Personality: Typically calm and cool, Kaito isn't one to lose his temper all that easily. He often teases people especially if he considers them a friend.
History: Kaito was adopted by a pair of famous musician parents when he was found on the beach as a baby. Seven years ago, when he was on a cruise ship, he met a young mermaid when he heard her singing "Legend of the Mermaid". At that moment, a colossal tidal wave hit the ship, throwing him overboard and killing his parents on the ship.
Kaito was believed to be dead once the mermaid had saved him, so the mermaid gave him her pearl to save him. After regaining his consciousness, the two developed a relationship before the little mermaid departed. Seven years later, he is living on his own. He keeps a small pendant that holds the pearl around his neck.
Weaknesses: trusting people, telling people about his crush (worried they'll laugh at him for believing in mermaids), doesn't know about his actual heritage (believes he's human)
Strengths: Surfing, math, sports

Personality: Gaito tends to come off as cold and uncaring, often staying by himself or with his brother. It can be rather difficult to figure out what he's thinking most of the time.
History: Seperated from his twin brother at birth, Gaito, after several years of isolation found his long lost twin. The two now live together.
