π²π―π¬π΄π« πΏπ―π¦π«π π’ π¬π£ πππ©π±π¬ Aldon stood just outside the castles gates, the ropes of the three horses in his hands. His bag of supplies and clothes was slung over his back. He sighed as he leaned against the wall, looking up at the castle he could just barely make out little Sylus in his bedroom window looking down at him. He smiled softly, before looking at the horses. They all looked to be in top pique and would survive the journey. Aldon sighed once more and looked at the sky, "It's been a year since my last trip..." he said softly his hand reaching up to touch the scar on his shoulder. "I think we all are." She replied to Kaiden before they arrived outside the gate soon enough. Once she spotted Aldon with the horses she smiled cheerfully and let Kaiden's hand slip free of hers. "Shall we get this show on the road? I think Kaiden is a little antsy and wanting to head out as soon as possible." She said with a slight snicker, teasing her dear brother as usual. Plus she was trying her best to act as normal as possible around them so that they wouldn't have to focus on whatever was bothering them for a change.

Kaiden chuckles slightly then he places his hand on top of his sister's head,"I just want to get out of here before mother and father catches us.." he heard his horse tap her foot on the ground twice as he pats her neck then he also said,"I also want to escape from one of my trainers.." Kaiden's horse was hiding Kaiden's face as he slung his bag onto her but he instantly places his hand on the side of his head then he shakes his head to make the headache go away as he searches for the reigns then he hops on his horse as he waited for his siblings to hop on to their horses.

His one about his trainer however made her frown slightly. "Being caught by father would be easy to get out of punishment, well for me any way. Being caught by mother though would be scary." She murmured before looking over at Aldon. "Sounds like one of his trainers has yet to learn the words take a break." She said with a smirk as she took the reigns of her horse and went about placing her bag where it wouldn't be in the way. "Do you think we'll get caught?" She asked curiously while walking her horse over to a log so that she could mount up. One of the many joy's of being only 5'5" was not being able to get onto a horse without some sort of help.

π²π―π¬π΄π« πΏπ―π¦π«π π’ π¬π£ πππ©π±π¬ Aldon blinked as he heard voices, his hand subconsciously moving to sit on the hilt of his sword. Releasing his hold on his sword only when he saw his siblings come into view just as the sun began to set. He laughed lightly at their anxiousness to leave. "Hey I wasn't the ones who took forever to get packed." Aldon smiled and nodded in agreement, it would be in their best interests to leave as soon as possible. Their parents would notice them missing when dinner began and none of them were in attendance. He quickly mounted his steed. He watched Kaid get onto his horse, worry pinching his brow. No matter how tough his brother or he himself was...he'd always worry about his little brother. He cherished him, besides if he somehow managed to fail in succeeding, it was Kaiden in line next and he would be a just king. At Athena's worry of them getting caught he smiled genuinely, "For certain but we can tell them we were out surveying the damage to all the kingdoms in the wake of the eruption. Kaiden then moves his horse forward as he soon gets off to his help his sister get on hers then he said,"You already have too much on your plate as it is.." then he made a slightly flinch as his head was hurting him again but he ignores it as he made sure that Athena was on her horse then he hops back on his own. Kaiden soon took the lead as his siblings followed him then he thought to himself,'I just want to help out as much as I can..'
He slowed his horse into a walk then he covered his mouth as he slowly yawned then he fixed his eye wrap before they head out.

Athena replied with a smirk before giggling a bit and nodding. "Kaiden's right you have enough on your plate already. Plus I think if we all stick to the story of surveying the damages then papa will at least buy it." She said before giving Kaiden a soft thank you for the help up onto her horse, noticing his flinch. "Are you alright Kaid?" She asked while getting comfortable in her saddle and finally moving up next to her brothers. She gave a worried look to Aldon, silently asking if he had taken note of thier brothers flinch too.

Kaiden then said as he lightly nodded,"Yeah, I'm fine just a tiny headache, it will pass..you both ready?" he turned his head slightly like he was looking behind him as he waited for his siblings to respond to him while Isara moves her head up and down a little as she too was anxious to leave but she is very patient as Kaiden lightly grips on to her reigns.

I'll be fine. What's the worst they can do? Betroth me again? We all saw how well that worked last time..." the last of his words were tinged with sadness. He kept his gaze on the horizon so his siblings would not see the pain hidden in his eyes. Aldon gripped his reigns tight and put on his best face, giving his siblings a classic Aldon smile. "Let's get out of here. "Ready when you two are." She replied to Kaiden before giggling a little at Aldon's comment. "You never know what they'll choose as punishment. After all they are our parents and probably have any number of ways to deal with our insolence." She said before breathing a soft sigh. "Is being betrothed to another really all that bad? I mean sure you don't know the person, but wont you eventually grow fond of one another?" She asked curiously despite hearing the hint of sadness in her elder brother's voice. She knew all too well that he was most likely thinking of Rose and worrying about whether she was safe or not considering they had heard nothing once the throne was overtaken. Naturally her own thoughts went to Roland as she took hold of her reigns a bit more, and so she sent a silent prayer to the fates that he be alright. Afterwards she gave her mare a light kick so that she was a little bit closer to her brothers.
"Come on, lets get going before we actually get caught. Though I'll admit I'm not fond of the idea of travelling at night, at least we'll look a little less strange." She stated cheerfully, hoping to lift their spirits a little if she could.

Kaiden then said,"Then no more worries, we act ourselves for once," he puts on his playful smile while Isara neighs with excitement as she did a couple of small jumps then Kaiden snaps on the reigns and Isara took off like a bullet as he just challenge his older brother and younger to a race.
He wanted to spend time with his siblings as much as possible before anything else happens, people Zalto may treat him with disrespect while treating his family with most respect, he wanted to known, he wanted to be respect like his family but he is will to work hard as ever even though his family respected him already and he loved and thanked them for that.

After the goodbye had been said to everyone and Aldon had gotten the horse moving, Athena breathed a soft sigh of relief. She was truthfully glad to be on the road home, though she wasn't happy about the idea of possible marriage. As they travelled though she couldn't keep her thoughts in order and soon looked up at her beloved eldest brother. "Are you really alright with the idea of joining houses?" She asked in a hushed tone so that the physician wouldn't hear her and in the end report back to the emperor what she was saying. The last thing they would need was that mans temper falling upon Zalto over an uncertain little girls thoughts. "You don't think mother and father have already made up their minds on which of us they'll send over do you? After all they really can only bring someone into the house for you, but can give either Kaiden or I to the other house.." She continued, rambling a little in the same hushed tone, clearly voicing the things on her mind for the time being.

Kaiden was ahead of his siblings but he very quiet about this whole thing, he felt so out of place as the emperor spoke about Aldon and Athena, his and Aldon's little sister marrying someone from the house of Lionis. He wanted Athena to be happy and same for his older brother then he lowers his head as he rubs his forehead with frustration.
Isara huffs as he then pets her neck telling her that he was fine, he just wanted to go home and ignore everything that has happened so far, he might go and find Sarah and see if she is alright, he just wanted to hear her voice again.

π²π―π¬π΄π« πΏπ―π¦π«π π’ π¬π£ πππ©π±π¬ Aldon kept his eyes forward as they continued on their journey back home. His thoughts running in circles in his head. Just exactly how was he going to tell his siblings that he fully intended to step up to the plate and marry into the Lionis household. He wanted nothing but happiness for his siblings and for that he would give up his own. Who knows maybe he'd end up liking the daughter he would be promised to. He made a mental note that he'd have to go back and introduce himself to the daughters so that he may hopefully end up picking the one he saw a higher possibility of getting along with and who would make a right and just queen for Zalto.
His sister's voice brought him from his thoughts and he let his eyes linger on her for just a moment before looking forward once more. His jaw clenched before he spoke softly, "Of course not, but it's better than a war and the risk of upsetting the Emperor. I'd do anything to protect you, our family and our kingdom...anything." Shaking his head at her speculation on whether their parents had made a decision already. "If they had, we would've heard word from them by carrier pigeon." He sighed, "I'm sure mother is against it, or at least that's what the Emperor had led me to believe by his subtle words. She must've clearly voiced her being against it as it clearly annoyed him. But it matters not. You need not worry about this any longer dear sweet Athena. I will take the hand of one of his daughters. I've already done this once before..." his jaw clenched tight, his eyes showing slight pain and annoyance, "I can do it again... Kaiden and yourself will have the choice on who you marry, if it'll be the death of me. I'm sure after a while I'll adjust once more.
