It was quite a dreary day, rainy and overcast but, such a day couldn't get Ninfia down! Today was just the perfect day for them to do much needed shopping day and what better place to start than at Bibliophile! They were always up for looking through their selection of pet bird books but, today they also had another type of book in mind. They paused before going inside to tuck Plátano, their cockatiel, into their jacket pocket. "Be sure to be quiet mi pequeña. We don't want to get caught this time." they said giving their bird a head scratch. Normally they loved the extra attention Plátano gave them but, today they were on a special mission.
Ninfia stepped inside, looking around. They weren't exactly sure where to start, having never looked at any books besides the bird ones before. They'd probably flag down some help if they couldn't find it though.
Making their way up and down the aisles Ninfia paused in the gender and sexuality section. Perfect! Just what they were looking for! Maybe one of these would help their Lito. While he was very supportive and kind sometimes he just didn't get it. Ninfia thumbed through a few of the books on gender searching for the perfect one. None of them seemed to be in Spanish though. Pouting Ninfia sighed. Maybe they did need help after all.
