As the weeks were going by, Ness was getting used to having little Evs accompanying her everywhere. Fairly often, they also had little Frapps with them as well; but today... today was just for the girls. Well, maybe not the whole day, but Ness felt it was good for her and Evs to do something... not necessarily over special. Definitely something just for them.
Ness randomly stopped walking and flopped down into the grass. She took in a deep inhale of the late spring grass. Something about it always smelled particularly nice. She felt the warm sun on her wings warming her back.
"Should we take a break here? I actually don't know where I was taking us for a trip. Guess we just went for a walk."

Evs ran around through the tall grass and flowers and sang scary music out loud as she zoomed all around and would run up and tag Mom Lady Ness and 'bite' her as she attacked. It was more of a tag but she wasn't going to bite her mommy. She just wanted to have fun.
"Baaaa bum! Tadana! Dunna!" she sang as she ran all over. When Mom Lady ness flopped into the grass Evs leaped onto her head and nommed on an ear softly as she growled playfully, doing her best not to actually hurt her. "RAWR!!! Grrrrr!" she said as she listened to what she said. She stopped chewing on her and licked her ear as she thought.
"Mmm yeah lets go wash! Swim time!! SWIM!" She said as she leaped up and jumped off Ness with a happy giggle.

As she started hearing little Evs with her singing; Ness laughed. ********, if this little girl wasn't the cutest thing alive. Ness found herself almost always smiling or laughing at something she said or did. However, the fact Evs loved on Ness so freely made it a perfect situation. She often would hold Evs and rock her to sleep.
As she felt the feet walk up her back, and teeth on her ears. She laughed as it tickled a little. Ness sighed contentedly feeling like this was a very nice day. The weather was good. As Evs took to her suggestion, Ness pushed herself up with her front paws and sat upright.
She looked towards the water and then down at Evs. "Wanna have a race? Last one in..... has to...... whistle all the way back to our little hideout!" She waited for an agreement before nodding. "Ok then, 3, 2, 1, GOOOO!" Ness took off trotting. She didn't use her wings. No, that'd be way cheating.
