This is a revamp of my accepted quest here, with a few minor details changed!

His personality is exactly the same, but the species and appearance have shifted to be more updated.

Nicknames: Wendy

Attached to: No one; will be determined through RP. If attained, he'll probably start off living with Fritz

Alignment: White Moon Senshi

Blood Type: AB

Fav. Food: Peanut butter. Yes he knows it gets stuck to the roof of his mouth, and yes he knows it's sticky and will probably make him look like an idiot attempting to eat it, but for he loves the taste of it anyway.

Hated Food: Any sort of noodles; stuff with that kind of texture (he finds it gross). And milk; he much prefers just simple water than to thick cream or milk.

Hobbies:

Debating - Regardless of who he's with or what they're talking about, Wendell has a habit of trying to turn everything into a heated debate. He loves arguing just for the sake of arguing, and sticking his opinion into anything and everything possible is a favorite pasttime of his. Of course, it doesn't always work out - if he's told to just shut up and listen he'll do it good naturedly.

Even if he's still arguing in his head, just not out loud anymore.
Playing games - Wendell has a habit of slipping in and out of sight whenever he has the opportune moment. Playing an impromptu game of hide and seek is one of his most loved games. The only problem is...he's not very good at it. Most of the time he picks places that are in plain sight, or just really dumb. He does, however, know when and where to be serious - having a game of hide and seek in the middle of a heated battle, for example, is not exactly a good idea.
Movies - Wendell has a great love for the classics - curling up on the couch and watching an old black and white movie, or just one that he deems a classic in general, is a delight to him, since he loves watching how humans interact on screen. He has a rather annoying habit of being one of those cats that enjoys quoting lines from movies; and not only that, but he is outrageously flirtatious in regards to the quotes. If he can use a movie quote as a pick up line, he'll go for it.

Of course, he's never really very serious about his flirtations - at least not in cat form, though he'll still bat his eyes adoringly at you just because he can.

Virtues:

Gentlemanly - Wendell is always ready to offer you his assistance in whatever it is that you may need or even want - though obviously as a cat, his abilities are rather limited. However, he will still do his best to make sure that you are well taken care of, in spite of the fact that he has four legs, paws, and a tail, rather than two legs and two arms to do things with.
Confident - It's not just that he's loyal; once Wendell believes something, that belief is absolute when it comes to people. When he's around senshi, he'll pep talk them, push them to believe in themselves - whether or not they actually will do it is up to them entirely, but Wendell's resolute support is not something he gives freely. He builds up his views of people and carefully considers all aspects - and once he sees what someone is capable of, he will do everything in his power to better them and to make them feel like they can do it.
Quick learner - He picks things up really fast; Wendell has this weird, innate ability of being able to memorize things more rapidly than most. This isn't to say he'll be good at them - just that he knows the information, regardless of what he can do with it. He's very intelligent, and does enjoy spouting off random facts from time to time, but his memory is extremely good. He doesn't easily forget things.

Flaws:

Black and white viewpoint - Wendell is not a cat who trusts easily; trust must be gained carefully and respectfully. In fact, this makes him rather distrustful at times, since he doesn't easily open himself up to anyone. And when that trust is broken, there is almost nothing you can do to gain it back. Wendell's almost excessive anger when it comes to breaking his trust makes it extremely difficult for him to ever like someone who has done that again.
Blunt - Though he will do everything he can to assist you in what you do, Wendell does not sugarcoat or pussyfoot around things. He will give you the truth, straight up, no lies or beating around the bush. Sometimes this can be a good thing, but a good portion of the time he doesn't take into consideration the feelings around this. He's blunt and straightforward, sometimes insulting because of this, and he has no real filter. He's determined and confident, and he will be loyal and helpful, but in Wendell's mind, that doesn't necessarily mean being subtle. Wendell is about as subtle as a brick falling on your head.
Reserved - Wendell does not easily share his feelings. While he'll tell you exactly what he thinks about you, he does not ever talk about himself or anything regarding himself. He doesn't get the whole balance idea of "you help me, I'll help you." He will keep himself an unintentional enigma, and getting him to talk about himself is about as easy as trying to stick a cat in the bathtub. He gets argumentative - and not in a good way - and snarky, and he often times doesn't see how short tempered he can be regarding this.

Fur: Short and smooth dark brown, very soft, with a red star.

Hair: Black and pulled back into a ponytail at the base of his neck

Face: Long, narrow face, dark-skinned. Looks to be in his early to mid twenties.

Clothes: He likes layers and looks suspiciously like a pirate except he's not really a pirate
