Kian smirked towards his dueling partner, "Let me show you a more dangerous twist on that element." Runes glowing the male took the water that had hit him and twisted into an ice attack against his opponent....

"You will be finished now!" Both mages, however, had taken a good brunt of hits from each other. Rather than training their first duel had turned into more of a grudge match. After their recent argument both had let all of their frustrations out on each other. Still as Kian held onto his injured side he had to give it to the boy. He had some good natural talent and perhaps in time they could truly be on par with each other.
Maybe...
