This being doesn't appear able to speak, and yet, something about the look in Their endless array of eyes compels you to do something for Them. Favors beget favors in events like these, and Forever, who'd been pointed out at some point during the party as a Generous One, would certainly be no exception. Just a few minutes on a side quest certainly wouldn't do any harm.

To successfully complete Forever's favor, you must roll three six-sided die. These will select your solo/duo story elements! If an element has (Fail) next to it, disregard any further rolls and write a short post relating how you got there. You may then retry, but only after your first post is filled!
If you're soloing it, you just fill in that post with your character's progress through the favor. Should you choose to RP this favor with another player (or more than one friend!) please make a thread in the event forum and link it in your roll post when you're done.
Like the other Favor threads, you can attempt as many times as you like, but you can only succeed once (per player)!
But quote me upon your success and ye shall receive... A REWARD.
FIRST DIE: You have a feeling They want something... 1 - Sweet! 2 - Soothing... 3 - Impossible to comprehend?! (Fail) 4 - Saucy? 5 - SPARKLY. 6 - Sentient.
SECOND DIE: Where can you find it? 1 - It's already here. Because it's you. Forever wants to eat you. ******** run, buddy. (Fail) 2 - In the very nice gender-inclusive bathrooms 3 - A small secret room you stumble into that's full of terrifying paintings of clowns 4 - In a different bathroom that someone left in an inconceivably gross state 5 - On the roof. Why not. How did you even get up there? 6 - Inside a present box being romantically exchanged between two Otherbeings
THIRD DIE: How did Forever respond to it? 1 - They ate it. It was horrifying. 2 - They didn't, at all. (Fail) 3 - With surprising grace and poise, for a giant spider-faced velvet worm. 4 - By compelling you to join them in a cute little victory dance. 5 - How did who respond to what? You lost your memory of this quest! 6 - They eat you. It's horrifying. But you get better and respawn outside the room you found Them in.

Shun Kuroda 25/25 | Going on a wild adventure Shun just sort of stared at this... creature. It seemed to want something. He really wasn't sure what'd happen if he tried to interpret what it wanted but, maybe. Just maybe he could get something out of it. After watching the odd creature for a time, he got a sense that it wanted something... sentient. This was a mildly disturbing thought. Stepping away, he wondered what he could do to possibly sate its desire. There was really no telling what it might do to whatever it received. As he walked about the manor, contemplating this, he passed up a couple of plant-folk. One was giving the other a box with several holes; it looked like something that might contain a living creature. The detective paused some distance away, tilting his head as he watched this. The one receiving the gift opened it briefly before beaming and throwing their arms around the other. He could hear them say something along the lines of "Thank you, I've always wanted a talking chipmunk pet." The box had been set on the nearby table. Narrowing his eyes at the mention of a talking chipmunk, he quietly and stealthily made his way towards the two. Most likely it wasn't the destroyer inside, but he didn't care. While the two plant-folk were busy doling over one another, he snatched the box, then made his way back to the large... creature. The generous one? And he presented it to it. Only to be devoured. Shun had tried to run when it opened its maw, but it was too late. He was swallowed whole. He fought against it, struggling to try and break free. After what felt like eons, things had darkened... and he found himself just outside of the room where the creature was. "..."Had all of that really just happened?

Nathaniel Parrish - 25 / 25 - being fascinated
Well, that was certainly something.
Nathaniel thought that the bottle of pleasant smelling barbecue sauce he'd discovered in one of the bathrooms was a particularly nice choice for the...well, whatever it was - but sadly, it seemed not to want it. Perhaps barbecue sauce wasn't such a good idea after all...Quote: 4 - Saucy? 2 - In the very nice gender-inclusive bathrooms 2 - They didn't, at all. (Fail)

Chris Watts || 25/25 || Not sure what the ******** his life is
Chris had done a variety of things tonight. He'd danced with frogs, he'd try to steal food from a bear, he had seen a man on fire and then done a favor for him. Chris wasn't entirely sure anything could get weirder and yet, here he was, staring at a giant galaxy worm who wanted food apparently.
Well. It wasn't like his night was going to get any weirder and so Chris set off, deciding to go find something for it. Something with... sauce maybe. That seemed like a good idea.
It took him quite a bit of time to find something actually, since the ballroom was dedicated to finger foods. The only thing vaguely saucy seemed to be items filled with jam, which wasn't what he was looking for. A weird trip up a staircase later and he found himself on the roof which was bizarre but somehow, landed him a rather nice dish with sauce. The otherbeings on the roof even gave him a bottle of wine, which was nice.
It was a quick trip back down to deliver the food and for it, he even decided to dance with the giant galaxy worms. He had already danced with a frog and it was cute, really.

Nathaniel Parrish - 25 / 25 - no more bbq sauce
Maybe he should try something else.
Approximately thirty seconds later, Nathaniel could be seen hastily scampering away clutching a bag of mints in one hand and his sanity in the other.Quote: 1 - Sweet! 1 - It's already here. Because it's you. Forever wants to eat you. ******** run, buddy. (Fail)

Nathaniel Parrish - 25 / 25 - not knowing when to quit
He brought a blanket this time.
The creature did not want a blanket, but it did think a Nathaniel sandwich might be a good idea. Nathaniel, on the other hand, decided against this particular course of action and once again was found skedaddling as fast as he could in the opposite direction.Quote: 2 - Soothing... 1 - It's already here. connor hill - 25/25 - what wait OH GOD NO There was a lot of staring. A lot of ******** staring as Connor tried to figure out just what the hell he was looking at, while also getting a sense of...something. Like this giant worm thing with too many ******** eyes staring straight into the deepest' horrible recesses of his soul was trying to communicate with him in some way. And when he finally blinked, he got it. It wanted him to bring it an item, something sparkly, though what it could possibly need with such a thing, he had no idea. Still, he felt rather compelled to attempt and fulfill the creepy gargantuan crawlie's wishes, and so, he gave it a little nod, gun winked, and said "Be right back, darling." Except he wasn't "right back". In fact, it took him quite some time and an awful lot of effort before he found what he thought might be sparkly enough. A pair of earrings, silver and ridiculously glittery, sitting forgotten next to a sink in the gender inclusive bathroom. Connor had looked over both shoulders before pocketing them, with nobody in sight that might have left them there or been looking for them. Of course, even then he couldn't just make himself go straight back to that oh so horrifying and yet somehow completely mesmerizing being. He hadn't had nearly enough booze in him to deal with that, again. So, he made his way into the scarlet foyer for a drink or two, his vodka from Gloom that he'd gotten earlier long downed and greatly missed. He wondered if perhaps he should visit that delightful little marten again.... Maybe later. With liquid courage seeping into his bloodstream, Connor made his way back to where this had all began, the earrings dug out of is pocket and held aloft. "Gotcha covered, darli--" He began, when things took a sudden turn for the absolute worse. No. Really. Things seriously could not possibly ever in his life be worse than what happened next. He was turned upon. Eaten. Devoured. Slurped up like soup, swallowed, and digested. No words could be used to describe this horror, or the terrified feeling that had overcome him before everything went dark. He was dead. He was dead. He was dead dead deaddeaddeaddead... He opened his eyes, his breathing jagged, his heart breaking out of his rib cage. He wasn't dead. He wasn't ******** dead. But there was not enough alcohol in the world to make any of this okay. If anybody needed him, he'd be finding the nearest corner to fetal position himself in. cibarium finally had time to fill this in! <3

Chel | 25/25 | Seeing Forever
That ... that was a lot of eyes. Chel had intended just to rubberneck the bizarre creature, but she got caught in one eye ... and then another ... and suddenly she found herself staring deeply into all the little sparkles on its body.
She was going to do this thing a favor. Why? Shhhhhhh.
In the bathrooms. Why? Shhhhhh.
At the end of the endeavor, Chel found herself holding up a small gnome-ish creature, who was wailing to be set down. She couldn't set him down though. The eyes needed it.
She found herself being swallowed, and for whatever reason she couldn't will herself to move. She was just encapsulated by the favor and the creature.
As she found herself standing back in the room she'd met the many-legged thing, she found herself wondering: why had she been in this room in the first place?
Shhhhh.

Nathaniel Parrish - 25 / 25 - still finding THINGS
He was standing in a place with a creature and there was a tiara in his hand.
"Uh," said Nathaniel brilliantly. After a second's consideration, he held the tiara out to said creature, smiling hopefully at it.
"Do you want this? I'm...not actually sure where I got it. Or why I have it. Or who you are, but you seem like you'd like sparkly things, so maybe you should have it."Quote: 5 - SPARKLY. 5 - On the roof. Why not. How did you even get up there? 5 - How did who respond to what? Ashton Carver: 25/25 / Worm????????????????
Giving Forever a worm-shaped stress toy that'd been on the roof, of all things, didn't appear to do anything at all.
(Ashton squeezed it until her knuckles went white, sighed, and stalked off to go find something else.)
