Having headed straight for home, Tullio ran into the house and into his room. He slammed the door shut and and tore through his dresser. It took some time, but he finally found what he was looking for! After a couple minutes, he emerged from his room in swim trunks and went straight for the back yard! It was usually pretty chaotic outside as of late with the family getting so much bigger!, but this was a time that most of the family wasn't home. Score! Without the family to get in the way of his plan, Tullio got to work, grinning like a mad man.
It took some doing and time, but it was worth it as Tullio stepped back from his project. "Yessss... Perfect!" What was it that the boy was looking over? A slip n slide! He had decided that if anything, it could be fun to pretend being a penguin for the day! Slipping and sliding around in the backyard on a hot summer day? Oh yeah! That was the best idea and he couldn't wait for Iris to get here! With the work out of the way, he grabbed up the phone that was on the outside table in case Iris needed to call him, and sat in the grass to wait.

Now, in both of their excitements, neither had bothered to ask or give directions to Tullio's place! Lucky for Iris, the caretaker she found knew right where addresses of students who weren't on campus were, locating the address and quickly helping Iris sign out before taking the fallen's hand and beginning their walk to Tullio's place.
During the time, Iris had clung to the offered hand tightly, nerves rattling through their body throughout the trip. When they reached the house she hesitated, pulling back on the hand she clung to, stopping the caretaker in their place.
"What if he thinks I'm boring?" She nervously whispered, wings deflating when her hand was released and the caretaker bent down.
"Then he is wrong, little bird. You are a delight." Kira firmly responded with, offering a smile to the nervous fallen child. Iris merely shrugged in response, hesitant to admit she didn't quite think Kira was right. She didn't reject the hand offered back to her, clutching it tightly as Kira led her to the front door. Kira stepped back slightly, releasing Iris' hand and ringing the doorbell, letting Iris be the first thing seen when the door finally opened.
