Well, I was exploring through maple island as my noob theif, pepsi, and was going to get my quest from maria, the hat lady. But oh no, she's down below!

Later, after I finished the quest, I came back to her to get my oh so special hat, and again...

It usually happened when someone with a jump/fly hack passes by. It used to happen in Beta all the time.
