Personality:
Calliope is cold, calculating, and downright vicious. She believes herself to be superior to everyone she sees, and will not hesitate to treat them as such. Those that work for her are pushed nearly as hard as slaves and she enjoys inflicting pain on them when they fail to meet her standards. Her pokemon are treated similarly.
History:
Calliope's youth was fairly uneventful. She was raised in a nuclear family, went to a private school, and had a superbly normal group of friends. As she grew, the girl learned that she had an eye for style. She would often spend time alone in her room, drawing brand new looks, or with a friend or two bringing one of those designs into the real world, giving it form. The girl was inspired, and as she moved on to college, she dove headfirst into her passion. As she grew from a girl into a woman, Calliope learned more about herself. She found that she took pleasure in causing things pain. The screams, in particular, were enjoyable to her. She also found that she was more into women than she might have previously expected. Lastly, she learned that she had a truly insatiable drive for perfection, not just in herself but in the world around her.
The young woman graduated from college with a double major in Business and Design, and she hit the fashion world running. Within a year of graduating college, she had founded NOIRE, a fashion company of her own making. It rose quickly into the public eye, her daring designs bringing them fame and giving the company a chance to expand. What nobody aside from those involved, however, was that NOIRE had a dark side. Along with her fashion business, Calliope ran a criminal organization of the same name, whose dark deeds were the lifeblood of her business.
