Madge flopped gracelessly onto the grass of the park nearest her home. She was tired of being there; all the passive aggressiveness from her mother was giving her a headache. So she'd come out here to be by herself and to relax before she had to go back. Thankful that it was the weekend, she had put on worn jeans and a striped tank top. Since she didn't have any of her usual activities planned, she had flip flops on her feet, burgundy polish decorating her toes. With a sigh, she closed her eyes against the light of the sun and let its warmth seep into her bones. This was one of her favorite ways to relax, and she didn't get to do it often enough. Hopefully today would be a slow, relaxing day. "No stress today, world, kay? I need a break," she said to no one in particular. (Hiii sorry it took me so long to start this >w

Mintaka had been watching the civilians that came through carefully, as not many ever came to the park in the evening, and those that did ended up being fearful victims of the prowlers.
Either of negaverse or those of white moon.
The eternal dark mirror focused on a young woman and moved closer to her, without letting herself been seen, in case the woman suffered any sort of harassment.
In her quietness, she took to writing some of her favorite dishes to prepare for Auro.

It was rare for Katya to leave a good book but she'd done just that today. It had been a good book, very good in fact, but Alexandre had gone out and it was hot out today and focusing on the book in front of her had been hard. The windows were open, he wasn't going to try and kill one of his pets due to the heat, but it simply hadn't seemed like enough. Using the little doggie door that was installed in the kitchen door, as it led out to the backyard, Katya had left the house knowing Alexandre would figure she'd gone out and would return if he came home before she did. She knew he'd told her where he was going but she'd been too busy trying to focus on the book to catch all of what he'd said. All her effort put into focusing on the book had been for naught really. It was a very good book, she knew that, but that was about all she had retained and that simply wouldn't do. She needed to get out of the house, to cool off more.
The park not far from their home seemed like a good idea and so that's where she had gone. What she had not been expecting was to pick up on a senshi...but not a white moon one and not one for the Negaverse and yet still a senshi. She knew of the dark mirror, Alexandre was good friends with their prince, so she assumed that was the alignment of this mysterious senshi she was sensing. Deciding to see if she couldn't find them, and find out what they looked like, she headed for the signature. Tail flickering behind her easily her green eyes looked around as she moved into the shadows so she could go unseen by the few civilians around the park, she did not feel like being cooed over or approached by anyone unless it was this mysterious senshi.
"Now to just find you..." She purred out to herself.

As the teenager lay in the grass, she was unaware of being watched or that anyone even knew she was there. It was just her in a quiet little corner of the park, enjoying the warmth and the fresh air. Until it wasn't. She thought she heard the grass nearby rustle, and she sat up to look around her. "Hello?" she called curiously. With a stretch she stood, to better search for the source of the noise. "Hellooo~" she sang. It didn't take her long to find the source of the noise: quite possibly the most adorable cat she'd seen in a long time. "Well, aren't you the pretty one?" she murmured and bent down to reach a hand toward the cat. She loved animals, and yet she had never been allowed to have a pet of her own. It made her jealous of others who did, but she would never take such feelings out on the animals themselves. Cats in particular were her weakness; she loved to stroke their silky fur, and purring never failed to make her relax. "What are you doing out here all alone, kitty?"

Well, it wasn't the dark mirror senshi she'd been looking for that she found but that was ok. This wasn't so bad either, especially not when they approached her and bent down to be closer to her level. As the hand reached out Katya moved closer to rub against the offered hand. The little hat perched on her head falling a bit to the side on her head, but for now it was ignored.
This one felt...different. She'd felt it before and a thrill of excitement raced through her. This one...this one had the potential to be something more - something great - a senshi. But Benitoite wasn't around and she felt no Negaverse officers either. How was she to call for someone?
Moving slowly, she didn't want to startle the girl, the russian blue moved to place her paws on the girls chest and stare up at her with wide green eyes. This one she would make one of hers, she would take this little senshi under her wing - she would not let the white moon have her. Just how to do this...

Madge smiled when the cat rubbed against her hand and she slid her fingers through the soft fur of her head and neck gently. She cooed softly as she used her other hand to try and fix the adorable little hat on the kitty's head. She wondered if this feline's owner was one of those crazy people who put their poor cats in weird outfits, but this one seemed okay with her hat. When the cat moved, Madge barely registered it, just moving her petting to her back until she felt paws on her chest. "Well, hello there," she said and smiled.
