Naarro found himself irritated with his companion. Deciding today he was going to spend it with himself, and maybe another hare. Lions were irritating sometimes, he kicked some snow before leaving the den off to his own adventure. The lion was lucky he was around, or he'd get himself in much more trouble than he already did. He huffed at the thought. Never appreciated!

Of course, he was very close to Rae, but you could only handle so much of him at a time before you wanted to kick him in the face. Of course, that'd be bad for a hare to do to a lion in a normal situation!. He shook his head. Looking into the den one last time before venturing out. The big Oof was just going to sleep the day away. Which wasn't bad, meant that Naarro didn't have to worry about him today.

Aakrelnah was quite different than Naarro in the feelings about her companion today. Daichi decided that he wanted to be alone and insisted that she leave for the day. He was a seer and was kinda difficult to live with from time to time, but she was always wary of leaving him alone. He liked it sometimes, but she didn't. However, she never argued with him when he asked for some alone time. Normally it was right before a huge episode.

He was like her kid, she wanted to protect him at all cost. Even if he was a lion. Most hares outside of the Schnee lands would look upon them as if they were crazy, she assumed. Though she had seen quite a few lions with hares. It was crazy. Until she came here, she had never seen that before.

Her thoughts were shaken from her when she noticed Naarro. A friend! She knew him! "Naarro!" She said with a pleasant smile upon her muzzle. He was a nice fellow, and she hadn't talked to him in quite a while. It had to be changed, and seeing he didn't look busy.... "How are you?!"

The last thing he expected was to be seen so fast. His thoughts were disrupted and he looked about for the voice that fallowed. It was Aakrelnah. He hadn't talked to her in a while, though he didn't think he was in the mood for lots of conversation at the moment. He gave her a weak smile, and sucked it up. He'd pretend nothing was wrong at all.

"I'm doing okay" He said as he moved to her. Perhaps today could be turned around, though he doubt it. There were things swimming in the back of his mind that were plaguing his happiness. Of course, that wasn't something he was going to share with her. Pretending to be happy was easily done. "What brings you out into the snowy depths of summer?"

She seemed worried, but he knew she probably wouldn't say anything. Her lion was one of the few seers of the pride that tended to keep the safe in one way or another.

She smiled at him and shrugged. "Felt like it was time for some fresh cold air." She said with a chuckle. It was crazy how well they could thrive out here. Of course, the lions would be screwed with out the hares around. At least that was something she had always thought. It was the only reason to have such a bonding with lions and hare. They protected them, and in return hares helped the find food.

"And yourself?" She looked at him and expected to see Rae somewhere in the distance, but he was no where.. They were normally always together. Bickering back and forth like a married couple of sorts. She wasn't going to pry though. She was sure he was just sleeping or something. The day was young and most were asleep.

The pride had been more quiet as of late. Summer was the time of caution, lions and hares alike took to keeping indoors on such days in case something bad were to happen. It had been a long time since the last avalanche. They had been lucky so far.

"Couldn't stay cooped up any longer' He said. Not that he really had been. Naarro and Rae weren't the types to stay in all the time. No, they had been out almost every day doing their own thing here and there. Someone had to bring back food after all. Though they weren't the only ones.

"Can get a little stuffy in there." he said with a chuckle. Of course, he meant that in different ways than how he said it. His mind lingered in the den, but finally he was able to pull himself away from those thoughts. His attention fully on the hare before him. "Care for a walk?" He asked her curiously. It was better than just standing here. He started to walk before she could answer. If she didn't want to, she'd just leave him and do her own thing. It didn't matter to him at all.

As he started to walk she followed him with nodding to his question. "Walking is good." She didn't know what else to say, which was one of the firsts for her. "Anything new happen?" She asked him wondering if there was some news she needed to hear about. It seemed pretty dead lately and she hoped there wasn't something that happened that she knew nothing about.

" I mean, there really hasn't been anything going on and I hope I didn't miss anything" She said shortly after her question.

He shook his head. "Nothing that I know of." He said with a shrug. "Though, I haven't been one for gossip." He said with a look to the side where she was walking next to him. He didn't generally stop to talk to anyone. He was one of the last hares she'd want to talk to about information on the pride. He gave her a smile. "Don't worry though, I'm sure you'd be the first to know if anything bad were to happen."

He'd be the last to know. That may or may not be a good thing, he wasn't sure until it happened. Of course, he wasn't around when the last avalanche happened. He didn't know how bad it could have been. How lucky they where, and how chaotic it was. There were just stories that were pasted down from one another since. It was recent news, however.

Something that happened just before Rae arrived.

"You're probably right" She chuckled. Daichi was in loops that most where not in. Even if he didn't tell her right away. He always saved the important messages for the king himself. She wish he'd tell her alittle, but she knew that it was important that he didn't.

"We're pretty safe here, though" She said with confidence. There was nothing that could go wrong now. Nothing at all. A small piece of heaven that she found. It was something she needed and she loved every minute here. She looked to the hare before her and shrugged. "I Should probably let you on your way." She said with a smile. "I don't want to leave Daichi alone too long even if he kicked me out of the den" She laughed and stopped.

Looking at the blue hare she smiled. "It was nice seeing you."

He stopped and nodded at the hare before him. He understood how she felt and wouldn't keep her with him if she needed stuff to do. He smiled at her and laughed. "Good luck with that." He said before turning back to the direction he was walking. "It was nice to see you too" He continued on without looking back.
