Down below you will find a post with your characters names. Currently this is the only bank in all of Epsilon, so any money you place into this bank will only be able to be subtracted from this bank
Below that post you will find luxuries that you can buy with your Epsilon coin.
Every year skip your characters will have a certain amount of coin entered into their accounts that you can either spend or save up to buy said luxuries below.
Please keep in mind that you DO NOT RP HERE.
To use this, simply fill out the following, within a few days you will be quoted with an accepted or a denied, only reason you would be denied is if your character doesn't have the funding.

Banking Rules and Explanations: Do Not RP here Only Post when you are buying something or paying something The Bank is un-rob-able An EC is a "Epsilon Coin" it is the currency of all of Epsilon, it is how you will buy or sell things to and from stores and how you will pay your taxes, pay for your house and store if you have one. If you are going to make a withdraw please post it here. You may give money to other characters for a payment of service, charity, loss of a bet, etc, however under NO circumstances are you to transfer Coin to any of your OWN characters. If you have any questions post them in the OOC FAQ and Quote the Captain or Crew.
Each Kingdom and Person will get a certain amount of "Epsilon Coin" known as EC per RP year. They are not required to spend it. Anything that the person or Kingdom manages to not spend will roll over into the next year.

Kingdom Amenities
Can only be bought via Kingdom accounts. Things on this list only need to be bought once unless natural disasters occur. Clean Water:
- Tier1-25,000 You gather your water from the river and surround wells, boiling it for safety -Tier2 50,000 you have irrigation systems that extend from the rivers and bring the water into the major towns and villages -Tier3 500,000 You have an aqueduct to bring down cleaner water from nearby hills and mountains, wells, irrigation systems. -Tier4 700,000 You have spigots at nearly every house that can bring water to you from the irrigation systems with just a little bit of work -Tier5 1,000,000 You have all of the above as well as fountains, public baths, drinking fountains, ways to heat the water with coals, and underground sewage systems to drain it away.
Waste/garbage disposal
-Tier1 25,000 You have the very basics... as in trash and waste litter your streets and every once in a while a dead body. A few people come though every few weeks to shovel it all out of sight but that doesn't get rid of the stink. -Tier2 100,000 You've gotten better and though trash still piles on the streets its more controlled. It sits in cloth bags outside houses and a person comes by once a week and takes it all away -Tier3 250,000 Must have tier five water. Congrats! your town doesn't smell like a sewer anymore! Trash is taken away every other day and water is run though the streets to clean it.
Medicine:
-tier 1- 20,000 Congrats...you know that if you wash your hands you get sick less -tier2-100,000 Congrats... you know that regular hygiene gets you sick less and makes you look approachable -tier3- 150,000 Congrats, you now have physicians to help cure your toothaches, bellyaches, and missing limbs... oh and herbs are accessible -tier4- 1,000,000 Your physicians can now diagnose illnesses but you still get locked up if in any way different. -tier5- 2,000,000 Congratulations! you've met the pentacle of the medical knowledge available, which is exposing your young children to illnesses early so they don't die from it later on the physicians call it.... immunity. You now have wheelchairs, wooden limbs (gold for those that can afford it), you can burn out infections, and know that fleas are bad!
Education
tier1- 50,000 Most children can count to three and adults can count to ten. forget about reading, books are kindle. tier2- 100,000 You've learned that books have a purpose and one in every five children can now read the common language. tier3- 150,000 You can write! tier4 1,000,000 Numbers are no problem, neither is spelling, people aren't laughed at for opening a book and researching things in libraries isn't considered nutty! You can speak the common tongue and your countries native language. tier5 3,000,000 Learning languages, owning books, Counting! Maths! Science-y things! A time for the philosophers! when people start asking questions and creating things. Who...what...when....where... why... how... Et tu Brute?
Tier1-10,000 about ten percent of the population has a job and taxes must be taken by force Tier2-20,000 about fifty percent of the population has a job and ten percent are paying taxes tier3 50,000 about fifty percent of the population has a job and about 40% are paying taxes tier4 100,000 Must have population 4, more then half the people have jobs and fifty percent are paying taxes either willingly or by force tier5 250,000 Must have population 5, yay! everyone's employed!! and most are paying taxes!
Product Reserves:
tier1- 25,000 Five percent of your food is going to storage, you can get though a month siege or a month of winter. tier2- 50,000 Ten percent of food is going to storage and you can get though three months siege or all winter tier3- 100,000 thirty percent of food is going to storage and you can survive a six month siege, six months without any new food growing, or a very very long winter! tier4- 250,000 Holy s**t! you're stockpiling aren't you! why do you need all this! you can last a year long famine tier5- 1,000,000 Ok you're seriously overdoing it. You can last five years without growing anything new.
Population:
tier1- 10,000 you have fifty thousand people in your only big city tier2- 25,000 you have a good hundred thousand people in that big city of yours tier3- 50,000 + tier one labor output Two major cities four hundred thousand people. #LifeHacks tier4 175,000+tiertwo labor output+tier 2 product reserves Four major cities and Half a million people tier5- free at tierfour product reserve and tier 3 education. gasps! you've reached a million people! still only four cities though.
Security:
-tier1-25,000 Is it a bird? is it a dragon? no its a bandit horde bearing down on your city -tier2 100,000 No more bandit horde coming your way, be careful of the roads though, cities are safe -tier3 500,000 you will never be attacked by anything less then a trained army of mercenaries. Trade caravans freely come and go though your territory with armed escorts to the boarder, once you pass into another kingdom however you may want to keep your eyes wide.

Exotic Bundle: 10,000 Includes the best meat money can buy along with fish, almost every type of spice, Vegetables and fruits from all across the empire, and eleven different types of grains, three types of milk, the purest cleanest water one could find, and several filtered and spiced wines and sparkling ciders to please the palate, enough for a year High Quality: 2,500 Includes high quality meats, a broader array of spices, vegetables, fruits, bread items, rice, clear clean water, red and white filtered wines and sparkling ciders and good beer, enough for a year. Regular Quality Food: 200 Includes marbled meats, limited spices, mostly vegetables, items to make bread, rice, Cleanish water that should probably be boiled, and murky brown beer, enough for a year.
Swords
Iron: 2000 Steel: 5,000 Inox: 15,000 (an Inox blade never rusts and is as sharp as steel, however its heavier and more like cast iron in weight, One must have a strength stat of at least 30 to wield it with two hands and 40 for one hand) Scelp: 50,000 (a very light and thin blade sharpest the come. It never rusts and is Identifiable by the whorls that climb up the blade. The whorls change color depending on the type of magic one has, the blade is fire resistant, however one must have an endurance of at least 15 for two handed use and 30 for two handed use, as wielding the blades are very punishing since you will be taking most of the force placed upon them.)
Horses
Common Breed (Anything we naturally have): 1000 per

Epona Breed: 25,000 (The most beautiful and most elegant. The Epona never spook and never waiver. They are not meant for long rides or harsh climates. They look like sunshine is trying to break free from under their coats.) Life span of 2 years
Rugen Breed: 50,000 (comes in only two coats, moon white and darkest night, nothing stands out about this horse other then the fact that it is twice as fast as the normal horse and it is particularly hard to tame... oh, also something to mention is that in the day the Rugen's with moon white coats turn invisible...and vice versa with those with darkest night coats.) Life span of 10 years but a 50% chance of being lost
Titos Breed: 50,000 (Known for its blue coat, the Titos is a larger breed meant for war and taking hits. The Titos can carry up to one thousand pounds and is known to be very muscular almost like an ox) Lifespan of 5 years, 2 years during times of war
Totec Breed: 15,000 (It is not the most beautiful horse nor the fastest but it can travel the longest without giving up. The Totec can look like any other horse however its main indicator is its slender build, large snout, and three sets of legs. The Totec is bred in Zalto mainly for desert travel) Lifespan of 6 years
Agasaya Breed: 300,000 (Known for its silver coat and long lifespan, Agasaya's can live for up to 120 years. They have large feathery wings and can fly though the sky but are very hard to tame. They at one point had been rendered useless since Dragons and Phoenixs have wings of their own but with the rise of humans they have made a comeback) Lifespan minimum of 50 years maximum 150 years.
Carriages
Small: 1,000 A small one person carriage Medium: 3,000 A carriage that can hold up to four people Large: 5,000 A carriage that can fit up to eight people Gilded: 10,000 Very beautiful and ornate, can fit four people Two Floors: 20,000 Beautiful and ornate but a bit blocky can fit up to twelve people, nine on the first floor and three on the top Long Travel: 30,000 good for people making a tour of the kingdoms or just going on a luxury road trip. It is two floors and can fit up to four people, the second floor has two small beds Mini House: 25,000 can fit up to twenty people, or three beds, or a fortune tellers entire station. normally found amongst gypsies.
