A certain glowing booth captures your attention. Cool colors glow all over its banner, equipment and decor. A few trolls are organizing the bowling equipment and the booth owner seems to be drawing more and more stars around it as well as star clusters and other celestial bodies to capture others attention as well. The seadweller stops painting for a moment and looks at you, she doesn't look enthusiastic compared to other booth owners, yet she isn't stopping anyone from approching her or her booth! Maybe she's expecting you to come forward and have some fun!

**Quick note, there is no word count minimum! This policy is ONLY for the Glow-ling game and might change so WATCH OUT.**
"Welcome to Intergalactic Glow-ling! It's a basic game of Ger-bowling, maybe not... I'm against hurting those little gerbils for sports so instead of using them, we'll be using glowing bowling balls!" The game is simple: Glow-ling is divided into ten rounds or frames. In a frame, each player is given three opportunities to knock down the targets, glowing pins. This game is played in the dark so watch out for the gutters!
To sum up, your objective is to knock down all the pins you can in a 10 frame game and you are allow to roll three times per day!!!
Roll 10d10 to get the amount of pins you've knocked down per game. In general, one point is scored for each pin that is knocked over. So if a player bowls over three pins with the first shot, then six with the second, the player would receive a total of nine points for that frame. If a player knocks down nine pins with the first shot, but misses with the second, the player would also score nine. When a player fails to knock down all ten pins after their second ball it is known as an open frame.
Since two tries are given through frames, you can break down the number to its simplest form to obtain how many pins you've knocked down per frame. This is optional and possibly useful for RPs and interactions. In the player forms, you'll see the scores broken down (0,0) yet you are allowed to put the whole number.
In the first frame, Wannabe Player rolled a 5. To know what they got for their first and second try, you break the number down! In this case, you break it into 3,2! Now let's look at their third frame. Wannabe Player rolled a 1, which can't be broken-down. In that case, they've only knocked down one pin, the "broken-down" result would be 1,0 or 0,1-- meaning the ball fell in one of the gutters. Last, let's take a look at Wannabe Player's eight frame, they rolled a 10... must they break it down into 5,5 [SPARE] or get a well deserved STRIKE?
To obtain a strike, you must generate a 10 in more than one frame. If you score ten on two frames, it means you got a strike! Think of it as a 2:1 ratio, for every 2 TENs generated you earn ONE STRIKE.
To obtain a SPARE, you must generate at least one 10 in a frame!
Calculating your final score: Remember one point is scored for each pin that is knocked over. So if the player knocked down 3 points on their first ball and 3 points on their second ball, they earned 6 points. Just as if they only knocked 6 pins-- they still earned 6 points as it'd be considered as (6,0). Yet when you have a strike or a spare... the calculations slightly changes. This is why calculating the total dice roll is disregarded.
The total score from these throws would be [7 + 3 + 4 (<= bonus) = 14] for the first frame and [4 + 2 = 6] giving a total of 20 points.
Easy Right? If you are not willing to calculate all of that on your own, you can use this handy tool to save you some time!

Perhaps Glow-ling isn't your thing, or maybe other things are preventing you from playing-- What! You already wasted your three chances! You did waste them, didn't you? Oh wow, I am so disappointed... However, care to try out another game?
The young seadweller looks cautiously around and walks behind the booth to grab something. She later appears with a small box filled with virtual reality glasses and hands one to you. Whether your immediately try them on or hesitate, or even look strangely at the young highblood, is up to you.
Choose wisely:
As soon as you accept and adjust the glasses to your face, someone clubs your head with a bowling pin and drags your motionless body away.....
In case you are looking for more fun, this is the CYOA Game! Polair has given you the chance to try out a new simulation game that she may or may not come up with! There isn't a right or wrong choice, but definitely some are just better than others. Each post containing your option must include min 100 words. Also your troll is on their own, no one can help them out, and no lusii trying to save or make safe choices for your little wigglers. (In other words, they are responsible for their actions.)
For choosing an option and filling the word count quota, you generate 1 ticket to exchange prizes in the Glow-ling Prize Booth!! Plus you also generate tickets for CYOA related prizes as well!!!
CYOA currency is ☾Oxygen Levels☽, everyone starts off with 10 O², a tank full of Oxygen! Yet it's possible to earn more throughout the game. If a player reaches 0 they might experience Ebullism, due to space exposure, and feel the lack of oxygen in their systems. In sum- in space, they’ll most likely swell up, pass out and their lungs might explode. Lovely.
If you don't take an option for a day, your ☾Oxygen Level☽ will go down by 4. Also you might have to chose a certain path, and they might make you lose more O². Remember to include your choice at the top of your post and use the form to keep track of your movements!!

Somehow... Your block's temperature seemed to die down slowly. Whatever you were doing a few moments back, someone forced you to stop doing so. You may feel dizzy, sick, nauseated, and most of all freezing. Not even the sound of a loud crash startled you thanks to a certain chemical smell infesting the air. Another crash, your body reacts to it yet you only feel a cold and hard surface in front of you-- a glass surface. Moments later, the sound of an alarm wakes you up, yet the noise doesn't come from your alarm clock but rather from the space pod....
Space pod?
With eyes wide open, you noticed you are inside some kind of transparent recuperacoon. The slime that u Kept you asleep has leaked out of your confinement and now only your lower half is covered by it. You frantically hit the glass with your fists, hearing the glass slowly crack only makes you use more force. You keep hitting it, even when your hands started to bleed, you kept banging the glass until you broke it.
Definitely, you weren't expecting this at all. What were you doing here? More importantly, who dragged you here? Many questions made their way into your skull. You also try to remember the last thing you were doing however, you don't remember. Wherever you are right now, you see a few drawers, a cabinet, multiple doors and a keypad next to what could be the exit. You hear a loud THUD and look towards the direction the sound came from and seconds later, chills crawl up your spinal cord. You nervously scratch a horn as you try to make a decision. Indeed you have to do something to get out of here....
What will you do?
[A.1] ==> Look around.
[A.2] ==> Look outside the window.
[A.3] ==> Sit down, analyze the situation and your horrible luck as you sadly reflect on your life.
[FRAME ONE (1,1)] | [FRAME TWO (3,3)] | [FRAME THREE (2,2)] | [FRAME FOUR (4,3)] | [FRAME FIVE (5,5)] | [FRAME SIX (1,1)] | [FRAME SEVEN (2,1)] | [FRAME EIGHT (1,0)] | [FRAME NINE (STRIKE)] | [FRAME TEN (4,4)]
There was no doubt in her mind that she would be going into this booth. Not even a moment after seeing the glowing lights and shining stars, she was simply there. Etsali didn't waste time wondering whether she wanted to play or not, she just nodded along happily to the instructions, eyes still wandering from bowling ball to pin to ceiling stars, and then she'd taken a ball and watched it roll. She couldn't really remember enough of the rules to know if she was doing it right, but she tried to keep a tally of how lights she put out each time and kept going. She liked this one.
[FRAME ONE (2,1)] | [FRAME TWO (3,3)] | [FRAME THREE (4,5)] | [FRAME FOUR (5,4)] | [FRAME FIVE (2,1)] | [FRAME SIX (4,4)] | [FRAME SEVEN (1,1)] | [FRAME EIGHT (2,1)] | [FRAME NINE (3,2)] | [FRAME TEN (4,4)]
Etsali had expected to do a little better the second go round, once she'd had some practice and had brushed up on what exactly she was doing, but unfortunately she hadn't managed even one strike this time. Maybe she was still too distracted, hmmm. Maybe what she needed to do was...play again.
[FRAME ONE (1,0)] | [FRAME TWO (1,1)] | [FRAME THREE (5,5)] | [FRAME FOUR (3,4)] | [FRAME FIVE (3,3)] | [FRAME SIX (1,1)] | [FRAME SEVEN (1,0)] | [FRAME EIGHT (2,2)] | [FRAME NINE (5,4)] | [FRAME TEN (5,4)]
It was really a shame she couldn't sneak one of these bowling balls into her bag. Too heavy, too big. The seadweller running the booth would definitely notice. She pondered over it a while as she played her last game, no strikes again, and then decided she would keep mulling over the problem for a while. She'd have a solution sometime after she turned in her results for tickets, surely! Definitely after she tried that other game. (55 points here)
Keionx frowned at the darkened, glowing booth. It unnerved her, in an awesomely beautiful way, like the night sky at the peak of busthind, or the expanse of stars at the harvest festival. That there was a seadweller involved made it even more ominous, but Keionx felt confident. Though the effects of her coffee were dying down a little, she still felt emboldened and ready to go and she, as Xionek Heronn, could do whatever this seadweller and their bear lusus were offering.
Initially, the glow bowling interested her... until she saw trolls with a virtual reality set. She'd never had one of her own - her adventures had always been real or imagined, never artificial. However... She was intrigued. "I would like to try..." she said, in the deep voice she used for Xionek's persona, "If I may..."
The highblood gave her the glasses, and she was suddenly...
Attacked.
☾I'm exploringtheUnknown!☽ Path: A.1 Keionx stirred in dwindling slime, eyes opening to an... alarm? Keionx had no alarms. Her surroundings were unfamiliar, and she was confined... she knew that she needed to get out. That much was important. She slammed at the glass shielding her from the outside, again and again, striking it with her not-inconsiderable strength. Her hands hurt, but there was nothing she could do confined. Had she been captured? Had she been found? She was barely a criminal, and yet she still faced the same dangers as the other Pheonix Initiative Members.
If she had been captured, then perhaps something had gone wrong in her containment. If so... then this was her chance to escape. She shoved at it, and it crashed open, freeing her into an open place. It was more metallic, this place, than Keionx would have liked, but it was at least out. Warily, she looked around, taking note of her surroundings, her senses on high alert.
Thud
Her seeking around in her surroundings became a more focused search for a weapon. She refused to be without one with such a disturbing sound, in such a disturbing place...
Where was she?!

Etsali wandered back up to the counter of the booth, offering the young seadweller a smile as she handed over the scores from her glowling games and collected her tickets. She was sure she'd heard a mention of another game and, well, this booth was just so shiny that she couldn't resist giving whatever it was a try as well! Some sort of virtual reality game wasn't quite what she was expecting, but she shrugged it off and slipped on the weird glasses. She hummed, adjusting them to settle more comfortable on her face and then-
A blow from behind and she was-
☾I'm exploringtheUnknown!☽ Path: A.4
Cold. Nauseous. Confused. Etsali blinked her eyes open, head pounding with the blaring of an alarm, and gasped in a quick, horrified breath. She immediately gagged on the chemical smell of the pod, and she could see now that that was she was in, some kind of space pod whose slime had leaked out while she was unconscious. She needed...She needed to get out. It was a long, painful while before the glass broke under her panicked beating.
Finally, though, she was free, and she had to fight to keep her breathing even as she gave the room a quick glance over. She couldn't remember what she'd been doing before this, anything about how she might have gotten here, but...THUD. She jumped, eyes shooting towards the source of the sound, and bit her lip. Yeah, it didn't matter how she got here. What mattered was how she was getting out.
But...if there was a weapon in here, that was a start too. Or a key for that door. Determined, she started for the cabinet to rifle through it. There had to be something.
