Ciel was nervous it would be the first time she was showing her house to Winterlynn. She had called her earlier to invite her over, she told her to bring her swim suit. She had hired some people to open up her pool and get it ready. Her father used to do it himself but Ciel never really learned how.
She was wearing one of her favorite swim suits, a rainbow colored bikini, and an open white button up. She was reading a fantasy novel to pass the time as she waited for her friend and fellow knight to arrive.
As her door bell rang she hopped up and raced to the door. "Bonjour mon amie!" She said brightly as she opened the door.Sleet Tempest Snape Here's a start let me know if I need to change anything, here's her house

The call was unexpected but not something she was displeased with. She was glad she had the day off now, she hadn't known what to do with the sudden free time. It seemed someone had driven their car into the front of the store she worked out, the driver seemed to have suffered some form of heatstroke and passed out behind the wheel. Winterlynn had gotten the call from her manager only forty minuets before she was due in for work, she'd been getting dressed to go in when it had come in.
Now she had something to do and with the change of plans her make up was wiped off, there was no need for it, and all the necessary pool things were gathered up into a cotton beach bag.
Living in the city meant she didn't have a car, though she did have a license, so she took a cab to the younger girls home. She had not expected what she saw and swallowing her shock, and surprise, Winterlynn had paid the driver and headed for the door and rang the bell. A large black floppy hat kept the sun from her face and out of her eyes, not that the sunglasses didn't do a good enough job there, while her fair skin was mostly on view thanks to the black bikini she had chosen and the black netted covering she wore.
When the white haired girl answered the door she smiled down at her. "Thank you for the invitation. I found myself suddenly with the day off and no plans at all." Aside from watch movies with some wine perhaps, maybe invite her mother over as well. Where her mother came though so did her grandmother likely, and that meant talks she did no want....the old woman still had not accepted that her granddaughter had no plans to marry much less have children. Eventually she would...or so Winterlynn hoped.
"This was a nice surprise."

"I'm glad you could come Winterlynn. My pool is in the backyard, oh and if you want anything to eat or drink let me know and I'll ask one of my maids to bring something out." She said happily glad to have a friend visiting.
She lead the way to the pool, making sure to point out the way to the nearest bathroom along the way. Once there she made quick work of throwing off her button up and jumping into the deep end of the pool. She made a small splash as she went under resurfacing a moment later a happy smile on her face.
"Oh yeah I have good news I've found some new recruits for the Heralds." She said as she floated in the water. "How have you been doing?" She asked curious how the older woman had been since she had last seen her.

Taking her hat and glasses off once they reached the poolside area she set them on a lawn chair. From her cotton bag she pulled out a bottle of sunblock, he had fair skin and tended to burn like a lobster. While she applied generous amounts of the white liquid she let her eyes focus on the other.
"It's safe to talk of such things here?" She asked, wanting to make sure. She had mentioned a maid...or rather maids, how many did she have? She hoped none of them were on the other side of this war, for the others sake.
"Not well, I've run in to no one I could invite. I'm afraid I have failed." Not that she had tried hard, she still wasn't all that social and still didn't like working with many other people, Ciel was a special case...she was different somehow. Once the sunblock was rubbed into her skin she dropped the bottle into her bag and made her way toward the pool. Removing the netted covering she climbed into the pool, at the deep end, and made her way toward the other.
"Who did you find?" She asked, honestly curious.

"Oh the yards big enough that as long as we don't raise our voices the neighbor's won't hear what we talk about. And the help should be busy inside unless I call them. So we should be able t speak freely here." In all honestly she had never considered that one of her maids might be a chaos agent after all she had known them for most of her life.
"Don't feel too bad, we are all scattered and divided. It is not as simple as it was during the Silver Millennium, we all have desperate goals and strategies." She said nodding her head.
"Well I spoke with the other Polaris knight that we meet again and he seemed willing to give the idea a chance. I also meet a Saturn page who seemed agreeable to forming a team." She answered.

"Of course, we have nothing uniting here. We don't have whatever it was that they had back then. We aren't tied to various planets, royals, we are individuals who have lived all different ways." Shrugging her shoulders at the end of her sentence. it was true. There had to have been things which tied all knights to each other, at least in goals and such. Not so much now. One was jut the difference in life and the lack of such a way of life...such...whatever there had been back then.
"That's good. I'll see if I can find anyone. My princess has been mia since her wedding." She hoped everything was well. "From her I could perhaps find out who any other Polaris knights were." She had a feeling her princess tracked them down...and knew them all...or would if she was around.
"I'm glad he's changed his mind. I hope it works out for us four. It'll be a small group...I hope we're all around, to support each other, in the next big battle." It wasn't a matter of if but rather when. There would be other big battles, especially after the one back at the start of this year.
