his uncle's gaze.

As Ajax was flopped back on his paws, and Sir's red gaze made sure he was okay his head raised to look over at his uncle. White paw steps drew him closer to the elder.

"What is it?" Sir Warden's words where soft and unattainable by others, thanks to the help of the market bustle that was around them.

Within a blink of time there she was moving rapidly upon paws of hope.

It was plain reality of observation as the Regal female agitated with her dilemma finally realized the intended party had located her. Not that it wasn't obvious around the marketplace goers as they mingled around her buying supplies and overpriced necessities. Still she was understanding to a slight degree giving the newcomer reason to explain her tardiness. It could persay be her failure in her job status but being stuck in the city momentarily she opted to her the young girl's speech. Narrowing her eyes she looked at the female as she finally arrived showing her displeasure in having to wait when there was a strict time meeting agreed to.

Quickly Regina took an evaluation of who she was dealing with long before the younger Ba'lam spoke. Quite Lanky with a deep brown coat she seemed newly woven into the world. She showed frustration in those yellow orbs knowing she potentially may of sabotaged her first real impression. Still though Regina was impressed that this "recruiter" hadn't turned tail and abolished her orders in lack of performance. Her heaving sides signaled to Regina that there certainly was prevalence in those awkward steps. Shrugging silently she actually posed a smile upon her maw toward the recruiter. Even in irritation you couldn't make a scene in such a bustling city where the ears were in the hundreds and the gazes always watching.
"Are you Tatsumi?" she queried with a sharp gaze still accented with that painted smile, "I've come to hear your request as I have promised".

~*~*~*~*~

Tatsumi kept her eyes on her intended moving hastily to the point of almost tripping. Mumbling to herself she still hadn't fathomed regality and the proper steps to being upper class. Being woven specifically for the war her understanding of the world was still weak at best. The only thing her mind fathomed was strictly doing whatever her Superiors commanded of her any any given time. Once her padded paws moved her closer to her goal Tatsumi realized just how "new" she was to the world standing feet away from Regina. For starters Regina held an air the younger female couldn't describe which was mesmerizing mingled with uncertainty. She could tell Regina was agitated slowly cursing herself for getting lost in a crowd this big on a bustling market day. The royal appearance of Regina made her look intimidating at first with a hard edged stare as it pierced into Tatsumi's soul like a heated blade. She shivered momentarily then regained her composure telling herself this was far from what her superiors desired of her. Those not conforming to the ranks and rules would not survive a night either in torture or exiled from the kingdom. Closing her eyes she took a deep breath then finally approached the awaiting recruit.

"Yes" she spoke not a quiver resonating from her voice. Instead she held composure and strength in her voice and eyes, "Regina first off I am ashamed of my tardiness. I did not realize that the market would of been so crowded this day".

Her voice strayed not from the truth giving full apology for her failure to be punctual, "Thank you for meeting me though my superiors shall be pleased". Now she moved in closer standing straighter her eyes trained upon Regina like the deep moon in a summer's night.

"I've summoned you here because my superiors believe you would be a good candidate for the Dragon Army. There has been quite a recommendation coming from the higher ranks in reference to you and your qualities. You are a great asset should you choose to join us and Lord Shen in his ideals ". Finally she had spoken her directive hoping Regina wouldn't contest her orders making things seemingly difficult. Being her first real mission the young female hoped that water flowed smoothly under a bridge for if a dam blocked the flow many questions would arise.

Ajax's awkward body wiggled and shifted with the help of Sir Warden's catch. Thankfully his cousin was there to help him. Shaking his head his paws slapped on the ground. With a heave he straightened himself up.

"Daaaaaad." The cub huffed as he scrunched his maw and brow up to his father.

---

"Oh. Sorry Ajax" The rich words left adonis' maw in a distracted drift. He only took a glance down to his dark little cub shadow to make sure he was okay. His sight quickly replaced its self on the event of the two nahtlils.

His yellow ear shifted past white locks and he looked back to his nephew, Sir Warden.

"I don't know..." Adonis answered honestly. "Just, those two seem important." Yellow tail shifted a little behind him curiously.

---

Sir Warden's maw frown slightly, such a answer didn't seem to satisfy the younger b'alam. After all, it wasn't often he had seen his uncle so distracted.

It must be important, even if the description was lacking. Orange eyes drifted over to where his uncle's focused.

"Perhaps the Grand Weaver is trying to tell you something?" The younger b'alam suggested easily. It was just as vague as a answer....

Words soaking within lied curiously with the Fire Ba'lam making her eye raise in subtle interest. Invited to a grand gala of intrigue to participate in the upcoming war she supposed. "Interesting" her maw opened leaving room for further comment should she see fit. "Perhaps it would be worth my while if your superiors see something of interest in my talents". Standing idle she gazed past the recruit feeling the edge of being watched. Now her eyes scanned the market feeling the eyes upon her. This being the recruit's dream come to life along with salvation clearly was what Regina would see through. Still the notion stuck in her mind of being a soldier with the ability to harness more power should she rise the occasion. The young female need not worry about denial in the acceptance of the offering. Infact, Regina had merely stepped in fire pits as embers knowing how an army rank would smite those opposed to Lord Shen. Indeed she believed herself not inherently evil but the sheer thought of flames engrossing her spirit lavishly like her cloak was mesmerizing.

A painted canvas ceased as the world stopped spinning. Momentarily the soldier's maw slacked making her own presence known that her accomplishment was handled wrapped in silver lustrous lining. Simplicity with no heartfelt reasoning simmered heavily within her subconscious of her first job being handled professionally. Well with a twinge of near failure she could breathe now knowing full well Regina of the outerlands would be among the ranks of the elite in no time. Tatsumi smiled discreetly at Regina along with her inner joy bubbling within. Not a trace surfaced in her composure standing straight as her tail returned to swaying in a routine manner.

"Excellent" she breathed contentedly, " My superior shall be pleased in your acceptance to the army. If you are ready we shall now exit to the premises of my station. Further orders will be given to you in full there. Are there any questions?"

Noticing the youth's pride in her first recruitment job she couldn't help but smile inwardly to herself. "If you are content then so am I". She herself was merely a cub within her mind when the weaver first opened her eyes breathing life. Mistakes were made upon the foundations of righteousness and so on. Without failure there was room for error leading one into a spiral of despair and hopelessness. Regina though annoyed by the recruit's tardiness grew slightly fond of her ambition letting the female think she was indeed worth instead of trash like most unruly children.

"Very well Tatsumi. Lead the way and I shall follow in return". Taking a step forward she began following her recruiter toward the next defined step of her life. Discovering her true potential in power, respect, and mostly admiration of a young girl trying to succeed in life. In their steps they came closer to a small band of conversing Ba'lam Regina distinctly remembered watching them as the offer was laid upon the table rightfully accepted. Even while concentrating on the offer she dutifully noted being watched.

Perhaps....

Or maybe, the Elder solider recognized one of the two nahtlils He was sure that was it. A yellow ear folded back, as the reminder hit him like a pile of rocks. The Nahtlil was of the Army just as he...well, the newer reformed one that Lord Shen had created. She was of the new batch of soldiers that joined the ranks of fire loyalist.

A few of nahtlil's shared words caught Adonis careful ears. From what he could piece together, is the regal Nahtlil was being invited to join their ranks...

A new recruit.

And as if faith had a working paw in the moment, the two Nahtlils started heading their way.

A little amused smile passed over the elder's maw. As he realized that his staring might have not went unnoticed.

"Ajax, stay with in shadow." Adonis spoke giving a glance to his cub, before looking to his nephew.

"Warden." He spoke and turned his eyes to the two Nahtlils that approached.

Long confident paws carried the elder to meet the two Nahtlil.

"Forgive my overly curious ears and my prying eyes..." The elder's rich soft voice announced himself as he paused in front of the two Nans. He hoped to explain his staring and curiosity.

"But I couldn't help but notice the hunt of a new prospect?" Adonis smiled to the two Nahtlils.

"Fire burn with in you, Nahtlils" The yellow and white b'alam offered a elegant smile.

---
Sir Warden became quiet as his uncle seemed to be in some sort of deep thought. Looking from Adonis, Sir Warden's eyes focused on the two Nahtlils that now shifted their path towards them.

Warden did recognize one of them, but the Nahtlil's name did escape him...

As Adonis spoke and ordered him to follow his lead. Sir Warden shifted with out a word and followed in paw at his side. Reaching the two Nahtlils, the tahtll offered a respectful nod and let his Uncle negotiate the sudden introduction..

---
"You stepped on me." The little dark cub released a huff as his whine when ignored by his father.

Curious eyes looked between his cousin and father. The both of them seemed really distracted and speaking between themselves, as if he wasn't there. Another huff left the cub, he really could not wait till he was bigger and would be included In such adult things. A dark ear flicked back, as his stubby little tail whipped around with some attitude. The cubby little cub wondered if he could get away with running off to the training ground. Crucible would at least pay attention to him, right?

What a silly thought, she didn't seem to care for cubs either...but she did like him, he was a special case it seemed. Ajax did always try his best when he trained with her.

With a quick rattle of his tail, his ears flicked back as he was told to follow.

Oh, so he wasn't forgotten. With a hop, Ajax did as he was told and followed in his Father's shadow.

Their words caught Tatsumi off guard and yet even with her composure she noted eyes had been settled upon them. The gaze reminded her of what she was representing but before she could speak Regina stepped forward.

"Good day. Yes you are correct she has recruited me for the greater cause some may say" the regal attired Fire Ba'lam spoke with a confident response leaving her feelings on the matter simply put in her words. He was indeed an elder which revered respect with a nod of her head. Some Ba'lam were born in a blink of an eye while others grew within their lifetime alongside the guidance of others. Someday she'd of course be a grand elder both powerful and renowned among the others of Yǒnghéng zhī huǒ including the entire Fire Kingdom. Being an outsider she was learning much and still she deemed this new change of heart rewarding from the overcast past she had lead before.

Bowing Tatsumi regarded the elder with much respect, "I speak in the name of Lord Shen whom shall rise upwards and with our loyal Dragon Army. I was weaved for this very purpose and will not speak past the destined path I have been given".

"Such a brave girl" Regina thought contently to herself. She had certainly been right to accept Tatsumi's proposal placing herself in a place of higher power. Lord Shen was rumored not to be taken lightly which she herself dared not pursue. For sometimes things were better off where the sleeping tigers lie.

While time fleeted she had done her share of recruitment leaving her to a full meal upon return. It was though in her best interest to learn of the others particularly older than she. Being newly woven the young fire soldier yearned to learn things outside her rank while keeping an ear close to her duties, "Forgive me I am new to introductions among others, "I am Tatsumi recruiting soldier for the Dragon Army and this is Regina whom has come from the far off fire lands. May I request your namesakes as well?"

Sure this was a bit on the conversation end and yet she would learn more or possibly understand whom they were approached by.

Regina particularly took note of the elder and the company he kept. She too in her own subtle way was curious of understanding these Ba'lam that had taken particular interest in the entire recruitment. She smiled being respectable wondering the thoughts going through their minds currently. Perhaps a name ... yes a name would perhaps trigger her thoughts why this particular elder would of seemed almost recognizable beyond the swirling haze keeping her from her idle thoughts.

Adonis' brow raised with some amusement by the Nahtlil's faintly defensive answer. The elder's smile widen just a little, it was a fair answer-he did after all not introduce himself. It was good of her to answer in such a manner. The other nahtlil's answer caused Adonis' maw to part with a stronger smile.

"Yes, which is much desired of a solider. " The Elder spoke, and nodded to the younger b'alam's pardon. " There is no doubt, Lord Shen would be proud." Adonis went on to speak.

"However, apologizes are mine-perhaps I have become too confident in what I thought was my own renown." Adonis chuckled. "I am of the Clan of Naraan." The yellow and alabaster b'alam stated, tilting his scared white horns respectfully to the Nahtlils, in a respectful bow.

The Clan of Naraan was one of the largest of the fire tribe, their family line had reached to a third generation through Adonis' litter. They are know for their support of Oni and the fire tribe army, as they where established before Shen's take over of the the tribe.

"I am Adonis," The Elder spoke and shifted to raise himself. Straightening his stance his horns tilted to the black and white Tahtll beside him." this my Nephew, Sir Warden." Adonis spoke with a growing smile. "And the cub, is my son Ajax."

"We are of the Dragon Army, Under Oni's direct command..." The elder went on to explain, a chuckle paused his lengthy explanation. " Well except the little set of horns." He smile, his son Ajax had already expressed him desire to be a solider just like him and Sir Warden.

"That will change in time, of course." Adonis stated letting his words rest. He felt he might have spoken enough...

---

Sir Warden stood by his uncle's side and was keen to remain vigilante to his elder's wordless instruction.

"Fire burn with in you, Nahtlils." The Younger adult spoke softly as he was introduced and just as his uncle, he offered a respectful bow of his own white horns. They too where scared and looked to have meet with several clashes like his uncle. There was a faint cut that looked to be healing that teared from the corner of his left eye.

---

As his father spoke, Ajax let his chest puff proudly as he was introduced. Following after their own instruction he quickly tilted his horns toward the Nahtll's a bit more zealously then the older two b'alam. His dark horns had gotten bigger and the shift of weight caused his head to dip quicker and harder foward....a miscalculation on his part, as his ebony nose smacked the ground under him with a soft 'thud'.
