if you're here it means you're interested in this little idea of mine, im sure you may be wondering what it is. what we have here is a world we can create ourselves. what i mean by that is this is a place where you can be whatever you want, good, evil, or whatever comes to mind. of course there will be a description of the actual story of this world soon to come but basically what i wanna outline here is some ground rules and base ideas.
so the TL biggrin R version of the story is this world was once filled with heroes and villains of the sort until one man , out big bad by the name of dark-matter, stood up and brought an end to all of it by raining death and destruction. we now live in a world where he rules and a new world of heroes and villains are beginning to resurface.
basically the world will have different influences from all types of things, which will be elaborated in the full story post. what id like to outline are the guidelines, nothing crazy just some ground details to help flesh out the story and what will be going on

1. there will be four old world powerhouses still alive in this era,known on the streets as the executives, one of them is dark matter and he is bottom line the most powerful. only one other spot for these 4 has been filled and 2 other spots are open inquire if interested
2.death is welcome but be warned every action has a conscience and dark forces lie in wait for those who begin to destroy mindlessly (this one's very story relevant and will be explained in due time)
3.a s.h.i.e.l.d. like government is in control. known publicly as the division of international protection or D.I.P. also known privately as whatever slang term anyone can come up with. they are known to work with heroes but also known to keep tight leashes and ruthlessly come down on whoever steps out of line
4.there are all kinds of powers in the world from manipulation of elements to just being super skilled in certain fields such as guns and swords, these things can come from any number of origins like magic, science, dna ect.there are also powerless vigilantes as well who do their job so don't feel you need powers to stand tall.

all i want is to just have a world we can all inhabit, have fun, create, explore, fight, love whatever you want, welcome to the world as we know it
