Name: Colleen Matoya

Nickname: Cauliflower, Chloe, Witch Lady

Age: 18

Birthday: May 1st

Sign: Raurus. Moo.

Gemstone: Lavender Scapolite

Blood Type: B-

Fav. Food: Tea, coffee, macaroons, cupcakes - basically sweet pastries from around the world with afore-mentioned Coffee or Tea.

Hated Food: Black pudding, Guiness, escargot, pretty much anything made from weird animal parts.

School: Works Part-Time at a small gaming store called Gamepad. What kind of games do they sell? The bettwer question is what kinds don't they sell? They also offer New and Used games, books, consoles, ETC, so you can literally finish building your gaming collection reasonably.

Hobbies:
Gaming - Colleen loves ghaming. It doesn't matter the kind - she likes to play or try it. Cards against Humanity, Munchkin, Monopoly, Sorry, Super Mario Brothers, Metroid, Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder - you name it, she's willing to give it a try at least once. Gaming is one of the ways she knows of to be social, and it brings her joy to play games with new people - to help break down her social barriers. As foir working at a gaming store? Well, good luck convincing her to finda different job.

Youtube - Colleen loves Youtube. To be in-depth, she falls into a habit of watching trivia, facts, science, history, music - nicely put she trawls Youtube for facts, theories, and general music or information. She generally doesn't enjoy 'Youetube Poop' or stupid stunts if only because there's little thought to be caused by them. Just give her something her mind can chew on, and leave her be.

Crafting - Colleen loves crafting. DIY, Craft Stores, random inspiration - it all works well with her. She enjoys the satisfaction of a new useful object, piece of clothing, or even inspired meal. She likes dirtying her hands and she likes doing - making - creating - and then repeating it all again.Crafting is a soothing practice for Colleen, that helps her ease neves and feel good about herself, and is something that she's enjoyed as long as she remembered.

Collecting Crystals - Colleen loves crystals for many reasons. Her entire space has crystals of all types and sizes, at least, within reason. From crystal balls to mineral dragons to pendants and more, she has a small trove. However, she also believes each has a porpuse and reason to be in her life - both in feng shui to crystal healing. Besides looking lovely, she likes feeling that they help her day to day life, and she loves getting ew crystals to continue bringing more lovely aesthetics and energy into her life.

Virtues:

Accepting of Others
My thing is not your thing but your thing is OK.

Colleen is one who doesn't immediately judge based on a lifestyle choice. OK, you're a goth. Cool! That's great! OK, you like Death Metal. Awesome! Horror? You keep doin' that. As long as it isn't illegal, Colleen doesn't have make or break standards for friends. As long as she isn't used or people she cares for aren't used and abused, well as long as you're happy and safe you're fine by her. She have various ranges of friends, from D&D geeks to a candlemaker to a few peope in local entertainment. People are often surprised by whom she accepts - moreso when they realize she's made friends with the same people.

Good sense of Humor
I'm attacking the Darkness!
Colleen likes laughing and laughs easily. Good jokes, bad jokes, fan jokes, general jokes - even puns and comedy sketches can make her laugh. She oves all kinds of humor and will watch Monty Python, 13 going on 30, and then listen to Jeff Dunham without batting an eyelash. Many think she's easily offended, and are often surprised, pleasantly, when she bursts out laughing, smiling and giggling. 'Tis better to smile and laugh than resort to anger immediately, and Colleen's sense of humor is one reason she makes friends easily.

Inquisitive
Whaaaat?!

Colleen is what most would call inquisitive,. She enjoys learning and understanding new things. Colleen likes to learn, because it puts her more in awe of the world around her, and will happily listen to new information from everyone. She's good at sorting fact from myth, and yet still enjoys both, simply because there might always be more to learn. Because Colleen is so inquisitive as to explore and learn, many enjoy telling or showing her things within agreed upon limits. She's respectful enough not to probe into sensitive topics but curious enough to ask sensible questions or try new things, and there's never anything wrong with curiousity, usually.

Flaws:

Petty
Oh, it was petty... But so satisfying.

Colleen, like most people, does not like being used or abused by others, nor does she enjoy being lied to, or similar. But what she does in response isn't much better. Colleen can be a petty b***h and do small, irritating things, or withold information, or similar just to be a s**t. She knows she's being petty, but when she's ticked enough to be petty, she just doesn't care and will generally relish the satisfaction of annoying the people who got on her nerves.

Shy
Two birds on a wire; one says come one, the other says I'm sorry

Surprisingly.... Colleen is very shy. She has a hard time talking to new people often and will not speak first when spoken to at times. In fact, she's often slightly intimidated by others, and needs a good common ground to even say hello or try. She's not mean, simply quiet without a common ground and while some wonder if she's snobby, that's not the case; she just needs extra help meeting people - since involving herself in things like gaming helps her get past many of her hurdles.

Closeted
But when he tried to walk again he wasn't a child.

Colleen keeps many things to herself in common conversation outside of wotrrk. She doesn't discuss her beliefs, political stance, or her interests. She's not open about her hobbies usually except to those ho find out through direct communication with those. It's not because she's terribly private - but she feels self concious about liking certain things but not seeming the sort, and she's rather not sure how to talk about them without feeling like a big nerd or feeling strange - so she keeps far too much people want to know to herself when able, and only talks about it when she's doing something.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Image yo.

Hair: Like the image! AYOOOO.

Face: Image!

Clothes: Eclectic; she wears outfits like her image, or she'll dressin comfortable things. Tees, spaghetti tops, shorts, jeans, doesn't matter as long as it looks pretty really.

The area in a 6x6 foot area circle around her begins to heat up before clouds suddenly appear above her, thundering and showing cloud lightening before a sudden downburst of rain falls. This rainfall will allow allies in the AoE to heal up to light wounds (Scrapes, bruises, scratches) much more quickly with a calming effect. Things to note about the North American Monsoon

And sphere presentation because this was actually important.

Wiki about the North American Monsoon - It's specific! could've fooled me tbh.

Visuals/effect mixed from the science and downright personal experience. For. Fricking. Years. Nothing like a tornado watch during a late thunderstorm. Or landing in this s**t ******** WINDSHEAR. Or even th blackouts. Yaaay.

This weather is the reason Arizona has a Dumb Motorist's law. Say hello to flash floods.

Mmmm. Wet dirt smell.

Hello Nova!

Colleen's civilian side looks great; however, her powered side needs some work before I can stamp it!

Firstly, North American Monsoons is not going to be a valid sphere, sorry! There isn't much differentiation, practically, between monsoons in North America and in other parts of the world, besides what season it happens during and the physical location, and also there are some canon issues (it's a bit odd to think that a magical warrior from another planet has the very Earth-specific power sphere of "North American Monsoons") so a Senshi of Monsoons in general would be more acceptable!

Also, I think her attacks are very much on the weak side! If you give her a radius there's really no reason to specify a set number of targets. Also, please specify what unit of measurement the radius is.

Further, I think you can have her upgrade more than she currently is between attacks -- curing light wounds at basic, moderate at super, and possibly even partially healing major wounds at Eternal would be fair, I think! You could also have her Eternal be damaging to enemies instead of healing to allies since you've added the wind effect, if you wanted.

Quote me if you have any questions or once you've made changes and I'll be back!

o3ob Went in, I think I got it all, wasn't sure.

I broadened the sphere- I'd gone so narrow because the geography itself affrcted the monsoons for the artea - North American monsoons aren't near as vicious as in Asia ETC (Still have had baby tornados from them though. Had one near my house once), and the formation seemed slightly different in wiki. o3o DSo I played on the cautious side.

Toughened attacks up/clarified things sizewise, removed target limits. Still erred towards a smaller monsoon rather than the eternal more severe monsoon and a tight AoE, mostly to keep caution (Plus she can use her ability as an excuse to cause monsoons over the heads of sad people, I mean what?).

If it still seems too mild I'm totally ok either covering a battlefield or upping the wind speeds on all levels (Need to just refresh memory of the Windspeed ETC), ETC - tightening ETC.

Just noted my thought end so you knpw what I was aiming for/curbing/why/oh god Nova why do you do these things to us I'm getting a bat/what have you. ouo

Thanks for poking, let me know if aught else needs done!

Poltergeist's attacks look great!

I do want to make one small note, though -- I glanced over her outfit and you mention that she has no front bow? She'll require some sort of front bow or substitute, and it can be small or subtle, like a string of coins or a single dangling ribbon hanging from the brooch, but it does have to be there!

Otherwise she looks great, so once you fix that I'll be happy to drop a stamp!

Hey, Nova! The profile looks good but I have a few small things I want to go over with her powered side!

The first thing is, fifty seconds is long for any attack (most eternal magic rarely exceeds 45) so to have her basic attack last for fifty seconds and get two uses is a bit too much; I would suggest dropping it to twenty seconds but giving the magic three uses to keep it more in line with a basic senshi's power level!

The second thing is, for her super attack it says she can heal moderate wounds; some people will disagree on what constitutes as a moderate wound and I want to make sure you get as much out of your magic as possible, so I would suggest changing the wording to say instead that it accelerates healing and that it will often mostly heal moderate injuries (or will at least heal them to the point that they are minor injuries).

For her eternal magic, I just want to clarify that her magic isn't completely healing any major injuries? It is definitely okay if it accelerates the healing of major injuries, but right now senshi magic should not be strong enough to heal a broken bone. It can help accelerate the healing or be strong enough to turn a life threatening injury into a less threatening injury!

(Also I wanted to ask, is healing based on the amount of time they spend in her range? For example, if someone stood in the AoE for five seconds, would they be less healed than someone who was there for fifteen? It might help to specify this in the attack!)

Please give me a quote if you have any questions, comments or make any changes and I'll be back as soon as possible!

HI KYU.

OK, knocked basic to 25 seconds (I think I typoed time before, not sure), left the uses at 2.

Left the note in of the Super, left in the note in it of moderate - 1st degree burns, bone bruising, nothing life threatening but nothing so ow it can knock someone fully from a fight? If that makes sense (I don't think I make sense to me though).

ETERNAL... No, it can't do anything for broken bones that a doctor would like. I left it to fractures - cracks in the bone rather than a full break to avoid body horror from bones setting wrong from it.

I kept the uses low to avoid attack abuse! Yay! -Playing on the side of caution-

As for a 25 second attack it's mostly so the downpour hits ground - otherwise in my mind it won't - it'll become virga, which is basically rain that doesn't reach the ground.

I'm going with it works in the AoE though. Leave at own risk.
