His elder brother had earlier in the evening asked him to drop by the DCU university campus and borrow a book for him, something he couldn't find in the local public library and didn't want to purchase as he only needed it for a paper due in the summer class he was taking. Fai had gone, being the good younger brother that he was, and when he got to the campus library found that the book was on an upper floor. The upper floors of the library were nothing but racks of books, rather than proper book shelves, and due to the hour the lights were so dim he had to use his cell phones screen to see and read the spines of the books.

Once he'd checked out the right book he'd run into one of his brothers friends and after a short talk he passed the book off to them, they said they were going to see him so he could get a bit of help on his paper. Figuring that left him free time Fai decided to do something he rarely did, due to lack of time mostly, and he found a nice secluded place so he could power up.

Having a family like his, meaning that he had siblings who didn't believe in personal space, meant he kept his henshin pen with him at all times and even slept with it under his pillow. So it wasn't an odd thing for him, as lazy a senshi as he was, to have his pen on hand with him when out and about. He wasn't about to leave it at home, not with his siblings. There would be questions and more if they found out, and than a lecture from his cousin if she found out. Nope, he didn't care to deal with any of those things.

Rolling his golden eyes at the thought he stepped out of the shadows he'd used for cover. Now then...first things first. bending down he untied and removed the geta on his feet, there was no way he was running with them on and walking was even an issue. How people ever walked in such things was beyond him. He really did dislike the geta but for now he held them in one hand by the straps as he looked about. Hopefully there would be nothing happening, he didn't want to get into a fight if he could help it though he could hold his own if need be.

Elsa had found that the university made for a fertile hunting ground for energy. The beauty of college students was that for the most part, they were already so tired that a little extra energy-skimming barely made a difference - and fortunately his uniform was not yet so absurd that he couldn't be out in public in it, with a few minor modifications - mostly ditching the gloves and bracers - so he'd bought a chai tea, found a bench, popped open Theories of International Politics AND ZOMBIES, and settled in. His wraiths wove among the few students that wandered near him, skimming just the slightest bit of energy with each pass, and Elsa patted himself on the back for his creative multitasking.

He could feel an Order Senshi somewhere nearby, but he was feeling fairly confident - he'd be happy to avoid a conflict and just talk it out, tonight. For...once. In his life. He marked his page, sat up, and started looking around, hoping that this sensi was one who'd be willing to talk, like Metis, and not someone who would prefer to punch first, because that would suck. A lot.

Walking across campus, keeping to the shadows to avoid being seen, the senshi of kappa son felt it. It wasn't an order signature but it was similar to that of a senshi. Corrupted? Not from the feel of it...so one of the dark mirror ones his cousin spoke about once to him? Well, either way he might as well head that way and see just what was going on. It was likely something was going on, and that it likely wasn't something he'd agree with.

Heading toward the energy signature the senshi of kappa soon found himself in an open area, a few people milling about or headed off to various locations. Rather than calling attention to himself, as his outfit was sure to do, he kept close to the shadows bu watched and looked - hoping to see.

Elsa could feel the signature growing closer, so as subtly as he could manage, he recalled the wraith he'd released into its mirrorshard and recalled his gloves and bracers, so he could tuck it away. No one was really paying attention to him, and he took advantage of that for the moment, shoving his book into the bag he'd brought with him and scooping up his tea and just...watching.

Surely they'd have to show themself eventually; standing around watching him couldn't be anything even vaguely related to a good time. He shifted a little, taking a sip from the drink, and kept scanning the crowd for any sign of an unusual outfit that would peg an Order Senshi.

"Come on, come out, I'm not gonna hurt you, probably," he said, under his breath.

Stepping out of the shadows wasn't his plan, not until it was safe for him to do so anyway. He didn't wait long as it seemed people, the few in the area, were drifting off. Some looked rather tired where as others seemed alright, that was good. But it left him able to step out from where he'd been hiding and confront the one likely behind it all.

His socked feet moved across the grass as he left the safety of the shadows, golden eyes landing on the blue haired figure. "A pleasant evening?" He questioned, not at all sounding like he genuinely wanted an answer to that. It was simply something to say to fill the space, a form of greeting perhaps.

"It would seem you caused a few people to leave a bit early." Implying that the other had been energy draining. Which he was sure they had been, it didn't matter if he'd seen it or not, enough people had looked a bit worn and tired. He was sure of what had happened.
