Dr. Carmichael Mars  "That's classified information, Albert. I'm sorry. I can tell you one thing, though. Penny won't find her parents and if she wants to stay here in France, she will have to be adopted or go to a home." Dr. Mars sighed as Thomas came in frantic. "In the meantime, be patient. Come along. Lets move this to the field." With that, Dr. Mars texted his research team and headed for the field. Once there, his team was arriving and Penny stood, confused in the middle of the field with a stranger. Approaching her, Dr. Mars smiled. "Penelope, I'm Charl's father, Dr. Mars. It's come to the government's attention that you don't exists. We'd like to catalog you and discuss what is going to happen next. If you want to stay in France, you have to be put into the system either through Adoption or government ownership. If not-- we'd like to help you figure out what you will do next."

Penny looked up at the man in the labcoat blankly. She did not understand everything he was saying-- but some of it made sense. "Okay. I'll let you catalog me I guess but... I want to go to Atlantica to find my parents. They wouldn't be here in France so I don't want to stay. I have to find them." Looking to the Michelle and Thomas, she walked over to them and took Michelle's hands in her own. "Thank you for everything. I really enjoyed being in your family the past few days. I was so lost when you found me so thank you." Going on tip toe, she gave her a kiss on the cheek. "Tell Albert that I'm sorry I yelled at him. I was just hurt... and angry. It wasn't his fault." She looked to Thomas and Michelle both. "I have to do this. If I do-- I promise to come and visit! And if I don't-- I'll also come and visit. If you're not too mad at me. I have to do this for me. Do you understand?"

Loving HousewifeCharlotte found penny at the football fields & hugged her. "Penny! I was so worried about my friend. I have a nice family on land. Mr. & Mrs. Mars took me in. What about your pet goldfish, you can't leave him alone. I'll look after him while you're gone. Michelle hugged Penny. "Penny, I'm sorry... I was in total shock too. What if you can't find your family in this so-called Atlantica? What will you do then? The Person you ran into was the School Councilor, he helps students who are feeling down or upset." Michelle felt that she'll miss Penny.

"Thank you, Charl. Look after Don Quixote for me. He likes being read to before bed." She gave Charl another hug and turned to Michelle. "If I can't find my family, I'll come back here." Hearing about the councilor, she nodded. "Well that is very nice of him to do. I bet he is good at his job." Unsure what else to say, she looked to Dr. Mars. "I'm ready, Dr. Mars."

Since Mrs. Goodheart found you at the beach & What about your friends, what will I tell them?" Charlotte was going to miss her BF from Neverland & she turned to her dad. Dad, will I see Penny again?

"I don't know, Charl. Maybe. I already consider you as more of a sister than a friend. Who knows-- I might go back to Neverland even because I'm starting to miss our other friends. We'll see. Whatever happens-- I will let you know." Penny frowned a little. "I was upset because you told Peter I liked him-- it was embarrassing. Especially since he was on a date already. And I don't know I just--" Penny let out a sigh. "Nothing has turned out the way I hoped. I need to do what I left Neverland to do. After that, maybe things will be more clear."

I'm also sorry I shouted that you like peter. Will I see your other friends here in the human world, I don't want you to feel alone." Charl thought that she might feel alone without her best friend in the human world.

If you're unable to find your family, will you promise me you'll come back to the human world to see us? And I don't want to go back with you, I'll miss my land family. Mom, Dad, even Todd." Charl felt torn that Penny wasn't happy in the human world.

"Of course I will." It was touching that Charl missed Penny so much that she came to the human world just to be with her. At the same time, it bothered Penny that Charl was being so selfish as to try and make Penny leaving be about her. "If you really care about me and my happiness, you'll support me in my decision. You can come if you want to-- but if not I understand."

Charl worried about the time that Penny will be gone. "Dad? If Penny leaves neverland, I might never see or find her again either! And I'll lose best friend forever!" Charlotte began to cry. Charlotte thought: I cared about Penny liking Peter more than my best friend and I just lost her forever! crying Michelle heard Charl crying again. "Mr. Mars. Can you please do something about your daughter's crying? She's going to feel alone without her friend."

Dr. Carmichael Mars "Charlotte, please stop crying." Dr. Mars said in response. "You're making this harder for Penny than it already is." Maybe it was insensitive of him, but Dr. Mars could see that Charlotte was being difficult. "You're being dramatic. Did Penny say she wasn't going to be your friend anymore? No, she didn't. Did she say she's never coming back? No, she didn't. So stop trying to make her feel bad about her decision."
