Cash In Completed Rps for Points!
This applies to all Solo, Private, and Open rps!
So, you finished a rp, what do you do now?
First! Please put "Complete" in the title so I know it is done.
Next! Take a look at the requirements for points and see what your rp qualifies for. 15 roleplayed posts equals 1 page.
For rps with 2-3 participants: 1 point per 2 full pages in a single rp.
For rps with 4 or more participants: 1 point per 4 full pages in a single rp.
For Solo rps: 1 point per 2000 words (for this option, and only this option, the full page of rp rule does not apply. Word count is the only thing that matters here). This can be over more than one SRP! But each SRP needs to be completed before posting for points.
*Note, we are not counting partial pages for points in PRP or ORP, so if you have 3 pages in an rp, you can only get points for the first 2 pages. This is different for Ascention, which will count partial pages.
*Note number two, in regards to SRPs, once you post for a completed rp, multiple or single, those rp's are cashed in and any amount of 'extra' word count will not count to another cash in. For example, you have 3 SRPs totaling 2,400 words. If you cash in all three (say they are all 800 each), then the extra 400 words will not count toward your next cash in.
Once something is cashed in, you cannot use it again for points.
Then what? Well, what happens next is you post a form! Pick the one below that applies and post it in this thread.
Only on person from each RP is to post the form for everyone involved.

And.... now what? The next steps are all up to me! Nothing more for you to worry about. But, I will still tell you want is going to happen so that there are no surprises.
First, I will go look through your roleplays. I will count your posts just to double check, and in regards to the SRPs, I will be using This Word Counter to double check the word count. I will be looking to make sure you've followed the rules and guidelines that are posted in the guild and on the front page. For easy access:

If everything is on the up and up, I will spoiler your form (mainly for my own purposes to see who is done) and add in how many points were earned. Using this form:
I will be randomly looking through all the rps anyway to make sure everything is kept on the same track. If I see something out of place, I will pm you so that you can address the issue.
But in regards to this thread, if I find something out of place after you post your form, I will pm you and I will not grant you points. I will spoiler the form you posted as done, so you will have to repost once you have addressed the issues.
If you have questions or concerns at any time, please just shoot a PM at AstoriaFallen. My inbox is always open.
Next I will go add your points to the Item/Point Tracker. If the points are incorrect, check the last time it was updated (since it may just be out of date), and then pm the mule.
*Note: I will only be adding RP points. Everything else will fall under the perview of their respective managers or Val.
Lastly, I will post in the RP that it has been cashed in!
I will do my best to get everything down correctly and quickly, but I am only human and will probably make mistakes. That is why I am posting how many points you have under your spoilered form. That way it is easier for you to keep track of your own points as well. If there is ANY confusion or you think that you got the wrong number of points, please PM AstoriaFallen or Valkymie and we will get it sorted.
Finally, I reserve the right to add, remove, or revise rules and processes as needed.
