The world is coming to a crisis...and only you can save it! You are one of the few survivors of what is currently being called 'The War of the Endtimes', and now you're standing smack in the middle of a town filled with demons who want nothing more than to tear you to pieces, humans who are slowly losing their sanity, and even worse things beyond that! Your only mission is to survive...and if possible, defeat the threat inherent behind it all! ...And also available to those of you who are ambitious and seek to demonstrate your strength in this messed up apocalypse, is a goal to wrack up a high score! You are a Devil Survivor! Your other powers are muted due to the swiftly deteriorating state of the world and its magic, and only the devils within your Summoning App are available to you as defense against the oncoming storm!
Though you're trapped in the city, you have means available to you to obtain even stronger weapons against the foes you will face! One of these means is a Demon Auction and a Cathedral of Shadows, through which you can win and fuse stronger demons to use against your foes! Based upon your performance throughout the event, stronger demons and fusions may be available to you...so the longer you survive, the more success you have, the better your odds of winning a great prize and surviving 'til the end will become! --------------------------- Roll/Event Guide- Every turn, you will roll a die 1-10000. Depending on your roll, your character may achieve one of several results...
-If you roll a 1, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, or 10000, you will defeat one of the primary enemies of the event...a General of Hell, General of Hel, a Fiend, or a General of the Underworld! You will receive [50 Tokens] for this feat and a [Fiend Prize]! This will advance the event to the next stage...until all major enemies are defeated!
-If you roll 2-999, you survive your post! (Receive a 'Mannikin Talisman'. Collect 5 Mannikin Talismans for a Prize!)
-If you roll 1001-1999 the forces of the Assembly of Nihilo ambush you! You fend them off and retreat temporarily! Choose: [Win 7 Tokens but your lowest level demon dies.], or [Sacrifice 5 Tokens and your highest level demon gains 2 levels]. (Receive one Digit of a '5-Digit Code'. Receive all 5 Digits for a Prize!)
-If you roll 2001-2999, 3001-3999 you successfully win an encounter with demons of either faction! This will allow you to gain a [Token]! Tokens can be spent on rewards once you have enough...
-If you roll 4001-4999, 5001-5999 you will win a difficult battle against a massive horde of demons. This will earn you [5 Tokens]!
-If you roll 6001-6999 you will defeat Special-Encounter Demon [7 Tokens + Automatically draw a demon 3 Levels above your current level].
-If you roll 7001-7999, you may Form a Fate Link with another character, Raise a Fate Link by +1 Level with someone you've already Formed a Link with (to a MAX of 5), or Encounter an NPC character and form a Fate Link with them. NPCs include Obelyn Cernunnos, Fenrisulfr, Jormungandr, Dante, Isamu, Chiaki, Hikawa, or the Riders of the Apocalypse, and others!. Receive 10 Tokens - Freely fuse two demons you control.
-If you roll 8001-8500, you may win a major encounter against the demons serving the Mantra. This will grant you [10 Tokens] and receive 1 Power Node! Collect 5 Power Nodes for a surprise.
-If you roll 8501-8999, you complete a mission in which you court or are possessed by a devil to defeat a terrifying foe. You earn [10 Tokens] for this mission, and obtain a [Special Demon] for your Cathedral of Shadows Summoning App! Receive [1 Shard] of 'Mask of Aradia'. Receive 5 Shards to complete the mask and receive a prize!
-If you roll 9001-9500, Complete a Minor Bounty Hunt for Obelyn Cernunnos and slay one of the lesser servants of Loki or Lucifer. [Earn 10 Tokens and earn 10 Macca. If you earn 250 Macca, something may become available to you under certain conditions...]
-If you roll 9501-9999, you encounter True Chaos Demi-Fiend Tala Ivanov and are ruthlessly killed...OR by a Rival Faction! Either of these is [Game Over] and your character is removed from the event.
-You may redeem Tokens for various perks, listed below.Quote: Token Guide- 10 Tokens: Win a new demon from an auction! Demon must be within 3 Levels of your own. -15 Tokens: Fuse two demons you own together! [Create a demon 5 Levels above your own.] Guide. -Random: At occasional points, auctions may be held in the OoC or the Guild Skype Chat! You will be able to bid as many Tokens as your character has in order to win the devils/items available in this auction. -25 Tokens: In the event of a [Game Over], you may redeem 25 Tokens in order to remain in the game. You must have at least 25 Tokens to use this Revival. -25 Tokens: In the event of a friend's [Game Over], you may redeem 25 Tokens to see a Cathedral of Shadows video of their Death and prevent it, allowing them to reenter the game. "And what of what I want? Justice...revenge for the sister they murdered?!"It happened in a flash...so fast, it was hard to believe that it had ever really happened at all. The way the skies and the portals beneath the ground seemed to open up like a gaping maw of fire and shadow, the hordes of warring devils that seemed to emerge in an endless horde from each of these portals across the world. It all began in Japan, but that was only the beginning, the flashpoint from which the world was engulfed in this War of the Endtimes. Devils...demons...even some Angels, estranged or transformed humans...they were forced to choose their sides as the Two Great Lords of Hell faced off against one another with their true might for the first and last time, to decide which future for the Underworld was the only future for the Underworld, and the Earth itself was caught in the crossfire. Humanity was a mere puppet, an accessory, to a war beyond their own ken. And it fell in a matter of 7 days...
...But even after the end game, and humanity died by the billions around the world, the War of the Endtimes continued without a victor. And it continued to rage, the heart of the matter in the tiny landmass of Japan, where the last hopes of humanity were shielded against total annihilation by an ally in the shadows...someone who hoped to turn the boundless potential of man against the two Overlords who used them like playthings for their own machinations. That man was the Red Viper, a disenfranchised Lord of the Underworld with a Grudge. And as the 7th Day of Destruction passed, a new 1st Day dawned...

...His message is heavy, and hard to hear, but one look beyond the veil which had once protected you and now fades reveals that you have indeed been sleeping through something impossible...the end of days, and a war that filled the world with devils and dust and destruction. And in his words is an implicit question...a choice that must be made.

The words were what eventually had snapped the lime-haired girl from her slumber, rousing her from an inopportune nap. She stretched out her limbs...and paused as she saw the wreckage that the world had withstood...The battleground, of demons, angels, and gods...
"Oh God..." she thought out loud, gasping softly...as the voice called once again...Nudging her into progress...into battle. It would be a..risky proposition...one she might not survive, but...
'I'm...A Heroine of Justice." she thought, clenching her fist. "If the Heroes run, who will be left to fight? No...I can handle this."

"It's..important to take breaks when you need them." the girl called out, stretching a bit as she relaxed. She hadn't quite gotten the hang of the nearby area, but it was enough of an experience already to have slept through. If she rushed through it all, she might miss something..or worse.

Ellie Troit Ellie started around the area once more, bracing herself with every leap, and pushing herself with every stretch. The area wasn't..exactly familiar to her, but when she came crashing down atop a demon...a familiar idea came to her.
"Oh..Ohh I know what I should do!" she called, the pixie that flew beside her starting to send out a surge of electricity as she leapt off the demon....dispersing it into magnetite. As she started to head off though, another small fairy-like being started to follow her nervously...Having been in hiding from the large enemy she'd inadvertently felled.

Ellie Troit "Let's see...I'm gonna need that. And this...and some of those...Hua Po! Pixie! Help me out here!"
The lime haired girl was hard at work moving to and fro, starting to gather materials. They had an important mission they'd have to accomplish...And, no sooner had she started to gather materials, did some others show up..Looking down on them as prey.
"We'll be opening soon, so be patient." the girl called to the demons, pulling out more than a few coins. "In the meantime, take these. We'll be expecting them back when we open up....So, keep track of em!"
She seemed totally disconnected with the reality of the situation...But, the demons left from a few blasts from Hua Po...as the girl went back to work. That when she finally had her chance to get back into things, she wanted to go a hundred and ten percent. She moved through the destroyed supermarket, gathering materials.

The lime-haired Heroine skulked through the area quietly, moving about the broken department store. There was a foe there...One that Obelyn wanted her to take care of...But also...
"Hua po...Pixie." she commanded, gesturing for them to move forward....And strike at their foe. She could hear the crackling of electricity, and the sizzling of flesh...Before the foe dispersed into Magastuhi.
"Alright..!" she cheered quietly, before moving over to it...and her eyes lighting up. "Alright! It's intact!"
She picked up what she had come there for....An immense Griddle, and turned back with a grin.

Ellie Troit The girl bounced around the area of Okina, eyes glancing around for a suitable place. She'd managed to procure a grill, and with her demons, she could easily take it around...Though...
"Hey, I'd appreciate it if you'd clear out of here!" she called out as she came to what remained of a food stand...a demon scrounging through the supplies. She waited patiently for it to turn around....And then bashed it in the face with her hands, sending it spiraling to the ground.
"We're not open yet, so I need you to wait a bit longer..Or else."
Fire and lightning crackled around her....Before an even stronger bolt of electricity formed. She turned her eyes to see yet another Fairy, twirling in front of her.'I am High pixie...I wish to serve you, miss..""Ellie! Ellie Troit Ellie was having a bit of trouble getting the griddle to charge up juuuust right...When a demon appeared before her. Before it could open it's mouth to roar though, she held out the cord.
"Hold this." she called, before pressing a button on her phone. For a few moments, nothing...
Before an immense JOLT of electricity started to course through the wire, and spark through the demon. It frazzled, charred, and otherwise ignited...before falling over in a slump. The girl then took the cord back, and ran it into the wall, her eyes lightning up as a light came on.
"Woot! We got it working!" she called to her other companions as they paced around the area, cleaning up. It was once a humble stand....But, with a generator, some materials...and a new sign...The group could rebirth a legend. She turned to the source of her energy, a demonic ally that had been tempted by the name...and gave it a thumbs up.
"Hit it!"
A spark of electricity, and a message would suddenly shine out to All in the area.

Just for you!""Um...Sure,"The demon took a bite of the burger as she presented it to him...And his big black eyes lit up...And he started to float around."Hee-ho Goodness! I'm gonna have to go tell ev-rhee-one!" he called, lightly melting as he turned around. "Thanks! Take th-hees as payment!"Ellie took the single token the Jack frost handed her, and pocketed it. Ellie Troit No sooner had the frost demon left, did another appear. Without even batting an eye, she held out another burger..and watched as the frost demon ate it. The same glint of enjoyment shone across his eyes..and Ellie could tell, even with his body slowly melting under the heat of the fresh burger....
He was content. The new frost demon left her a token as well, and she started to pile them up, turning back at the others.

Booming enough that a group of other people started to circle her establishment, holding various instruments not suitable for cooking.
"Hello! We'll have to ask you wait in line, because we can only serve one at a time, at our current level."
The thugs didn't seem content to wait, choosing instead to bash at the demons in the path...And looking around."Crazy girl thinks we're here for food...Idiot.'"Or worse, that we'd Pay her for it.""I'm going to have to ask you refrain.." the girl called, climbing onto the counter...as Ice was formed...and melted beneath their feet. Water started to soak into their shoes...as one of them raised a weapon.
"Shiisa. The door." she called calmly, the small demon taking a break from powering the building, to ZAP the intruders with a powerful Zionga, giving the group more than a bit of a charge...Before the pixies carried the group out. She gathered up their tokens, and moved back to her spot, smiling as if nothing had happened.

"Hi! Welcome to Troitburger!" she called, glancing around a bit. " like your hat.""Ah..thanks." the boy called, looking around. "Is this..real? Are you serious?""Of course!" the girl called, with a smile. "Here at Troitburger, humans and demons exist in harmony to make appetizing meals for both alike! We accept any form of payment you can offer! Service, tokens, food, other supplies...""What about information?" the boy called, waving his hand. "There's a way to travel to the other towns. If I show you, will you give me a burger?""Ah, sure! I don't see why not." she called, thinking of spreading her franchise. "Oh! But I'll need your name first..""Isamu. Isamu Nitta.""I'm Ellie! Ellie Troit!

Ellie Troit Ellie had just gotten back from exploring the Amala network with Isamu, when she saw a horde of people headed towards her shop. In a rush, she darted back...Eager to meet Them..and seeing a group of familiar faces.
"Oh hi! Welcome back to Troitburger! What can I do to help you?" she called, watching as they started to raise their feet...before a sudden burst of wind rushed through, knocking them on their asses.
"I'll have to ask that you refrain from violence on my premises." she called with a smile, Uzume waving her fan to send them away once more. "We're an establishment for Peace! Not for combat!"
And, as they flew away, she went right back to business, humming along as she took orders.
"Troitburgers! Where every meal comes with a smile!"
