First, a minor point; the "Name" section on her form should have both her first and last name, so if you could add that in, please?
Second, I think some of her traits could use some elaboration, so a few questions to help you fluff:

Collecting Movies hobby, is she the type to, say, keep them pristine in-box? Does she ever buy movies digitally, or does she prefer to have a physical copy that she owns? Does she shell out for fancy collector's or special editions?

Laser Tag hobby, how often does she do this? Does she have, like, a weekly game with a group of friends? Is she the type to turn every special event into an excuse to go play?
For her
Creative virtue, how does it apply outside her hobbies? Is she good at problem-solving in general?
For
Hardworking, how does this manifest? Does she push hard to meet deadlines? Is this primarily personal, or does she encourage other people to work hard too? Just talk a little more about what it means for her, and how it shows!

Submissive, how does it manifest outside her ideas? Is she just generally submissive? Tell me a little more about how it manifests!
For
Distractable, how often is she distractable and how bad is it? Also, how does this reconcile with her being hardworking?
Basically, more detail is better, on all counts!
