Sounds like a familiar term. What variance is there to the music?

its a genre of indie music smile . Its not too bad smile

I wouldnt say it's full indie, there are definitely bands who take it in the more indie direction like Casa Del Mirto and Summer Heart but there's also bands that take it in the more electronic direction like Chromatic Dream and Slow Magic.
I would describe it as electronic music that has beats that are drawn out and slower than say dubstep or EDM. Other elements are added like guitars and drums like a regular band but sometimes it's just good ole programmed sounds mixed together.
It just honestly depends on what you really like.

There are more pop-y sounding chillwave groups and alternative ones as well. But Ive found that most bands create songs blending two or more genres, so it's hard to directly categorize groups as just indie chillwave when their new album could just be straight instrumental hahah.

I'll likely enjoy Electronic variance Chillwave the most. whee

I was planning on giving them a chance to show me their worth as well, I was just making a prediction to my favoritism based on previous experience. 3nodding Kupo.

That seems to be the case with pretty much everything nowadays... Quite a shame. I've been listening to a mix with a variety of chillwave in it for the last hour or so, they are all pretty interesting, Kupo.
