Hobbies:

Primping - It sounds ridiculous, but grooming himself is definitely a hobby of Tyler's. He puts great effort into looking good, and he's remarkably knowledgeable about hair and skin care products. He doesn't just groom himself, however. He sometimes tries to spruce up the people around him, from adjusting a stray strand of hair or adjusting a tie to pulling out a comb and trying to brush out a knot in public. It does get a little obstructive at times, but as far as he's concerned, the trouble is worth it.

Fashion - Tyler is a fashion fan. He likes to keep up on what's in style and dress accordingly. More than just what's trendy, Tyler likes to try unique combinations and see what others think of them. He loves coordinating outfits for others when they let him do so. As far as he's concerned, looking good paves the way for doing good (somehow). He has considered running a fashion blog, but he hasn't gone through with it.

Virtues:

Devoted - When someone worms their way into Tyler's heart, he cares for them deeply. He becomes a steadfast supporter and does his best to be there for the ones he cares for. He is attentive to his friends' needs and adapts to them accordingly.

Passionate - Tyler feels his emotions intensely all over the spectrum. On a good day, that means he is practically blazing with passion and enthusiasm for whatever it is he's handling that day. When he is happy, the strength of his joy makes it contagious, and he likes to spread the good cheer while he has it. As a side note, he loves strongly too. He doesn't hide his puppy dog eyes from his crushes at all, and if he were ever in a long-term relationship, he would probably shower his partner with affection.

Decisive - Tyler knows what he wants. His goals are clear and well-defined, and he is good at outlining the necessary steps to accomplish them. He doesn't waffle between options; he is quick to decide and move forward.

Flaws:

Volatile - Tyler is a revolving door of intense emotions. He'll be deeply angry, then deeply sad, then deeply contemplative, then maybe, just maybe, he'll be happy later. He's prone to powerful emotional meltdowns that he's not always good at keeping private, and he flips from emotion to emotion with startlingly short delays. He is more functional than than this would imply, but he feels so much so strongly that it makes him kind of a powder keg on a bad day.

Envious - Chances are that you have something Tyler wants on some level, whether it's a physical object or not. He will glare at you and pry and poke around until he either gets the item in question or realizes it's impossible to obtain. He becomes quite rankled when he feels that someone is better than him and rubbing it in his face (regardless of if they actually are), and he'll try to equalize the gap one way or another. He becomes keenly aware of when he is a "have not," and he hates it.

Superficial - Tyler can be very preoccupied with style, often to the point that he loses out on substance. He is quick to judge on appearances and sometimes doesn't think his plans all the way through (long-term consequences are quick to escape him). This tendency often results in him making snap decisions with unintended outcomes.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: Deep blue, narrow. One of the few things that throws off his generally androgynous appearance.

Hair: Long, flowing, and purple. He takes great pride in maintaining it.

Face: Oval, kind of narrow in structure, pointy chin. His features aren't that sharp though, so he actually looks very androgynous if you're not looking closely. His skin is naturally tan.

Clothes: He dresses pretty snappy and generally takes good care of his appearance. He can be a little flamboyant sometimes though.

First off Congrats on your Lt. Nambulite!

His civilian side looks good. However, before I can give him a stamp though he needs a couple of tweaks to his powered side.

For his captain stage since you have a bladed fan in this stage I believe that having magic also in this stage would be over powered. So if you don't mind tweaking that, either so he doesn't have the magic at this stage; or so that his fan isn't bladed to balance it out.

Then for his magic, can you please add the range of how far the gust can travel and be effective?
