A favor for Vivien In one of the little garden spaces lurks someone translucently lavender, her colors washed-out and gray. She's familiar to some, but to most a mystery, and when she is approached, she says, "Excuse me, can I ask you a question?" With your assent, she asks, "Where am I?"

To give Vivien a satisfactory answer to her question, you must roll three six-sided dice. The total of these three rolls will determine your success at the favor, and what it is you learn from Vivien in return.
1-4 = Total failure, she is unsatisfied with your answer and vanishes into thin air. You receive no reward. 5-9 = You give a factually correct but simplified answer. She is frustrated and does not want to speak to you. You receive no reward. 10-17 = You answer her question well enough to receive one piece of information, which may be duplicated in other favor threads. 18 = You answer her question and provide extra details about what's happening, and will receive one unique piece of information that may not relate to this meta.
You may only roll this favor once.
Please quote shibrogane when you're done for information dispersal!

Juniper Wilcox | 25/25 | Too stressed to give too much info
Juniper was frustrated at this whole ball thing. There was so much wrong going on. So when Vivian asked her question, Juniper was concise and to the point if a bit vague. "We are at a ball for the sorrowful one in Other Ashdown and there's a murder mystery going on that apparently we have to try and stop. It's all very ridiculous." She responded matter of factly.
Obviously Vivian wasn't happy with her response as the girl turned and walked away without trade of info.

Shun Kuroda 25/25 | Answering
While he had been sauntering about the halls of the manor, Shun managed to stumble upon an odd girl who had a question for him.
"...You are in the manor for the Court of the Sorrowful One," he stated plainly, blinking. Apparently this didn't please the girl as she stormed off.
Weird.

Autumn explained the situation as well as she could. The duplicates, the fae, the court of the sorrowful one and the tithe. Melany being a colossal b***h. It was all offered with a sad smile, and Autumn looked around.
"I hope you're not involved in this s**t."

Nathaniel Parrish - 25 / 25 - here we go
The girl looked strangely translucent and entirely unfamiliar. Nathaniel paused beside her, trying to act at least sort of knowledgeable, even if he wasn't knowledgeable whatsoever.
"This is called the Court of the Sorrowful one, I think," he said kindly to her, offering a smile. "It's, er, a ball, and you're in one of the gardens, I do believe. It's rather lovely out here, wouldn't you say?"Quote: 10-17 = You answer her question well enough to receive one piece of information, which may be duplicated in other favor threads.

Cam Rylan | 25/25 | omghivivHe recognized her the moment he saw her. He couldn't not; too much of his time in the past weeks had been spent wondering why she had shown up in his life, whether it would ever make sense. Whether he might be able to help put an old woman at ease over her deceased daughter. At Rylan's size, it wasn't easy to scramble or scurry or anything of the sort, but he managed it, almost dashing to her. "Vivien," he said, amazed that he had the chance to even speak to her again. "Viv- I. You're in the Court of the Sorrowful One. There's a... a tithe? I'm not what you'd call the most up to date on all the information, but... I'm so glad you're here. You might not recognize me, but... I'm glad."

Marcus LeCroix 25/25 2SpookyWine glass now drained, Marcus had begun his aimless wanderings once again, this time in serch of something stronger. He wasn't nearly drunk enough to be calm or have his nerves more steady. If they could be at any rate. He'd picked at his sleeve all night, and whatever magic kept it from fraying was certainly resilient. Going to the gardens to try and gather his ever pessimistic thoughts that swirled with trying to make sense of it all and ground himself in the reality of what was going on, he certainly didn't think he'd run into someone... else. If they were someone else. Part of Marcus wasn't surprised at the woman's appearance. Another part of him felt a stone cold rock drop in his gut. There were magical beings, what was a ghost among magic? "Hello." He smiled, doing his best to look like he was slightly disturbed at the sight of a translucent woman in front of him. "You, well, we're at a ball if the outfit wasn't a giveaway. For the tithe. Court of the Sorrowful one and whatnot. Bit of a wash really, I mean the food's decent and there are free drinks, but someone is to be murdered tonight. Not exactly traditional in a human sense." He gave a shrug, looking at her and wondering how a ghost, (spirit? Elemental? They were translucent and it was starting to freak him out a bit), got in. "How did you get in without a mask? We were all supposed to come with one." How'd she get in at all really. Maybe the court was haunted. Great. New theory. Marcus was certainly doing himself no favors.

[25/25 | LEILA]: yup, that's a ghost alright"Well... you're in friendly company... at a real shitty party that's gonna become a murder scene," Leila fumbled. I guess that means she'll have company soon, she thought, darkly. "If you're familiar with a town called Ashdown, that's more or less where we are, but... shifted? So my home isn't to far away, but I'd have to 'shift' back to get there." This was unsettling and sad. What kind of details were important here? She should have asked.

Chris Watts || 25/25 || Trying and failing
He had been looking for peace in the garden - he apparently hadn't looked hard enough. Still tired, still not in the right mind, Chris managed to give an answer, but it didn't seem to please her. Had he been less tired, he might have felt bad. But at the moment, Chris was just glad to have peace.
