For the longest time Chester and his best friend ____ have been friends ever since kindergarten. Growing up together they've done so many things, experienced so much. In school they hung out together, played video games together, and enjoyed in happy moments. All this time Chad's best friend has been harboring a secret, he is really a she.

Her body not quite as developed as most teen girls her age she could easily disguise herself as a guy and had always wanted to confess to Chester. As well as confess the crush she's had on him since they were young. He was the only one that accepted her for who she was, even though all this time she was pretending to be a guy.

She thought she'd never get the chance to confess, until one night both of them got drunk. She romantically confessed to which both of them ended up making love but the realization that his best friend was actually a girl instead of a boy was all but forgotten in their drunken moment.

Since that night his best friend vanished from his life a month later. Before then he hadn't been feeling too well and would have to throw up a few times when they had hung out. Chad's best friend seemed to vanish from school, and his life oddly. For four months he had sent various texts not getting any replies. A bit hurt and confused he figured his friend had dropped out or landed in jail.

Until one night he got a text, asking him to come over after school. Chad's friend had something important to show him and discuss and he agreed not realizing what he was walking into. ____ was pregnant, not with one but triplets. Her body had developed a little during the pregnancy and she was worried her best friend would think it strange. That if she confessed when they were sober he'd leave her. Now in her fifth month it was clear she needed him now that she was getting bigger, so she reached out to him. Their babies needed to know their father after all.

As the school day ended Chester made his way to his best friend's house unaware of the truth and reality befalling him. Would they find love and raise their little ones? or would he be freaked out that his best friend was really a she all this time? On top of her being knocked up with his children!?

Jesse did not move for the longest time. She squeezed the pillow in front of her bulging belly. She was five months along and with triplets that was an even bigger surprise. She finally turned around to face him. "H....Hi Chester. I um.....have something I need to tell you. It's.....I don't know how to tell you this but you probably don't recall this. Remember the party where we got really drunk. I told you something really important about me and well one thing to another and well." She slowly stood placing the pillow back on the couch. She placed her hands on her abdomen before completely turning around to face Chester. "Chester I am actually a girl and I am five months pregnant with triplets. Th....There yours." She looked down not aware of the reaction that Chester was going to have which scared her just a little bit. Would he accept her or would he just leave her because she lied to him.

Jesse pushed Chester away. "I was afraid to tell you what would you have done or said if I had told you I mean look at you, you are crying." She placed her hand on her stomach and started to rub to calm the babies down or was it pain she was feeling she could not tell. "Besides you are the idiot I had a crush on you and I gave hints that should have made you aware that I was not a boy. My hair did start growing out and then when I looked at you I would twirl my hair or flutter my eyes, and there were times I would touch you gently not hard like I usually do. There was also times when girls would flirt with me but I would not give them the time of day and I would walk off when they fired with you. "

Jesse's breathing get picked up and she was getting upset. " I did tell you at the party that I was one and then when we slept together I don't ever regret it cause I love you."

Jesse suddenly winced as she grabbed her stomach she put her free hand on the couch . She collapsed to her knees. That was when she remembered that stress caused her a lot of pain. She took deep breaths to calm her body down.

"I...don't regret any of it." Jesse looked up at Chester she leaned up and kissed him but as she pulled away winced again. Ever since she became pregnant the stress and the pain it caused only got worse. It was to the point where she ended up in the hospital where it was found out that she had pregnancy hypertension. "Help me to the couch. The doctor told me to rest my body as much as I could. I have what they call pregnancy hypertension it flares up when I am stressed or worked up or if I have been working to much." She had managed to calm her body for the most part but there was still a lingering pain or it could be just the babies kicking again.

"I was afraid to tell you that is why I did not text you the first four months. When I was in the hospital I realized how much I needed you to be there for me. I also did not want the babies to to have the life I had not knowing their father." She looked down but then when he said that he wanted to stay and that made her smile. Suddenly her stomach growled and she blushed. She was eating for four now. "Um maybe we should order some food." She looked over at Chester and kissed him while one hand waside placed on to hisay hand that was on her belly.

Jesse smiled and giggled a little bit. She was remembering when they were growing up that they scarfed down two whole large pizzas in a single night. "That would be great or well maybe we should make it two I am eating for four now. Remember when we used to scarf down like two pizzas in a single night we did that almost every night for a whole week. I could not look at a pizza for a whole month without getting sick." Her eyes little up when Chester said about going on their first date. She would like to but she would have to go to the bathroom every few minutes which she felt would ruin it. "I'm maybe we should stay here where I am closer to the bathroom. The babies are pushing down on my bladder something awful which reminds me....." Jesse got up slowly and waddled her way to the bathroom to relieve herself. As she was walking to the bathroom she looked over her shoulder at Chester. "Can you go get me some water I need to stay hydrated. Oh and grab a soda for yourself my mom went and got your favorite." With that she went into the bathroom.

Jesse had come out of the bathroom and was standing just slightly behind Chester. She gently placed a hand on his shoulder. I wrote that couple of years ago and I was too afraid to give it to you. Over the last three years I was in conflict about sending it again and I just never got around to it. So did you order the pizza yet?" Her stomach growled again the babies are hungry which makes her hungry. She began to waddle back to the living room where she sat down on the couch and put her feet up because they were bothering her.
