Nostalgia pulled Slievenamon to the park; a common venture when she was a page, but now that she was a squire, she hadn't given the area much thought now that she had the warehouse in downtown Destiny City as a place to think. She walked the wooded thickets with restless abandon, chuckling at places that drew the most vivid memories.
That's where I'd always play my shell flute, she thought, erecting a finger to the branch she sit on and watch the sun dip behind the city while playing a lovely melody. And... And that's where I dusted my third youma. That one came really, reaaally close to taking a finger, heh.
She continued to push through before coming across a nearby bench. Her mouth drew to a small O as the realization of where she was came forth.
Oh, and this... This is where I sat with Hyperborea once, wasn't it? She inclined her head in the positive as her memory came back. Been a while since I've last seen her, huh...

The park was familiar ground to Hyperborea, She liked to take her patrols there if the weather was nice as it was tonight. She also had alot of memories from this park.
It had been where she meet alot of allies. She had meet Hvergelmir here when she was still just a page. As a squire she meet Falias, Sherwood, and Juno in these woods. And as a knight she had meet Slievenamon.
She thought back to the page of Neptune who had been so hungry for knowledge. She wondered if the girl was doing alright when she felt the pang of a Neptune squire in area. I wonder... she thought to herself as she made her way over to the owner.
Sure enough it was the very page she had been thinking of although she had been raised to a squire now. "Bonsior Slievenamon, long time no see. Congrats on your promotion." Hyperborea greeted the squire with a friendly smile.

It was then Slievenamon felt an energy signature. It burned bright like a star and with it came a familiarity. Could it possibly be...?
When the squire shifted her chin over her shoulder, the sight of a familiar friend came into view. Suddenly, the girl felt a gush of happiness overcome her. What a stroke of luck!
"Hyperborea!" she cried, turning fully to the other and mirroring the same smile. "Speak of the devil, I was just thinking about you. Long time no see, have you been fairing well?" She pressed a hand to her chest and inclined her head in gratitude. "Thank you, without your help, I wouldn't have made it this far."

Hyperborea was happy to have her smile returned and to hear that she had been in the squire's thoughts. It gave her a nice feeling. "You were in my thoughts as well actually."
"I have been well and I am truly happy to see another comrade alive and well before me." She said it was truly a great thing to know another knight still wore white and was not hurt physically.
"You are too kind, I'm sure your wonder saw the potential you have and awarded you according." She said with a laugh as she waved away the other's gratitude though she did appreciate it even if she felt it was unwarranted.
"So how have you been, anything new happen?" She asked curious.

The squire's smile brightened and she presented a hand to the same bench they had conversed on in the past. Taking a seat on the side she had before, there was a nostalgic air about the whole scene. Despite the passage of time and how long it had been, Slievenamon didn't feel any different.
"I guess it did," she said with a chuckle, glancing down at her shell flute. "I've visited it a few times and it's been wonderful. Oh, but the mess..." She sagged to one side as she let out a dramatic sigh. "There is so, so, so, SO much to clean. I've been working on it slowly, but I feel like I'll never get it finished..."
Come Hyperborea's query, she shook her head. "Nothing recent," she said, referring to the matters at large. "I've been patrolling daily and keeping tabs on several things, but nothing of major to note. Well, recently, I did return a stolen starseed to a civilian, but that's been the highlight of my powered life as of late, aha."

"So what is Slievenamon like?" She asked curious. It was a name she didn't know the mythology behind.
"I think that's a wonderful highlight to have. We all have to play our parts to play in the war, sometimes they are small sometimes they are large but they are all important." She assured the squire happy to hear that she was out there saving people.
