Harley had remained quiet for most of the questioning. The appearance of someone out of this weird forest had shocked her a bit. Who could possible be out here in this wilderness. The trees didn't look welcoming and the fog didn't help. Even the barrier placed on the forest was meant to keep them out. This had bad written all over it, but at the same time, there were two kids lost in this place. This really was no place for kids to wonder off. She put on a brave face and took a deep breath, hoping the nearest person would be willing to help her out.
"H-hey!" Her voice came out weaker than she anticipated. "We should hurry up and get on this. Will you come with me?" She was glad her eyes were covered by her hair because they were fully of worry and doubt.

Nashira listened as Tomoe and Claire spoke. She had some reservations about the barrier going back up. What if the kids had already gone outside the barrier? So she said nothing and instead, looked up to try and find her new friends when an unfamiliar student spoke up. She looked at the hybrid. "I agree. We should go and find the children. Samhain, will you come with me and..." She looked back at the unfamiliar student. "I didn't catch your name. I'm Nashira." She wondered if she should call some of her other friends over, Bebe or Azure maybe, but a small group could move faster, even if Nashira felt she'd be slowing them all down.

Salem’s first response when he was suddenly talked to was to be snarky. However even if he was a bit of a b*****d, he did have a soft spot for kids, he had told Tomoe and the others that groups would be better. However out of his two personalities Salem knew he wasn’t the bleeding heart out of them, and he reluctantly pushed Samhain back to the front. If his weaker self got overwhelmed he would take the helm again.
“Yeah the bigger the group the better. This is still unexplored territory and even though Tomoe said there would be no monsters... I mean I would be happy to go with everyone” He answered He briefly looked over to where Nashira was. He was still worried about her bee stings especially since she mentioned they were acting up and hurting her again. Salem had handed over the ice wrap but there hadn’t been time to apply it again.

They hybrid looked over the two who had volunteered to venture out with her. She couldn't be happier that her request didn't go unanswered. It was better to head out now than to wait around for someone else to do it.
She noticed that one of the students that offered to help search had been injured. It looked like the bees had bested them. "I'm Harley." She addressed both of the people with her. "Are you sure you ok to head out?" Even as she said this she made her way deeper into the forest. She made a small hand motion to have them follow after her.

Nashira nodded. "Harley. And this is Samhain. It's a pleasure to meet you. Unfortunately it isn't under ideal circumstances." She nodded. "Let's go." She didn't want the others to worry about her. "I'll be ok. I'm sorry if I slow you down." She paused before pulling too far away from the rest of the group. "Bebe, Azure, Nadinia, Callixtus, any of you want to join us?" She offered to her new friends. She wondered if any of them would want to join. Or perhaps Patches? Mahuyah? Maybe she should ask Zanheel and Neptune as well? No, that might make the group too large, and might even frighten the kids off.
"Do you both have flashlights?" Nashira had an extra in her bag, if one of them didn't. As well as the lamp that Claire had given out earlier.

“Ah sorry. I knew I forgot to mention something” Samhain laughed sheepishly. He had been recovering from the shock of being back in control again… which really wasn’t an excuse to forget his manners and not mention his name. Ah well his name had been said and there where children to find. “If the stings start hurting again we’ve been out long enough that it should be fine to take pain meds again. Just tell me and I’ll hand them over.”
“I do in fact have a flashlight and have a few other options when it comes to producing light if need be.” Samhain replied as he began to follow the other hybrid.

Harley hoped that others would join them, or at the very least split into their own groups to search. She was glad that, for the most part, the others would be in good shape to help out. When asked about flashlights, the hybrid kept quiet. She didn't prepare enough for the hike, with just a jacket and a bit of food and water in her pack. She didn't even have any first aide. She had managed to get this far on mostly luck.
A bit further in, she called after the children. "Heeeeeey!" There wasn't a response back. "Do you know of any way to find these kids?" She honestly had no plan on what to do.

"If you need a flashlight, I have an extra." Nashira offered as they ventured farther into the woods. "I don't know how we're going to find them." She glanced between the two of them. "I suppose we could have taken a look at that hair clip Mr. Tomoe had and showed to Zahneel." That would have been the smart thing to do, but she wasn't even sure that would help them. Well, maybe Samhain could have also done that scent tracking thing the others? She wasn't sure if that was one of Samhain's skills or not. "I think we might just need to keep looking. Do this the old fashioned way?"

“Tomoe mentioned some places they liked to hide and every race has a small unique scent to them. You can over power this through other things like perfume and the like and kids have their own unique smell. It would have been easier if I had been able to examine the hair clip but I can try looking to see if something that smells like Tomoe did pops up.” Samhain explained. “Once we get to a less dense patch of forest I guess I could also go airborne for a while and see if I can spot them that way. Other than that I agree that the old fashion way would be the best”

Azure went to join one of the groups, instead of searching on his own, he saw that two people he already knew were in the group so h went over to join them. " hey guys mind if i join you? i would rather not search on my own. it may be harder to catch the kids individually" he said as he was concerned for the young children. as he looked too Harley " would that be ok with you?" he asked politely. as he was carrying around his map. with him while beginning to look around the area that they were all in. He thought he saw one of the kids. but no such luck it was a tree.

Harley regretted rushing off without thinking. She didn't personlly have any superiour sense of smell so it never dawned on her to get the clip. She was starting to doubt herself even more as they continued to search with no luck. Another person joined their grwoing group. More eyes and ears on the scene. More to help and comb over evey little inch of this place. "Thanks for joining us." She mumbled a little quetly, trying her best not to let her doubts get to her. "I'm Harley." She turned to her other traveling companion. "I'd love a flashlight..." She sighed a bit, looking around as she waited for the item. All the trees around her gave her an idea. "Oh! Maybe if I climb up a tree, I might spot them!." She tried her best to hurry and shimmy up the nearest tree, successfully making it, but not seeing anything in the process.

"Azure!" Nashira was glad to see another friendly, familiar face. This was going to be great. They could totally find the kids like this, right? "Glad you could join us." She shifted her bag around so she could fish out her extra light. "Harley, do you want to borrow this?" She offered the light to the other girl. "Hm... Hey, Azure? Are you able to fly as well?" She didn't know how well the fallen could fly. "If it's possible, maybe you two could search high, and Harley and I could search low?" At least that way they could cover ground and air. "Unless you have a better idea?" But then Harley began climbing up the tree. "Oh, what a good idea." She wasn't able to climb the tree, but she was ok with... searching low. "Can you see anything?"

Samhain smiled; glad at least some of his group was staying together. He hoped the others had heard Nashira. It would be nice to keep the power squad …. Oh great he was still doing it. He ignored the snicker from Salem. It wasn’t his fault. Shaking his head he turned his flashlight on and looked up and the top of the forest. Suddenly a sound caught his attention and he whipped his head thinking he saw something… but it was just the wind hitting the bushes. Great he was going paranoid now. “ah… be careful” Samhain stated nervously. The history of climbing this trip was awful and he definitely didn’t want their newest member to the group to get hurt, seeing though as Harley seemed to have it, he let out a small sigh of relief. “Well just tell me when you want me to try going airborne”

"It's no problem at all" Azure said a he continued to look around the area before hearing Nashira ask if he could fly. he nodded slightly a he tried to keep him self from ruining in to branches of tees that were down low " ya I can fly but with how thick the darkness is in the forest I'm not quite sure it would help, with a small concentration of light" he said pondering as he opened his wings and considered actually giving it a try. "well lets see if i was wrong" he said as he flew up a bit high in to the sky holding the light down below him so it would work as a spotlight on the ground, he hoped it would be bright enough. It worked to an extent but his view was limited. he stayed above just in case in hope he could be there eyes from above.

Harley looked down from her perch. "Uh... No..." She tried looking around again hoping someone might be in sight. Nothing she could see but now she was up in the tree. She felt like a bit of a fool. There were two students here with perfectly good wings that might have been able to make it higher that she was easier and faster than her. And it looked like all three of them knew each other. She felt out of place. Maybe she should just stay in the tree to hide while they would continue the search. But the kids... She didn't want to stand by while they were lost. She sucked up her embarrassment and tried to get over her awkwadness, though she was still stuck in the tree. "Um... A little help maybe?" Her cloven hooves weren't the best for getting up and now were definately not the best for getting down.
