That really sucks that he just stopped talking to you.
But some people really work in mysterious ways.
When I feel sad I just sort of cuddle with my cat(if you have a pet)
or maybe even my childhood stuffed animal
and I just chill with myself.
I'm an only child and so I'm used to almost always being alone
but in some situations I used to have issues with people leaving me too.
It was something I had to get over with help from a therapist.
And while I can't say pray to God/Goddess(s/es)
Something like depression you really need to get help with.
Though it is your choice to see one or not,
and if not I can't say more then put in some loving advice.
Anyway~
I watch a lot of movies that I love when I feel sad.
Like musicals! I love me some older musicals like Sound of Music
and the likes. So watch your favorite show/movie/series
read a good fanfict or play some video games you love(if you have some).
For me that always seemed to work for the time being.
But if it doesn't I hope you can find something that does! Thank you so much for the words of encouragement.
Last night I was so close to snapping and I had to get everything off my chest.
I'm having a much better day after getting a good nights sleep and going to school. Plus I've decided to take back up writing because that always helps me.
