Adamantine floated after Laby in quiet, slipping through the night like whispers on the wind. She kept a watchful eye for potential energy to be drained, or even more appealing starseeds that could be given to the queen...er Queens of the negaverse.
Oddly enough though, she struggled to keep up with her thoughts moving in the direction they did, and with the way her outfit was, the next leap to a building had her stumbling over the long dress and heels.
"General." She said quietly, righting herself on top of the very wide and open building rooftop, using one of the many opening for vents. "I apologize, I'm tripping in this dress." It wasn't meant to be a joke, or even funny, so she hoped he didn't think so, but at the same time, she wouldn't have blamed him.
"I apologize, I just need a small moment." To compose herself, and figure out what to do with her long dress. Maybe tie it? but it slit almost all the way up to her thighs already so....She would one day have a talk with whoever gave the uniforms, she swore.

General Labyrinthite was halfway across the rooftop that Adamatine had just landed upon when she called for him. He halted immediately, turning on his heel sharp enough that his cloak fluttered with the movement, wrapping itself around him before a shift of his arm returned it to it's rightful position behind him. He looked at her in quiet observation even as he strode forward, eyes dropping to the slit along her thigh and the length of the gown.
"It's fine," he said, walking until he stood directly before her.
He looked at her as though he might say something but didn't and instead knelt, gathering up the dark blue fabric in his hands from both the front and back of the dress. He offered no explanation as he stood, pulling the gathered fabric to one side and beginning to wrap it around her hip in a draping fashion before he forged a knot to keep it in place. It still fell far enough to keep anything she might want covered but no longer trailed on the floor to hinder her movements.
In the end, it fell more like the end of a toga only more messily crafted together. "It is not the best, but it will do. For now." His gaze was fixed on his handy work but slowly lifted so that he could meet her pale blue eyes. "You'll have to learn to maneuver when it's down," he informed her though his tone was soft, kinder than it would have been to any of his other wolves.
His new senshi was still too green to hold too harsh a hand. "There won't always be time to fix it, now come. We're almost to our destination," he said, grabbing her by the hand and pulling her with him. It was utterly unnecessary, he knew, because the girl would follow him wherever he went without too much prompting but he'd sensed slight nerves and hoped that the slight touch would help.
He let go when he moved onto the next rooftop.

She didn't want to disappoint the general, but she was still adjusting to the new attire and its draping finery around. She didn't feel like she troubled the man as he wrapped her gown in a loose knot out from under her feet. She moved more freely and carefully and bowed her head.
"Thank you General." She whispered. "I will." She added, and if she couldn't figure it out right away, she would soon. Her eyes met into his pinkish hue, before dropping away. "We are close?" She breathed in and then took his hand, comforted that he was willing to stop when she was struggling and to offer aid.
She followed after him, moving back to the speed that he did.
"What...What are we going for?"

Labyrinthite looked back at the corrupt once they'd reached the other rooftop, whiskey colored eyes swept across her frame and he sighed. "The uniform will eventually become like a second skin. The first few months after the awakening are always the hardest." Not everyone adapted to life as an agent like he had, like his others had.
He could be patient though, as long as his corrupt was showing a willingness to learn and lacked an attitude.
The general hated when he had to punish his subordinates - Wolfeite flashing through his thoughts in that moment - and he hoped to never have to deliver one to the woman with him.
"We're going to teach you how to fight," he explained with an even tone, striding across the roof with confidence. They'd almost reached the outskirts of the city where warehouses laid in abundance, some still used but most abandoned. "And to experiment with your magic. I would not be a very good general if I didn't understand how your powers worked or left you without understanding how to utilize them."
He led them down to the surface streets and eventually into an empty warehouse that had long since been abandoned.

"I hope so, To be lagging behind like this is unacceptable." The corrupt would think of a way, much similar to this if she could for her patrols during the evening. She wasn't opposed to learning though, so she would follow after him.
"With my magic." She stated more then she asked, she had learned that corrupt senshi and senshi were more...magically inclined while generals and lieutenants had stronger boost with strength.
"Will I be practicing on you then?" Adamantine tilted her head and followed him down into the warehouse, her gaze turning to take in the surroundings more. It was hallow but wide spaced and open enough for larger movement. She didn't feel constricted.
"Do you have magic?"

Boxes littered the corners and dust covered every inch of the place. Spiderwebs could be seen, spun from the metal beams overhead to the posts that made up the building's infrastructure. Long abandoned machinery laid where it'd been left, broken and rusted from disuse.
The general strode confidently into the center of the expansive structure before turning to face his charge. Soft was his expression when he looked upon the fresh face. "Of course, I want to handle most of your training personally." A hint of possessiveness lacing his words.
But Adamatine had called herself his at one point.
Besides, he didn't leave any of his recruits lost or confused. He guided them, like he'd wished he'd always been guided. "I do not, I deal strictly with my weapon and it's blade. Some general's have magic imbued into their weapons. I have no such need."
Though a touch of poison could have been useful every now and then. "Let me see your stance, I want to correct posture and go through some hand to hand combat before we test the magic."

Her frame did relax at the words he spoke, and mostly because she knew that the man was taking very special care of her. Even more then the rest of the wolf pack, it might've seemed.
And she was his, after all. His senshi. His Regan. She didn't think of herself as an object, but understood that it just meant she was loved.
"Magic in their weapons." She would remember that, should she ever have to face a general that wasn't Laby. She had met none of them so far, but it didn't mean that she wouldn't in the future. "For these generals, do I follow them the same as you?" Her head tilted, "Oh."
She moved into a stance of some sort, but since she had never really done much in fights besides throw random punches, her fist were drawn up high and her leg was a step back. She watched him.

"No." He said sharply, exhaled and decided it was too harsh, incorrect. "You'll show them respect but their orders fall secondary to mine. Respect the orders of Metallia and Queen Laurelite." He didn't touch upon the new General-Sovereigns, he had not seen them in action to decide if he had a bode of confidence in them or if they would wear the title no confidence.
"I expect you to respect those of mine who are of the same rank and above you. I lead a cohesive team." He was the alpha and that wasn't something that was going to change.
Labyrinthite stepped into her space, adjusted the position of her shoulders and repositioned her fingers to form a proper fist. Then, nudged one of her feet backward. "Not bad but will need work."
He stepped back, put a few yards between them and then beckoned her to approach. "Show me what you know."

His sharp cut of 'No' made her curious and her head tilted in response. In his own way, she assumed, that was his possessiveness of his group. And it would make sense that she would follow his orders before she would of another general. "Understood General." She cocked her head back, and as he came to move her position, eased her body so that he could.
The position would be something she would need to work on, like most of the training she would need to do.
"Will I get to meet the other members?" She asked quietly, "I have met Wolf...." Her eyebrow raised as she thought of the captain with ears and a tail and a smell of blood on his hands.
She didn't hesitate though and the minute he beckoned her closer, she pushed off with her heels, her arm raised and drawn back to aim for a part of his body she could reach first. her few experiences in self defense told her to go for fleshy spots like his side or the collarbone.

"Remember Adamantine," Labyrinthite said slowly, watching her like a predator observing their prey. "You are mine." A pause and he corrected, "One of mine." He had made no effort to hide his possessiveness of his team from the corrupt. Loyalty was clearly important to the general.
"Soon, little Star. Soon." For now, he wanted to keep her sheltered until he could be sure that she was ready to face the roughness and trials of the Negaverse.
Labyrinthite stepped back, grasped at her wrists and shook his head.
"No," he snarled, leaning into her with the sharp points of his teeth gleaming. "I want to see your magic."

The possesiveness was not something that Adamantine rejected. While Paul had the look of someone who hunted her, the way Laby looked at her was more expectations. To meet his level or to be devoured underneath it. She would not be devoured.
"One of the pack. I will rely on them too." She scrunched her nose because soon could mean any amount of time. Soon could mean tomorrow, or in a couple of months. But she knew that if Laby had chosen them, then she wouldn't need to know them to work together. They just would. As a unit.
His snarl made her eyes narrow, as she looked up at where he held her wrist. Magic? Could she do something like that? She narrowed her eyes, then shook his hands free, stepping back. Something...she wasn't sure what, was resounding inside her.
The harder she thought of magic, the more the knowledge seemed to come to her and she cupped her hands together, staring at her general.
"Stardust Cloud*." She said, blowing in her hands as dust begin to fill her hands. She took deep breath and then blew on her hands, sending the dust into the air and at Laby's persons.Nuxaz *Interamnia cups her hands together as she calls her attack name, blue and silver dust seems to fall into her hands. She brings it to her mouth and gives a gentle blow, aiming it towards the target. It forms a thin cloud of dust that can blind the target for 20 seconds directly in front of her or up to 4 feet away from her. The target needs to be in the line of the dust blow. It can be avoided by moving away before being hit by the dust, but once hit, the effect lingers until the time has fully passed. It can be used 2 times.

Labyrinthite knew that his corrupt's physical prowess would be lacking, but there would be time to develop that later. Besides, learning about the effects of her magic would be more useful, especially if he were to pair her with a companion to patrol. He didn't want them working alone if they could help it.
Not until all of them were at least captain, or the equivalent.
With proper training, they could handle an eternal, that he was certain of.
Labyrinthite had quick enough reflexes that, because he knew it was coming, he could have avoided Adamantine's stardust. Instead, he let the attack blow his way, taking the full force of the attack.
Immediately, his vision went spotty, his ability to see waning and he snarled in response. Instinctively he moved forward, to where the corrupt had been before, and lashed out, to test her reflexes. "Don't wait for me to do something. Think on your feet," he ordered.

She had stepped back out of instinct the moment he had snarled, so his reach would hit nothing but air. She didn't speak though, because her thinking on her feet was to not draw attention to herself.
If there was something she had mastered, it was trying to make herself disappear so she wouldn't be the subject of another's fist on her. She stepped lightly, even in heels and circled to his side instead though she didn't think she could hide from the general's keen sense.
"I'd find a weapon." She looked around, her gaze landing on a plank of thick wood and dove for it. "Do I overpower you?" or attempt too?

His attention was divided and he stood rigidly when his lashing failed to make contact with anything. Good, Adamantine had been smart enough to stay away from him. He was still temporarily blinded, with the geneal counting in his head to see when the effects would wear out.
If he had learned anything during his time of service it was that magic had a counter, a timer that was destined to run out. Now it was just a matter of discovering how long hers would be.
Tick, tock, time's running out.
He could barely pick up the sound of her heels scraping against the concrete and he turned in a slow circle. Labyrinthite knew her general direction, but not her exact location. Good.
"Hurry up little star," he said in a sing-song taunt. "Think about our power levels. Do you think you could over power me?"

She was pretty sure that he wouldn't remind blind for long, which meant that her magic had a timer on it and he knew it. The first correct move on her part had been moving away, but after that well....
There was no way she could overpower him, even with the temporary disability. Her avoiding him for long wouldn't do anything but...perhaps using the structure to her advantage would help.
She wasn't sure what to do though and in such a large area....Her gaze fell to the empty beams hidden in darkness and for a moment she briefly thought of how they could benefit her. She took a running start before using the super powers granted to her kind to find one. She now had height on the man, and beams to slightly cloak her attire and herself.
But now that she was up here, what did she do? Was running part of the answer? Did she keep moving away from him? Did she draw prey towards someone who could handle them?
She had never had to do something like this, so she perched herself until Laby's call had been made. Her voice was clear as she spoke.
"I am not sure what to do. Stronger enemies would require running. I would call for back up, I would call for you if I was faced with the same issue. But if there was no one available...do I run?"
