A giant among lions, he is the size of a liger and rivaled in height only by those of god blood. Stoic and steady, with a reserved and quiet personality. A true gentle giant, his secret pleasure is watching cubs at play. He is a guard in his home pride the Kitwana Antara, the Diseased Pride. Sliabh, as an immune male, was tasked with siring many litters to bring back to the pride. For years he has roamed the rogue lands, seeking willing females who would let him take his cubs home with him, guided by his Seer gift.
On his last trip home he has finally been relieved of the duty bestowed on him so long ago by his Queen. And home he has stayed ever since, not realizing that his very last encounter did in fact produce new life in the form of a Stormborn litter.



Fastný is steadfast and confident in her thoughts and actions and is as steady as a rock when it comes to her opinions. She doesn't judge others based on their thoughts and feelings, though, and is willing to help out a complete stranger as quickly as her dearest friend. She's generally a bit conflicted since so many in her pride treat females differently than she feels they should be treated, but it's rare when she speaks out against it. As a seer, her visions are few and far between and she hasn't been able to tell what they mean. They've very vague and are visual riddles, so she doesn't pay them much mind.



Grandmother to the cubs, Sebor will be very present in their lives. Rough around the edges but warm inside, Sebor is a tough love kind of lady. She's quick to point out faults, but equally as swift to help someone in need. As long as you are courteous to her, she'll be there when you're in a pinch. Very no-nonsense and collected, it takes a lot to rile her up. If you do succeed in ruffling her feathers, you'd better hope you can run faster than her. She'll give you a sound beating to teach you a lesson.



The God of Chivalry and the cub's grandfather. He's fairly busy with his pride at the moment, but if you poke Lith I'm sure there's potential for RP there.



Loud, brash, honest and very observant. He is a tall cub, inheriting his height from both his god-born mother and his giant father. More than happy to brawl with his siblings and fight to defend his honor and the honor of his friends and family, Hakon is trusting, optimistic, fun loving and virtuous to a fault. He will grow into a warrior par excellence and has a natural ability to inspire trust and loyalty in people through being honest, upstanding and true.



Following in the pawprints of her father, Eir is a gentle giant. She values words more than actions and isn't very impressed by all the fighting and roughhousing that is common within the Stormborn. With a deep sense of helping others ingrained in her from birth, Eir will strive to be a Lawspeaker to help maintain the balance and justice that sometimes seems to be lacking within the pride she calls home. She'll be supportive of her family but won't stand for nonsense or ruthlessness, qualities she deems worthy of no living creature.



Graceful and generous, she tries her hardest to be the proper Stormborn Lady, and she generally succeeds. She listens to others, helps those in need and works hard for her family and friends. But under the graciousness is a strong heart and a stubborn streak a mile wide. If roused, she has a wicked temper and no fear of the fight, willing to plunge headlong into a brawl. She is an extremely talented fighter, having trained with several of the most prominent Captains and Reavers in the pride, as well as by her brother Hakon. But she tries to be dignified and noble most of the time, living up to the stories of the Great Ladies in myth and legend that she loved to listen to whenever the pride Bards gave into her badgering.

Personality: Competitive, fiery-spirited, boastful, not good with humility. She often takes her words and competitive spirit too far, and can stomp on other's feelings without meaning too, but then when they get upset she doesn't know how to apologize, so she just gets mad at them; "don't be so sensitive! You're too thin-skinned, grow a backbone!" Because apologizing or admitting she was wrong is just... Unthinkable! She isn't evil, though, just...a brat.

Name: Ridderlighet
Meaning: Chivalry (Swedish)
Future Rank: Reaver
Personality: Although his appearance clearly comes from his mom's side of his family. Ridderlighet's personality is very much like his father's. He lives with a large sense of duty on his shoulders. He tends to hold himself to a higher standard than anyone else. He has a lot of pride in his home and would do anything to make it a better place. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body. While he will grow to be a Reaver he does it out of a sense of duty to the pride. The thralls he takes on will be to save them for a poor situation, he would never forcibly take someone from their home and make them work for him. Instead he finds lions that have a life that sucks and attempts to make it better by bringing them home with him.
Extra: The other thing that Ridderlighet seems to have gotten from his father is a love of females and children. As a reaver he will spend a fair amount of time in the pride. While he enjoys spending his time with ladies if he can he will stick around to see if any cubs come (or at least check back with the female) and if possible he will bring cubs home with home. He wants to have a huge family.

Meaning: Cow, Old Norse

Personality: Growing up, where Hakon is tall, she's... round. Beyla struggles with her weight and appearance among her handsome and beautiful and tall siblings. She works extra hard to prove herself and is her toughest critic. She trains as often as she can, even as a cub, sparring with other freeborn children. She has god blood, for goodness sake, she needs to be worthy of it, and worthy of being a reaver in a pride that is so tough on females. She seeks wisdom and comfort from her mother, but mostly her grandmother. Sebor won't spare her feelings but Beyla knows its only out of love and not unkind.

When she grows into an adult, that's when puberty changes and her wideness becomes tallness. Her height rivals that of any god-born lion around. She's taller than most male Stormborn. She never had it easy interacting with boys when she was a plump little cub, but now it's awkward for another reason. Male Stormborn don't often like to be shown up, even if it's an issue they can't control, like how tall they grew.

So she's never really considered marriage or settling down. She's still too busy training.
