Sailor Scout Attack:
Name - Hekate Jinx.
Execution - Hekate extends her right arm, holds her hand up, and says the name of her attack. A three-inch-wide, whispy, purple trail (Think the Evil Queen's Curse from Once Upon a Time in appearance, but to a much smaller scale.) snakes its way from Hekate's palm to her victim, absorbed through the nose, ears, and mouth.
Effect - The affected party will experience effects of bad luck in terms of battle, including less effective attacks and difficulty accurately attacking targets.
Use Limits - This attack may be used three times per battle and affects one person.
Power Limits - The effects of this attack last for twenty-five seconds.
Weaknesses - Hekate's attack is slow and can be dodged. Her attack can reach up to four feet away.
Super Sailor Scout Attack:
Name - Hekate Hex.
Execution - Hekate extends her both of her arms, holds her hands up, and says the name of her attack. A three-inch-wide, whispy, purple trail (Think the Evil Queen's Curse from Once Upon a Time in appearance, but to a much smaller scale.) snakes its way from Hekate's palms to her victims, absorbed through the nose, ears, and mouth.
Effect - The affected party will experience effects of bad luck in terms of battle, including less effective attacks and difficulty accurately attacking targets.
Use Limits - This attack may be used three times per battle and affects two people.
Power Limits - The effects of this attack last for thirty seconds.
Weaknesses - Hekate's attack is slow and can be dodged. Her attack can reach up to five feet away.
Eternal Sailor Attack:
Name - Hekate Mayhem.
Execution - Hekate sweeps her arms outwards and says her attack's name. A three-foot-wide, dense, rolling, purple fog (Think the Evil Queen's Curse from Once Upon a Time in appearance, but to a smaller scale.) rises from the ground and is absorbed by allies and enemies.
Effect - The affected parties will experience effects of bad luck in terms of battle, including less effective attacks, difficulty accurately attacking targets, and greater susceptibility to incoming attacks. (Attacks would effect victims as if they were in their third stage if they are fourth stage, second if third, first if second, and first stages would receive double the effects of the attack.)
Use Limits - This attack may be used one time per battle and affects allies and enemies within the AOE, Hekate excluded.
Power Limits - The effects of this attack last for forty seconds.
Weaknesses - Hekate's attack affects both allies and enemies alike. Her fog can only reach persons within a ten foot radius from her attacking position.
