 Late night shopping at the supermarket and Banshee was slowly weaving her way down the aisles, leaning heavily on her cart and her attention mostly fixed on the radio nestled in the baby seat. Her brother’s voice spilled from the radio, telling a haunting tale of a lonely car ride in the dark, a love lost and a the terrifying promise of violence. It was sending shivers down her spine already. Now and then she stopped, leaned over to grab something and drop it into the cart. Chips, gherkins, spaghetti, crackers, three types of dip and... Banshee stared at the fish that made up the seafood section. "Do you think,” she asked out loud to the person lucky enough to be beside her as the thought occurred, “a fish would prefer to be buried in a coffin or at sea?"  It wasn't often that Lovely Corpse found herself in a store -- in fact, it never happened. She wasn't one to go shopping with Noel or Negative, nor did she really eat all that much anyway. No, she had mindlessly wandered in from her search for dead things; they weren't usually in town or on the streets, but the mare generally searched everywhere for posterity while looking for new specimens.
And, to be honest, she might not have noticed Banshee's idle question had she not already been admiring the pony nearby.
"M'be n'ether," Lovely Corpse responded, her voice low but confident. She wasn't one to necessarily think hard, especially about morals or mysteries of life, but death had fascinated her from birth and Banshee, herself, was fairly interesting.Ruriska you're perfectly fine dear <3 sorry if it's weird, I'm tagging from my phone haha

Banshee’s nose wrinkled thoughtfully, considering the answer the other Phony had given her as if it potentially contained all the mysterious of the universe. "Maybe," she eventually agree, head cocking to the side, her gaze still locked onto the array of fish. "A pyre? No, that seems, unfortunate. Unless," she brightened, her head swiveling, hair bouncing, to finally look at Lovely Corpse, "the process of being eaten after death respects their life better than any funeral." The dark mare smiled widely, full of delight at her discovery. "I think that settles that!" Banshee declared and then - GASP! A front hoof came up to her face, pressed against her cheek in shocked awe as looked Lovely Corpse up and down. "You are so pretty."

Lovely Corpse was about to chime in with her own two cents, about how she would mount them and make them pretty, but Banshee seemed to be content with her answer and had moved on before the teal mare could open her maw. Instead, she stared with interest once again.
Ears perking at the gasp, the pony continued to stare directly into Banshee's intriguing eyes. Lovely Corpse's posture remained stony, solid, as she didn't move otherwise.
"Than'. Y'too," she responded, finally tilting her head this way and that to get a better look at Banshee. Her color scheme was beautiful, and again, those eyes were striking beyond all belief. Lovely Corpse had always had a fascination with darker themed ponies -- and, well, dark anything, to be honest.
