Rock Climbing -- The outdoors is great, running is awesome, hiking is better, but rock climbing is best. Lovina loves sheer cliff faces and other rocky challenges for their puzzle value (how do you get up there?) and the sheer flexibility involved. While she doesn't explicitly go out to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, she does enjoy visiting local mountains and cliff experiences to do some serious rock climbing. Steep areas that don't require gear are her favorite - she prefers depending on her body over depending on a harness and carabiner to keep her from falling to her doom. Normally she climbs alone, because the peace that comes afterward is just a little too personal to share with those around her.

Dancing -- As a major part of her culture, Lovina enjoys dancing to all kinds of folk tunes and catchy beats. While she has no formal training in dance, it's not unlikely to catch her jamming out to an MP3 player. When at home, she gathers with her extended family to enjoy songs of old and renew their spirits with all manner of folk dances. She has nothing against learning other types of dance in a more formal setting, but as she's rather new to DC, she hasn't met anyone to take her on such ventures yet! But once she does, those dance studios will never be rid of her.

Exploration -- As Lovina moved relatively often growing up, one of her favorite activities became exploring the new areas. Natural environments are her favorite expanses to explore, but she also enjoys a good city crawl from time to time. She'll wander into stores that she's never heard of before just to see what they offer. Lovina has no compunctions about appearing ignorant to what's contained within, so she'll ask just as many questions as she needs to for a better understanding of the product or service offered. She also doesn't care terribly if she winds up trespassing, but she tries to avoid places where she knows it's illegal to wander.

Virtues:

Adventurous -- The world is meant to be explored! Lovina is always in the mood to break new ground somewhere, whether it's her own personal discovery of a new place or a first attempt at a new dance. She delights in trying anything once, and gets her energy from it. If there's a new recipe to be tried, she's there, even if it's fried scorpion on a stick. If she's never had it before, how would she know if it's good or not? All the cliches about variety being the spice of life hit home for her, and she shows it in all her willingness.

Upbeat -- Lovina has a lot of energy, which is evident in how she constantly moves even when idle. Her body sways, her feet tap, and her words speak of an energy that's just brimming for an opportunity of expenditure. Lovina is seemingly always in a good mood, even when bad news strikes - whether she actually understands what's happening or not has been called into question for how easily she takes ill omens - and she's happy to share her upbeat nature with others. She's always excited to go out and about, to interact, and to get to know others. Curiously, she's almost never exhausted, even with such rigorous hobbies under her belt.

Warm -- Lovina is happy to share her affections, too, whether physically or emotionally. She's always smiling, and receives others with a warmth that says they're welcome whenever they want to see her. Lovina enjoys sharing her warmth physically most of all, in the form of hugs and kisses on the cheek to those she's learned to get close to, but she's not so distant that strangers are exempt from her warmth. She'll hold hands with friends often, and finds no qualm in it. She also finds no problem with pet names, like 'sugarplum' or 'beautiful'. She also has a lilting tone of voice that perpetually sounds excited to see someone.

Flaws:

Clingy -- Lovina didn't often make friends growing up, so when she does, she clings to them with an iron grip. Most people want space from their friends now and again, but Lovina doesn't believe in this - she wants to hang out every day, for hours on end. And if the other person doesn't like it? Well then, they might be in for some mischievous surprises. Lovina doesn't see her clinginess as a problem - she's showing affection for the person she's after - and she doesn't realize that not everyone was made to be attached at the hip. Will she learn? Hopefully, but probably not.

Mischievous -- If Lovina's wants are met with resistance, there's high chance for conflict. As a child, she often retaliated through other means than simply objecting loudly. Sometimes she'd hide items when they were needed most, or jam someone's door shut so she could go about her ways without them interfering. As a young adult, Lovina doesn't quite adhere to the same passive-aggressive tendencies, but she will get herself into trouble on a whim. She's been known to add ex-lax to the coffee creamer and cause all manner of upset, and put tacks in the furniture so anyone sitting experienced a whole lot of pain. While some of these jokes were meant to be harmless, she can take things too far and wind up getting someone hurt in the end. Most of her family wants her to tone it down.

Invasive -- Lovina has selective hearing when it comes to people asking for personal space. Despite protests, she likes to lean her elbow on someone's shoulder, hug someone who's trying to squirm away from her, or tickle the sides of someone who hates being tickled. When they object, she simply brushes it off as no big deal and keeps doing it. Come on, have a sense of humor! It's not like she's hurting you or anything.

Eyes: Warm brown.

Hair: Warm reddish brown in color, boisterous waves, falls to mid back.

Face: Tanned skin, full lips.

Clothes: Likes to dress in light lacy tops and cutoff jean shorts with sandals. Doesn’t care for skirts much. Prefers looser tops to tight ones.
