Rules:
Please only post when the class is open.
You may only enter four characters per class opening for credit.
You may only claim credit for the class once you have been quoted that you have received a passing grade.
Should you not pass the class, you will be quoted that your student needs to retake the class and they may try again the next time the class is open.

 Nightmare: Music Selection: Shadow Dance by Lindsey Stirling Prompt: Aeon listened to the song Shadow dance played on the violin many times, she loved the beat of life that the song conveyed to her. "To me Shadow dance speaks of joy and fun. The piece bounces and is a beautiful fun piece of music."

Nightmare: Aeon
Instrument: Violin
Prompt: Aeon made a face as she attempted to play the piece she had chosen and did it all wrong it was very annoying and she was disappointed in herself. Aeon took a deep breath she needed to focus so she could try again. He heart clearly hadn't been in it when she attempted that music piece. Perhaps Aeon's mind was on something else altogether, her family, her realtionship, or her lack of a relationship. Aeon sighed and looked over the notes again, getting ready to try again. She hoped she would do much better this time, music was her life.

Nightmare: Aeon
Instrument: Violin
Prompt: Aeon closed her eyes and felt her hand on her violin, she needed to let the music fill her and move through her to become a part of the music, not just play the notes. That wasn't enough to perform a beautiful piece of music. Aeon let go of everything else she had been worried about go, she couldn't let herself worry about, anything right now she needed to play. Aeon smiled as the notes of the song, flooded the room, her bow moved across the strings playing a beautiful bittersweet song. Aeon thought of nothing else but the song playing through her, till the song was over and she opened her eyes.

Nightmare: Aeon
Instrument: Violin
Prompt: Aeon spent the first day working on her first piece of music that she was composing by herself, it was a bittersweet piece the music was a heartfelt creation about how she felt about leaving the Above and moving to the Bellow. Her next piece was one of joy and pride, it was for her two son's that she was so proud of. She was so proud of both Alexander and Keriga and would never regret coming to the bellow because they were the result. The third musical composition Aeon wrote was a fun piece that happily bounced about. Towards the end of the week Aeon was running out of ideas so she wrote 2 more short pieces and turned them into the teacher. Playing each of them happily.

 Nightmare: Jurvik Normal Instrument: bagpipes (woodwind) New Instrument: saxophone Prompt: Jurvik could play a couple different types of instrument, although most of the time he played his trusted pipes. They were an instrument he was very much familiar with. Even so, he had experience with a few different instruments, so being asked to pick up a new instrument was a welcome challenge for him. He looked over the selection and picked a saxophone. Why a saxophone? Well, he'd never tried using the saxophone before, for one thing, and for another thing, it was an instrument that bridged the gap between a family he knew (woodwinds) and a family he absolutely did not know (the brass).
Several of the notes he hit were decidedly sour, and the fingering was a little unfamiliar. The instrument was also a lot heavier than he had expected. Nonetheless, he had fun trying a few tunes during class.

 Nightmare: Abrus Normal Instrument: Voice New Instrument: Flute Prompt:Abrus usually had his hands full juggling while preforming, and relied on his voice to accompany his performances. It was working fairly well, but the new big, bold, and upcoming actors always seemed to know copious amounts of instruments. Why Abrus had just watched a show last week about a nightmare that could use 10 different instruments. Abrus looked over the instruments. Nothing really popped out to him. His eyes lay on a small porcelain flute, and his eyes lit up. It looked just like his horn in face. The kirin picked up the flute and gave it a shot. The noise that came out was rather terrible, and Abrus wanted to flee the instrument at once. But, he calmed down, told himself that this was for his future as a performer, and continued on.

Nightmare: Aeon Normal Instrument: Violin (Strings) New Instrument: Drums and Celo (Strings) Prompt:  Aeon frowned this was certainly a strange assignment why did Aeon need to try other instruments but Aeon followed the directions anyway and chose the most different from her violin she would find. She sat down at the drums and started trying to keep a beat, Aeon was terrible at it and the sound wasn't pleasing to her ears to noisy. Aeon got up and then went to try out the Celo it was much larger than what Aeon was used to with her violin, so it felt weird leaning against her body. The sound however, was similar to her violin but deeper, Aeon rather liked it and kinda wanted to learn more about the Celo and perhaps take lessons to learn more about it.
