Adanna shook her head, grinning honestly for the first time. Bakhti was sweet-here she was, trying to cheer her up when she didn't even know her that well. "Thanks for trying to make me feel better but it's ok...it's an old wound...It was a long time ago. My family has been simply Nukta for a long time..." Though with a throughtful twitch of her ear she murmured, "Though I'd be much happier if he would pull himself together...mm...."

Bakhti smiled at the femme. "Well lets show you the lands if your staying around a bit. Maybe I will meet this friend of yours at some point!" She smiled at Adanna and shook her head, flies, so annoying. "Adanna, if you ever need anyone to talk to about anything, I will be around somewhere, cubs tie you down!" She smiled and let her paws hit the soft ground as they walked.

Ada couldn't help but laugh. Nothing phased this female! Was that what it meant to be a mother? Maybe it was. She really had no idea. "Yeah, enough of my grumbling! A tour sounds nice," She smiled and nodded, withholding her energy that was almost endless at most points in the day. Normally she would have bound ahead or something reckless, but somehow she didn't think that fit in the presence of Bakhti...she didn't think Bakhti would dislike it, but she had a strange feeling of wanting to be civil, for the other female's sake.

Bakhti smiled and took her to the waterhole, she really needed a drink and if Adanna hasn't been there, it was probably the most important part of the pridelands!
As they reached the waterhole, very suddenly Bakhti ran forwards and leaped into the water sending water droplets everywhere. She stood up in the water and lapped some up before rolling around in the cool liquid, "Come on in Adanna, its lovely!" She chuckled happily.

Adanna ducked her head down slightly as she was sprayed suddenly with water from the splash. She shook out her fur and grinned broadly. Now this was more like it! She took a couple of steps backward, her white tipped tail swishing from side to side before she raced forward and plunged into the pool with a huge splash. Well, it seemed like Ada was the playful type, mm?

Bakhti chuckled, it was nice to be able to play around again, not pregnant, not having to really worry about the cubs, yep this was all good! She swam over to the lioness and pawed at her playfully, she would have pounced her but she couldn't get any secure footing.

Adanna batted at Bakhti's paws in her own, competative and playful nature. She swam around clusmingly, laughing as water splashed everywhere at their silly attempts to "wack" each other. She made a restless dive toward the other female's ears and missed, splashing down into the water.

Bakhti dived under the water and was hoping to find the femme so she could headbut her from under the water, but after a while of getting lost she needed a breath so swam to the top, took a large breath, swam to the shore, got a good footing and attempted to pounce!

Adanna resurfaced to find that she couldn't spot Bakhti anymore. She blinked and looked around, rather surprised. Imagine how startled she was upon finally seeing the lionness pouncing upon her! Unable to move in time she was pushed underwater by the impact.

Bakhti moved quick enough so that she didn't drown the female but she had found this amusing, oh it had been so long since she had been playing around with others. This was amazing!
She did however crawl out the water, she wasn't as healthy as had once been and needed to rest for a few minutes. It would be better to stay like this happily!

Adanna swam to the surface, coughing a little to clear her lungs, but it didn't seem to be anything serious. She swam back to the shore, her coat pulling down heavily with the water it held as she splattered the rock she wandered onto with water.
She looked over at Bakhti and glowered for a moment before she ginned and chuckled a little as she shook out her fur, "When we get back in I'm SO going to get you!"

Bakhti sat laughing, she hadn't had so much fun in ages. "Well rest now! You will need all the strength you can get if you want to beat me!" She stuck her tounge out playfully and started laughing. This really was hilarious and so much fun!

"Really? We'll just see about that!" Ada countered, taking up the challenge without so much as an after-thought. With a wide grin, she rolled onto her back to catch her breath and relax for a moment. The warm sun felt wonderful against her wet fur, causing the majority of the water-weight she had carried in her coat to slowly fade away as she rested.

Bakhti licked at her paw a bit, it was bleeding, she had obviously stepped on something sharp! She didn't mind, it didn't hurt but also she didn't want it getting any worse.
Her blue eyes watched the other femme with a smile on her face, "Your rather playful I must say. You should meet my children, they would love to play with you!" She smiled thinking about Kib suddenly. She missed her daughter.
