 Bridgette nodded her head and looked around more. "Yeah I've got some sweets and some left over chocolate and marshmallows. I also brought some of my own sweets hopefully these kids will like them. She pulled out a bag of marshmallows and chocolate and opened it up joking the chocolate and marshmallows out for any curious kids to see and maybe try to take some. She smiled. "Good idea. I hope it will work." She looked over and smiled at Rei having managed to tempt a kid out with the fruit. She chuckled. "Good taste at least. Fruit is pretty good." She chuckled and smiled at the people in her group. So far they all seemed so nice and she made sure Rei had the stick now. "You really should use the stick to make sure ou don't hurt your foot more." She nodded her head and continued to hold out the treats and look around. She hoped they were getting close to catching these kids.

 Aurora pulled out some chocolate and marshmallows, this idea was amusing, and the fruit had worked last time. Maybe these kids liked fruit more than candy, so Aurora pulled out a couple of apples from her backpack to add to the treat pile before she went to go hide in the shadows to wait and see if the kids would show up. Aurora pulled out her notebook and started writing some notes about their crazy adventure. It was really amazing the things they had seen and gone through, Aurora wondered what else they would encounter in these woods.

 Tambre drew in a deep breath, feeling that this girl was maybe more stubborn than even Aurora, which meant perhaps, that she was just as stubborn as Tambre was herself. Tambre forced a small smile, nodding, "It's nice to meet you Rei. Do you mind if I take a look at your foot? I think I should set it so you stop hurting it as much."
She tilted her head, looking at everyone else. She wasn't as fond of offering sweets to lure the kids in, they had been rather bad after all and bad kids didn't deserve treats. But if it found them... maybe it wouldn't be too bad.

Coralie was sure to look around to see if any of the children would be tempted to come closer, having both candy and sweet fruits out from her other party members. She then decided to take the trail mix out, the kind with dried fruits and nuts but no sweets ", Hmm... so the kids like fruit it seems."

Aurora sat watching from the shadows, humming softly to herself as they waited to see if one of the kids would show up. Aurora really hoped she would see them, she hadn't gotten lucky enough to spot one of them yet. Aurora sighed wishing her ankle wasn't hurt, she knew if her ankle was healed she could be much more of a help to the team.

Well she didn't have much fruit left, but fishing around in her bag she managed to produce a slightly smaller bag full of what looked like candied peaches. They were somewhat gummy and best of all they were coated in powdered sugar. Deciding to take a bit of initiative, and listening to her fellows, she used her staff to walk and drop some of the fruit pieces behind her as she did.
She stopped only when she was asked to have her ankle looked at. At which point, she nodded, sit down, and held out her injured foot. The area around the ankle must have been swollen to the size of a tennis ball by now, and the skin was starting to become discolored.
Ouch.

Tambre leaned down, testing the ankle carefully. She did much the same she had done for Aurora, finding some thick sticks that she could use to stabilize the foot and then started tightly wrapping the bandage around the foot and ankle. "That should keep you from moving it too much. Like I told Aurora if you need help, just let me or one of the others know. There is no sense in hurting yourself further."

Bridgette looked around more ears continuing to flick around and trying to catch sounds. She kept on taking in deep breaths to find those crafty kids. Where could they be? She hoped that others were having good luck too.

Aurora frowned and picked up her walking stick and said "I'm going to walk a little bit this way and see if I can find them. Maybe we are tipping our hand staying so close together??"

Coralie was beginning to realize that the sweets were not working, her getting up and walking out away from the group some. She then began to put some of the dried fruits on the ground and made a trail back to everyone else, sitting back down where she was before ", Dried fruits, do any of you want some?"

Bridgette watched Aurora. "Just be careful. Don't go too far and call if you need anything." She didn't want Aurora to get hurt. She chuckled and grinned at Coralie. Very smart. She put her treats away and looked around curious about where these kids were and what they were doing. Sure she had played pranks as a kid but never to this level.

Aurora nodded and said "I'll be careful." Then Aurora walked off a little ways from the group, keeping her flashlight low. She looked around from tree to tree. Holding her walking stick carefully keeping most of her weight on the walking stick so she didn't hurt her ankle future. It looked like Rei and Aurora would need medical attention when they returned to the Bellow.

Bridgette hummed as she looked around. Sometimes kids liked music and songs so she sang softly to see if their curiosity would be peeked by the music. She kept singing as she looked around and tried to hear them. She made sure not to sing too loudly so as not to scare anyone or freak anyone out. She was glad that Aurora has said that she would be careful. She didn't want the nice lady getting hurt worse or anything else.

Careful to make sure she used her walking stick less like an aide and more like a new leg, Rei hobbled next to her fellow injured student, flashing her a soft smile.
"It looks like...together we may...make one whole...healthy....being."
A laugh followed. A short, breathy laugh, but a rare laugh from the hybrid nonetheless as she set more fruits down.
