The evening was a blustery one. Though the calendar clearly stated it was April and that Spring was well under well it still didn’t quite feel like father winter was willing to release his hold over the city. Mind, it was certainly warmer than January, but the temperatures gave one the feeling that winter wasn’t quite done yet. Regardless of the cold, windy night Hy-Brasil was out on patrol. She’d been feeling restless and that restlessness took her well into the city and to an area she didn’t much visit.
Many of the buildings were not in the best of maintainance. Paint peeled, windows were cracked, and some buildings looked down right run down, but Hy-Brasil didn’t much care. Normally she opted to keep to areas she knew well but something inside of her almost wanted her to find trouble. And truthfully, what better place to find a possible youma or nega than in such a run down part of the city?
Stopping on top of an old brick building that was, truthfully in much better shape than many of it’s neighboring ones, Hy paused. Blue eyes cast around in the dark as she tried to pick out any moving shapes below. Immediately her head snapped off to the left when she felt the flicker of a signature similar in strength to her own but with that, now, all-too familiar dark feeling that indicated chaos and it wasn’t far away.
Hy wasted no time in hunting down the signature which eventually led her to a dimly lit street.

Crocoite was on his first patrol alone, and not quite sure what to do with himself. His corruption had been an interesting endeavor, but he was actually glad for this chance to explore a power he had never even known existed until now.
He was meant to collect energy. He knew that much. He reported to the woman that corrupted him, General Painite, which was not a problem. But he wanted to learn a lot of things on his own, and was eager to start experimenting with the limits of his new power.
A strange feeling prickled at the back of his neck, then grew like a weight in his stomach. It made him feel a bit sick, and he did not like it. He looked around, but could not spot what was making him feel so uncomfortable, but t was not like the feeling he got when he had been awakened and was standing next to Painite.
Leaning on his cane, he came to a stop and closed his eyes, feeling the strange sensation getting closer. So. This was how he could sense his enemies, or perhaps his allies. Others like him, at any rate. He opened his eyes after a moment and turned almost leisurely, knowing the source was now standing near enough to him to come to a stop.
He spotted the knight, arching an eyebrow curiously at her. He had not met anyone from the White Moon yet, and she had the dubious honor of being the first.
"Good evening," he said coolly, nodding his head in her direction just once in greeting. He had both hands on the top of his cane, leaning slightly forward on it with the snout of the ornate crocodile head sticking out under his palm.

Blue eyes scanned over the lieutenant as he leisurely stood there gazing back at her. The lack of light proper light on the street meant Gwen had quite a hard time peering through the darkness to see if anyone was possibly an unfortunate victim to the nega agent, but she couldn't see anyone. Good. Maybe he didn't do anything...yet./i]
"Evening." She responded back as she walked towards him a bit. As she drew nearer the details of him came into more focus. She'd never seen him before so that was, possibly, a good thing.
"Out for an evening stroll?" She questioned as she stopped several feet away. The wind occasionally whipping at her hair and skirt as it blew through the street. Hy truthfully couldn't wait until the march-like winds finally came to an end. She was ready for the warmth of spring and summer. "Could have picked a better night. Tad bit windy."
Now in closer proximity to him she did another glance around the area but found no one about. Perhaps he isn't up to anything? That would be a first for me, running into a Nega who wasn't out to get something. Hell, every time Hy had a run in with an agent it always led to fighting and truthfully, she wasn't particularly sure. Was that a product of the chaos? Were they more....aggressive?
