So here's the name of the game. This post is gonna be editted with stuff for the metaplot in coming days, but there's a "prelude" to that--and a bit of a writing prompt.
Reply to this post with a description of your character's physical location as of the middle of March. It can be a flat-out description or a vignette, or anything else you can think of to let me know where everyone is ICly and what they're up to. And then--muha! Well, you'll see what happens next.

With a grinding of the gearbox, she shifted into high gear away from the town where she picked up her last federal payment check and withdrew enough to keep her and her antics going for another month.The RV bounced with a shift up the highway and Newton turned up her speakers to the radio...

Krys pulled out her map and grinned to the creature in the tank next to her. It had been about a month now since she left her last place. Her benefactor had a new place all ready for her weeks ago in Southern California, but the woman wanted to see more of the area.
Her travelling was limited to Western Texas, Southern California, and the states in between. She preferred to stay in those areas for her own sake; and that of the thing in her tank that she seemed to be growing attached to. Krys didn't know why, she had only been 'attached' to her benefactor previously... and even then it was only in a professional manner.
The woman parked the truck in a free lot and went to the trailer. With little effort, Krys pulled out her motorcycle and started it up. She went back to the truck and made sure the windows were covered. By the man's reaction before, it was safer to take precautions.
Going back to her bike, Krys mounted and then drove off to explore a bit. In the back of her mind, the creature watched as well -unknown to the human. Their close proximity with each other for so long had formed a strong bond. In the tank, the 'fuzzy toothbrush' blew a few bubbles then went to burrow under the sand Krys had provided. It was going to be a good day.
((Note: I guess at this particular moment, Krys is chilling on the S. Californian side of the wester CA border?))
