BASICS
Name: Asher Zimmerman Nickname: the A train Gender: male Age and Birth Date: 23; born October 25th, 1993 Occupation: Bike Courier
APPEARANCE Asher's small -- only a couple inches over five feet, and slim, without an extra pound anywhere on him. His face is angular and a little bit square, with a long, straight nose and heavy brows over narrow, dark eyes. The slight curve of his mouth has a tendency to make him look like he's smirking or smug, even a serious moment, and the tousled mess of his hair holds just enough curl to make it a soft halo around his face.
He tends toward close-fitting clothing that emphasizes his slender frame, though it does have the bonus of making him look taller. Fitted t-shirts with bold, abstract patterns; soft, skinny jeans, sometimes cropped short, around mid calf; windbreakers or jean-jackets; a chain around his waist in place of a belt; and battered but surprisingly expensive sneakers that are, of course, extremely comfortable.
PERSONALITY In high school, Asher was the kind of middle-of-the-road student who was easy to overlook: scraping by in his classes with no real talent in any particular field, smoking a lot of pot but not in a hanging with the cool guys kind of way, He had two very good friends and that was his world for four years -- until both of them graduated and went off to college and he fell through the cracks, staying an extra year to repeat several failed classes.
The problem is that Asher isn't particularly smart, isn't an intellectual, and can't force himself to care about book learning. He's a kinetic young man with a hard time sitting still for long stretches of time, who can't see past the now to focus on why this all might be important tomorrow. He's impulsive, and dismissive, and covers up any self-consciousness with sarcasm. He's quick to pick a fight because otherwise, with his small size and his attitude, it's too easy for people to simply walk over him -- and he won't have that, not at this point in his life.
DEITY Asher is Chosen of Hermes due to his love of the city, his position as a bike messenger, and of course, his somewhat questionable moral compass. In addition to his legitimate work running rush packages for rich corporate tools from one end of Manhattan to the other, he also has a tendency to carry off-the-books goodies for some tycoons of a less legal variety.

APPEARANCE Beau stands at 5'4" and weights 122lbs. She has a nicely shaped body that is fit but not toned. She is from polish decent and has green eyes and brown hair. She often has a soft smile on her face.

Although she isn't someone that most people would want to fight she is someone who you'd want on your team. Beaulah doesn't lose, ever. She won't allow it. It's not uncommon to find an actress who is competitive but for Beaulah it can be taken to the extreme. She doesn't just like to lose roles, she doesn't like to lose anything.
If you're new to the school it won't take long for Beaulah to find you and offer to give you a tour. She tends to be one of the first to offer things like that as she loves being friendly. She's the girl that is at every party dancing around in the center of the room and laughing with everyone. It isn't hard for her to make friends, and it never has been. Although she has her small group of friends to which she gives her full loyalty to, which isn't easy to become, she considers everyone else her friend as well.
Beaulah likes boys, a lot. To her it's a game, a game that she so happens to be good at. However even though she has no problem flirting with anyone and everyone she is pretty good at making it clear whether it's just her having fun or if she actually likes you. She wants to have fun, not necessarily break hearts.
Although she isn't about to win any spelling bee's anytime soon Beualah is pretty intelligent. She may not be the most book smart out there but her street smarts are on point. The learning style she learns the most easily in is motor learning, meaning she learns best working with her hands and with repetition. Memorizing lines become easy for her as long as she repeats them over and over again.
VINDICTIVE - INSECURE - MANIPULATIVE - "FEARLESS"
If there is one thing that Beaulah doesn't do, it's forgive. She's big on an eye for an eye and if you mess with her then you should watch your back because she is going to get you back. Although she believes that the punishment should be equal to the crime she can go a bit overboard at times in her revenge. She's been punished for this trait many times but can't seem to shake it. Not that she really wants to.
Her father is a playwrights, and although she's an excellent actress and has already won awards for her work on Broadway there are still people who say she didn't earn her career, that it was handed to her. Because of this she is insecure about her career. Although she knows she is a good actress and loves doing it she sometimes wonders if the critics are right about her. As much as she tries to hide the fact that she is so insecure whenever she is questioned, or career path is, her insecurity can surface.
Beaulah's been played, so although she knows how much it hurts to be played she also watched how much it could get you ahead. She's not above using people she finds disposable, or manipulating them to do her will. Although she wouldn't do this to any of her close friends most others are fair game.
Nothing scares Beaulah, or at least she likes to make it seem that way. She tries to act all tough and like she isn't scared of everything. This can rub people the wrong way, but she could care less. She rather them not like her because she is "fearless" then try to take advantage of her. This trait has earned her a few enemies, and gotten her into trouble a few times.
DEITY Dionysus picked her for many reasons. She comes from a family that lives for theatre. Her father is playwright and her mother an actress, it was no wonder she followed into their foot steps and has been on Broadway her whole life. The fact that she also loves a good drink and a good party most certainly didn't hurt either!

APPEARANCE Chloe is endowed with a lean and balanced physique, long shapely limbs, and a subtly feminine silhouette. Her bearing retains a sort of feline grace, the fluidity of her gestures imparing elegance to her quick and deft movements. Her gait is long and smooth though curious as though she were walking on a narrow ledge. Her features are a fusion of lusciously soft curves and steely yet alluring angularity. The elegant arc of her brow, which dissolves into the delicate nose and beguiling undulations of her full lips, seems at odds with the high, chiseled cheekbones, and sharp jaw-line. PERSONALITY * Competitive - Growing up, Chloe's mother use to push her to always be the best and the top of her class; anything less was a disgrace and unwelcomed into their home. This lead to a seed being planted within her that not only makes her desire to be the best but will have the woman spend hours, if not days, perfecting whatever is needed to achieve such goals. If she does not come in first (or the equivalent of), she mentally bashes herself and often finds it hard to even congratulate the winner. This does not make her a sore loser, she will still wish them well and luck prior to competing and then express congratulations after in a pleasant manner, but inwardly, she is seething and feeling dejected.
*Perfectionist - Everything has to be done to a certain degree of perfection. Hours upon hours will be spent ensuring that anything from a routine is performed correctly to her skills within the prytaneum are both honed and mastered. Anything short is unacceptable and thus only makes her work that much harder to prove she can do what her mind is set upon. This personality quirk can often lead her to become almost obsessed.
*Loner/Socially Awkward - Despite dance has often forced her to work as a team during certain events, Chloe never had time for learning about friendship as a child. This has instilled a since of solitary within her and because of it she doesn't quite know how to be around others. She finds that she can easily slip within a studio to practice and find herself at ease more then she could around a group of people. This doesn't imply that she lacks the ability to make friends or desires to be around others, it is merely she lacks the social skills to do so and needs more practice.
*Passionate - If there is something Chloe has come to want, or come to enjoy, then she will put everything of herself into it. Even if it cost physical pain, she will allow herself to be consumed for her want to fuel this passion. Of course, her biggest passion is the love of dance.

Much like Terpsichore, Chloe is always found dancing and spending time amongst a variety of music as she practices. When it comes to it, it is the soul of music that helps fuel the power of dance, for if there is no music, no rhythm or beat, dance is but only half the story.

PERSONALITY Blessed with an excellent poker face, Clarence likes to carefully study the people around him before jumping in if he gets the chance. With clients, of course, it's easier - they post for him through different websites; he knows what they like, who they are, and what they want before going in. But when he's not working, he's a little out of sorts on how to deal with people. It's too easy to just to slip his professional mask back on and it makes him wonder if it's really a mask after all. If it works, though, it doesn't really matter.
Beyond that, he has a tendency to be overprotective of his friends and family. He feels as though the world is truly a shitty place and it's up to him to try and counteract what he can. Clarence has no qualms about fleecing those who deserve it out of extra money or more, and once he has determined someone is not a good person, then that is that. He holds grudges forever.

APPEARANCE 5'9", built wiry and whippy, all lean ripcord muscle and coiled energy. His face is sharp and impish, almost fey-looking, with enormous uptilted brown eyes and a curved barbell piercing on the left side of his lower lip. His honey-blond hair is worn in wild dreadlocks that hang to the middle of his back, usually pulled back into a messy ponytail. A transplanted Englishman, he's got a British pale complexion that's just suntouched enough to look slightly tawny. Sometimes he peels off his t-shirt and paints Pictish symbols in blue on his bare arms and chest when he's performing. Dresses like a refugee from the Ramones, favors skinny jeans and tanks and t-shirts and leather biker jackets and the color black.
PERSONALITY Hard-living, hard-working, and hard-drinking, Robin really is a secret good guy, almost a Boy Scout at heart. He's a lover AND a fighter, high-energy and manic. "On" all the time, he'll dance on the tables and flirt with whoever catches his eye and get into brawls and/or deep philosophical discussions on the state of the world all in the same evening, and all for fun. His passions run deep; outspoken and blunt, he will LET YOU KNOW AT FULL VOLUME PRECISELY HOW HE FEELS, DAMMIT. And it's okay if you hold a different opinion, it really is! Just don't be an arse about it and you'll get along just fine with him.
A total control freak, Rob has a deep distrust of people trying to take advantage of him. In true punk fashion, he wears his defiance and fierce independence on his sleeve. He's a quarrelsome, belligerent little s**t (regardless of whether he's drunk or sober) who would rather throw a punch than argue, though he's pretty good at that too. In fact, it's often his mouth that gets him into trouble that he has to fight his way out of. He's incredibly impatient with people and situations, with poor impulse control on top of it. He can act like Veruca Salt at his worst, demanding that he be given what he wants NOW, especially if he worked hard to earn it.
DEITY Robin is Chosen of Dionysus, because he considers himself a performer rather than a musician. His punk-ness is as much performance art/street theatre as anything, putting on the punk guise like an actor's costume when he assumes the identity Rob Anybody. It's the total package, not just the music, that he's trying to sell to you -- the image, the attitude, the concept of punk. This despite the fact that what he's playing is punked-up versions of traditional British/Celtic folk music.
He also loves his wine, women, and song and is the biggest beer snob on the planet.

APPEARANCE Height: 6’ 2” Build: Somewhat muscular, works out enough to not be overweight but hasn’t really gained any sharp muscles except for in his legs as a casual soccer/football player Coloration: Caucasian who gets some sunlight, Peaches color on that image General Style of Clothing: Black cowboy hat while not on the job, could have a band around it with Apollo’s symbol as the buckle/metal on the band. Usually a t-shirt of some sort with jeans and sneakers. On the job it would of course be a doctor’s coat, Apollo’s symbol could be on a front pocket or above, black slacks and shoes. PERSONALITY Tom is somewhat of an introvert though it is hard to tell. He loves to go and hang out with his friends and acquaintances, but can only go out for so long. Some of his favorite things to do besides his profession is play soccer and go hiking and other outdoor activities. He’s an environmentalist but doesn’t force his choices/views on others, so very few people actually know he is an environmentalist.
Positive traits: Easygoing: Tends to just go along with the flow and doesn’t get angry if something bad happens if it’s just a minor inconvenience. Friendly: Usually able to get along with everyone, and if not able to make friends he at least doesn’t leave a bad impression. Reliable: Tends to be the type of person who his friends always feel like they can turn to for advice or help.
Flaws: Distracted: This has kept him from making some friends, though he can control it while working. It’s more when he’s reading a book he is really into or writing he tends to block out every noise in the room. Usually the only thing to break him out of it is to wave a hand in front of his face or touch his shoulder. Sarcastic: You can tell when Tom is annoyed or angry when he starts to make very caustic sarcastic comments.
DEITY Chose of Apollo. He’s a general practitioner though he’s just started but wants to do as much good as he can. He wants to open his own clinic up for those who may be too poor to be able to afford going to the doctor regularly and create a referral system that will also help those people to get more affordable treatment, whether it is in the U.S. or to other countries.

In every day non-work life, she leans towards airy, simple clothes that easily look effortless as appearance is always important (if not to her, specifically, than in life). She always has a bracelet or necklace talisman related to birds or wings (as birds are clever and some are considered bad luck, which she is to anyone who becomes her mark) on herself. She also has pierced ears. (As a suggestion, perhaps a plain sterling silver stud in one ear with a sterling silver Hermes symbol earring in the other, for symbol placement.)
Adaptive Fitting in has never been a problem for Marisol; adept at reading people and able to slip into roles easily, she is always convincing at whatever assignment she has. It also aids her in schemes as there is rarely ever a job, ballet or con, that goes off without a hitch.
Charming Eloquent and beautiful, she is an expert at subtle charm. She knows when to catch an eye, how much attention to give or deny, and never comes on to strong. A soft approach can always be added to; a harsh one can blow up in one's face.
Strategic When it comes down to, she will always take the time and precaution to plan things out. Not limited to one, she likes to have multiple plans in her back pocket. They may not go as planned but it's always best to have a blueprint that can be altered if need be.
Determined What could be considered a boon, being determined also has it's downsides. When her goal eludes her, Marisol can become hyper-focused. This can make her lose sight of the bigger picture in exchange for that one small thing that she should be able to get.
Isolated A symptom from her preferred line of work, she often struggles to feel connected to anyone besides her parents being as they're the only two people who know her. While it has yet to hurt her professionally (and in fact, sometimes aides her), when the curtains fall or the job is done, there's not a lot that makes her feel connected to the world at large.
Thrill Seeker From a young age, she has been prone to doing daring things if only to feel that high of adrenaline. While it has aided her in ballet and in cons, it also can make her exceptionally reckless.
DEITY A woman who is always planning a con, there was little fight when Hermes chose her. Agile and quick from years of ballet, her ability to charm others into giving her what she's after is something that pleases him greatly.

PERSONALITY The man's disposition is like water—fluid. No matter the time or circumstance, Rosalind's face always reflects a jaded calm betwixt with an amused smile. Rarely, if ever for that matter, would one see him angered and, considering the surly attitude of some of his students, it is an impressive feat in and among itself. He tends to take things in stride and never raises a fuss, but at the same time, it is also rare for him to take even concerning matters seriously. When push comes to shove, Rosalind is notable for his inaction—he places responsibility in the hands of others. His attitude seems to run by the belief that everything will be all right in the end and, if it is isn't, it isn't the end. Disregarding his detachment from matters and situations that don't concern him, the man does have a heart. He regards others with an air of tranquility and openness. Many might comment he is someone that may not judge and, in truth, they are right. Be you a beggar or a thief, as long as you've no personal afflictions with him (heck, even if you do, as long as they don't run deep), Rosalind will open up his home to you for a chat if you so need it.
However, Rosalind is a mystery wrapped in an enigma. You may be allowed beyond the limits of his home, but it would take an arduous effort to pierce the iron armor clad about his mind and heart. He does not like to share intricate details about himself and values his secrecy greatly. While Rosalind does not grow hostile with anyone who wishes to know about him, he does grow flagrant, and drops pretty obvious hints that he is uncomfortable that if a subject shouldn't be broached, it shouldn't. Just like his secrets are seldom shared, so are the secrets of others. Rosalind has an impressive forbearance and will never reveal the secret of another no matter the threat held against him. He knows there is information about others that could be detrimental to their lives, so if they are not to be spoken, he won't break his promise. Loose lips sink ships, as they say, and he is not going to drown an armada.
When it comes to structured rules and sanctions, Rosalind's rigidity is known to blossom forth here. To him, any structure without a good foundation built on practices will not hold. Thus, he can be incredibly faithful to rules and regulations to the point swaying from them can incite his need to discipline. Like his rigidity, sometimes he needs to take a step back and inspect the moment and his possible options before acting, but that is easier said than done. This is a common practice when in the company of his daughter, Ellie, because, even though she's mature for her age, she still needs guidance in the form of a father figure. Instead of letting her make her own mistakes to learn from, offering guidance along the way, Rosalind is quick to let her know the lesson instead. While beneficial in its own right, regarding Ellie, the message may fall under the radar. This doesn't happen all of the time, though; since she is slightly intimidated by Rosalind, she is quick to rectify any transgressions made against him, so cases of acting out have gradually become less and less over time.
DEITY Osmond has been blessed by Demeter; his great love of his students (which he is not beyond referring to as his kids) and his daughter has grounded the man as a father to all. He is patient enough with anyone younger than him as he too understands the troubles and dilemmas an individual may encounter and isn't beyond being a guiding light in a dim world. His affinity with gardening has shown him to have a green thumb; selling his produce at the local farmer's market when it's open.

APPEARANCE Tall, muscular and brawny, and dark skinned. He has waist-length dreadlocks that are mostly black but with a bit of brown mixed in and brown eyes.
PERSONALITY Lincoln is a mix of loyalty, passion, quick thinking, stubbornness, self-deprecation, and a hot temper. He is a good man with solid ethics that make him rational minded and supportive most of the time, but that combats with a fuse that's too short sometimes and a consistent feeling that he's not good enough for whatever it is that he does. It's hard to dissuade him from his path once he's on it; Lincoln is staunchly loyal to whatever it is he does and will see things through to the end as much as he can, though he does realize this isn't always possible.
Lincoln's father is Russian and as such Lincoln has a faint Russian accent which is usually more pronounced when he's angry.
DEITY Lincoln's quick temper and strength make him an ideal follower of Ares. While not one for unwarranted, bloody fights, he's not above using violence as a means to an end, though he prefers not to involve innocent people and is not supportive of violence simply for violence's sake. Having a cause to work towards and fight for is a key part of Lincoln, as well as an ability to defend himself, and as such, he is suited well for Ares.

APPEARANCE Gretta is a comely enough young woman - her features (pink cheeked & befreckled) are always smiling. Her hair is a thick, dark auburn and she wears it either in a braid or loose waves that fall down her back. She wears tortoiseshell square-rimmed glasses which frame her pale green eyes. Her ears are pierced; she prefers more modest jewelry and never wears anything that dangles.
Gretta is a little on the heavier side - she's got a matronly bosom and wide hips. She wears a lot of a-line skirts, empire-waisted dresses and floral blouses.
PERSONALITY There has never been a mean bone in Gretta's body. There are times, of course, where the spitfire in her surfaces; she is a protector of those she cares for, a champion of the unfortunate, a collector of stray cats and a lover of good, hearty food.
Gretta loves children and has grand dreams of settling down with a hard-working gentleman and starting a family of her own. She isn't socially inept but she doesn't really pick up on social cues - so it's hard for her to tell when someone's giving her a compliment or showing a personal interest in her.
She is quite talented at baking pies, cookies and the like but Gretta excels at cooking meals from scratch - her beef stew is renowned and she actually won a chili cooking contest or five. She is modest to a fault, and probably a little too humble when it comes to praise - but she's headstrong and oftentimes opinionated when she firmly believes in something.
The Bed and Breakfast she runs (with the help of a very small staff) is her crowning glory, her pride and joy. It's been in her family for years, but it wasn't until the death of her parents that The Huckleberry Inn fell into her hands. She'd been helping them run it for years, and after her mother and father passed in a fatal car accident Gretta threw herself into running the Inn with a passion and fervor that made it easier to manage her own grief.

Gretta can cook her a** off, dreams of being the perfect wife and mother, and finds nothing more satisfying than providing people with country comfort at her bed and breakfast, The Huckleberry Inn. APPEARANCE Eden is 5'10 and still growing, lean frame that borders on androgynous with red hair and blue eyes. Fashion usually consist of Skater punk fashion coupled with cute accessories. he has a lot of inspiration from Kpop, Japanese, Video games and american styles.
PERSONALITY Here I am (Independentl): Eden has always been able to take care of himself. He grew up with a lawyer mother and a flight attendant father. Both were away from home, more then they were. So he was forced to do things around the house and school by himself. It makes him very thoughtful and crafty when it comes to doing things.
Early Bird Gets the Worm (Punctual): He's ready to get his life going, and he wants to do it as quick as possible. So if you tell him a time to be there, he'll get there 15 minutes early. Go to school? He's there 30 minutes before the bell rings for it. Shopping trip? He's ready to go hours ahead in time. He's waiting on you, and everyone else to catch up to his speed!
Things left Undiscovered (Curious): Naturally as a young guy, he's got a curiosity about everything. In particular, he likes to take apart things and build them back together. He likes school because it offers him more things to learn. With this curiosity, comes an open mind. He usually ask for proof or validation of claims but is always willing to hear your theories out! Unless they contradict his and then well...(see Below)

This is the way it is (Narrow POV): Being left alone for awhile, Eden developed a habit...or tendency to believe that everyone hated him and didn't understand him. Since he was left with only his views, it developed into a personality trait that anything he knows, is obviously the only thing that is right. Thus his POV of things, is obviously the only right POV and everyone else just has it wrong. He's quick to correct you and when challenged, can often shut down.
Luckily, because he's now questioning things, this could change.
Short Fuse (Temper): Frustrations after never seeing anything more then the parents who never cared has developed a bit of a frustration with others.He didn't have the parents he needed, and sometimes he would get bullied at school and had no other way to control his temper. To many times has developed him into a short fuse, and he's quick to anger first.
That's not my fault (Irresponsible): Like above, Eden's only life consisted of the his home and not much else. He did, at first, anything to gain their attention at home and school, even if it was in the form of punishment. Then it moved to doing it to rebel against anyone and finally, when it didn't work, it evolved into him not caring. It wasn't his fault anymore, but everyone else. He did nothing wrong after all, besides being stuck in his own rut.
DEITY
Aphrodite has blessed Eden based on his naturally good looks as well as a little fashion sense. He's always been interested in fashion and spends his time at home making his own style of clothes. More often then not, its seen extra weird. He's hoping that perhaps he could flourish at the school as either a model or fashion designer.

APPEARANCE
Mal wears two piece suits in black or greys, with obnoxious brightly patterned ties. No matter how neat he was when he left his door, he invariably looks rumpled by the time he sees the public, tie loose and top button undone.
Mal is pale enough that he spends the summer months rotating between sunburnt and peeling with no stopping at any degree of tan. His hair is dark brown, starting to go grey, and he wears it short on the sides and longer on top, where sometimes it flops over an eyebrow. He has deep set blue-hazel eyes behind plastic, square-rimmed glasses, and combined with his dark brown eyebrows it gives him a look of surprised disapproval. He has a generous mouth that turns down the slightest little bit at the corners, and a strong jaw.
+ Loyal: Mal has many acquaintances but few real friends. Those people are people he would die for, and more importantly, cover things up for. - Skeptical: He is a cop from a family of cops, but had the misfortune of being placed in a department rife with corruption. His view of the world is now mostly in shades of grey. While this means that no one is ever one hundred percent guilty, it also means that no one is one hundred percent innocent, or acting on entirely pure motives. - Armored: Mal will be pleasant to you, interact socially with you, but getting under his skin to the man beneath the polite, perpetually surprised shell takes some doing, and many people don't ever get there-- and don't ever realize it. + Calm in a Crisis: He's one of those people who, while they may not know what to do in times of crisis, keep their calm and so appear to know what they're doing. He may not have the best plan, but he'll come up with something to keep people from falling apart into hysteria.

APPEARANCE 6'4" tall, lean and lanky build, tan skin, wide, usually smiling mouth, freckles, tends towards loose and comfortable shirts over a tankini and combat boots (when not at work). Pierced ears. Hair is a dark caramel-honey color and shaved to the scalp at the sides and back. Usually worn up in a loose bun. Bangs are on the longish side and are dyed a lighter caramel-honey and a pale, sky blue. Pale green eyes. Has scarring on both legs from shark attack. rough visuals
PERSONALITY Theo is a distantly friendly woman with a passion for the ocean and it's inhabitants. She is determined to learn as much as possible for the sole purpose of protecting the species still out there. Her motivating force is an incident from her teen years when she went out swimming and was attacked by a very small and confused bull shark. Obviously, she was rescued and her legs treated. The shark was not so lucky as a small group of douchbros attempted gallantry and dragged the shark to shore with her and beat the poor thing to death before her eyes.
Since she failed to see how the shark was at fault, she resolved to do what she could once healed to make sure that animals doing what they were designed to do wouldn't be needlessly killed. And if the incident also sparked a tendency towards being an eco-warrior, well, it gives her something to do on weekends. And since that terrible animal selfie trend has started, she's had a lot to keep her weekends busy. Dolphin and turtle murdering assholes won't punch themselves in the face, you know!
