  • Description of Power:
    River is able to control water that already exists, as well as create some of his own. He can form it into various shapes or use it in its base form. River is able to pull water out of the atmosphere due to his affinity with one of water's alternative forms.

  • Weapon: N/A

  • Limits:
    - Range limited to city block

  • Charges: 4

  • Subpower: Cleansing Rain
  • Active - Water controlled or created by River has a healing attribute to it that can relieve wounds in others, or dispel curses/lasting effects from other powers. This can be used as an AOE or with a specific target in mind.
  • Limitations:
    - Can only be used once, on the character's 1st turn
    - Can only be used to heal OR remove a curse/lasting effect, not both at the same time
    - Only 2 healing powers may be brought into a battle per character
    - AOE affects friends and foes
    - AOE charge 1/1

  • Subpower: Flash Flood
  • Active - River summons a massive wave of water, leaving the surrounding area flooded until the power dissipates, or the water is removed. River is able to control what gets hit with the initial damage-dealing wave, or let it hit everything in its path.
  • Limitations:
    - Can only be used once, on the character's first turn
    - Range limited to city block
    - AOE friendly fire
    - AOE charge 1/1
    - Passive: flood waters remain, unless there is drainage nearby

  • Subpower: Hydrosis Cure
  • Passive - Being in contact with water heals River
  • Limitations:
    - Only two healing powers can be brought into battle per character
    - Must be in physical contact with water for power to work
    - Can only be used once, on the character's 1st turn

  • Description of Power:
    River is capable of summoning different types of storms, depending on what he'd like the effect to be.

    Thunderstorm - River summons a large storm overhead. The effects of the storm are torrential downpour, and random lightning strikes. Tthey obey like regular lightning and will gravitate towards metal or tall structures/people, but River is able to exercise some small control over targets when he concentrates.

    Hailstorm - Instead of summoning a storm of lightning and rain, River can summon a hailstorm instead. The hail is roughly golf ball sized, and River cannot control where they land without concentrating on it.

    Snowstorm - Heavy flakes of snow coat the affected area with up to 3ft of snow while the storm is in effect.

    Windstorm - The affected area experiences bursts of wind up to 75mph, enough to cause serious damage to the area and people within the storm.

  • Passive - River is always aware of current weather conditions, and is able to sense whether things will change in the coming days... up to 3 days in advance. If desired, he can subtly alter weather conditions within his maximum range, but only to increase or decrease moisture levels.

  • Description of Power:
    In a battle setting, this power lets River reroll one attack/defense. In a general roleplay setting, this power allows River to influence situations to come out more positive for him than they otherwise might normally.

    - Can only reroll 1 attack/defense roll per battle
    - Can only reroll for himself
    - Characters with mental/emotional resistance may not be influenced (applies to outside of battle settings)

  • Subpower: Cloud Nine
  • Passive - Being near River tends to make others feel more pleasant than usual. His general aura leaves those he comes into contact with feeling happy and satisfied, though the feeling does tend to dissipate when he's no longer around. Those affected by Cloud Nine tend to be less inclined to attack or harm River.

  • Element: Electric

  • Description of Power:
    River can manipulate electricity, usually in the form of lightning bolts. Using this ability, he can create a lightning lance for combat. Upon being hit with the lance, it stuns the target temporarily. River's body continually builds up static electricity as he moves, which he is then able to manipulate or form into his lance.

  • Weapon: Yes

  • Limits:
    - Must have summoned lightning lance (it is a free action)
    - Uses a charge from Electrokinesis to use stun
    - Stun effect lasts 1 round, highest roll wins.
    - Stun prevents attack for 1 round, but the target can still defend
    - Once runs out of charges can use lightning lance for basic rolls as a "normal" weapon.
    - They can only be used for 1 round to attack or defend and uses up the summoner's attack or defense slot.
    - They may have a unique power that is used when summoned, that ability must also have confirmation.
    - Depending on the power, summons can continue to exist past the use of the power but can not be used to attack or defend
