Rules for CoC (Coloring on Consignment):
Submitted CoC Weavers must follow all the following guidelines. You may be asked to make changes or tweeks before the Weaver will be accepted. If your Weaver does not follow the rules, you will be asked to re-submit once fixed.
[ Guide for Coloring ]
There is no limitation on the colors you can use for your Weavers. NO EDITS to the line-art are allowed, including facial expressions, items, or additional shading to to make "3D" effects such as fire, wounds or bones Healed wounds and scars are ok, as long as it doesn't change the base line-art Patterns should look "naturalish" - overly geometric shapes like polka dots, squares, checkers, etc, should be avoided. This includes things like colored-on clothing, words, or logos. These are "natural" animals, so please keep that in mind when coloring. A general rule of thumb, if it doesn't exist in the wild it probably doesn't exist in the Featherweavers: this includes special effects like glowing eyes or other bits, exposed organs, missing limbs, etc.
[ Technical Requirements ]
The full-sized, unwatermarked version must be presented as a backgroundless .png The line-art and shading must be colored Fill-effects, brushes, or stamps can be used only in small amounts, and must fit-in and flow with the line art and shading. Art theft, including tracing or overlaying photos/images is not permitted While I understand that everyone has different coloring skills, please put effort and produce quality work. CoC Weavers may be rejected if they look obviously rushed, paint-bucket filled, or missing chips/gaps in the coloring.

How "Coloring on Consignment" works for events:
Select and download the coloring templates available for the event (found in the next post). You have until June 1 to complete as many Weavers as you wish to color. If you can show proof of a WIP by June 1, you can still submit and/or tweek your Weavers until June 15.
When you finish coloring a Weaver, post the completion form. Your Weaver will be judged by Quality Control to make sure it follows the rules of the shop. All levels of colorists are encouraged to enter, as long as the technical specifications of the Weavers are followed.
After the deadline, The Shop will select which if the approved Weavers will go to Auctions, the Paid Raffle, or free events (Games, Flatsales, in-thread give-a-ways, etc).
Auction proceeds are split with the colorist at 70/30 - with 70% going to the colorist and 30% going into Shop Escrow Account
Paid Raffles will also be split 50/50, with 50% of the proceeds being split proportionally among all the colorists who had pets selected in the Paid Raffle and 50% going into the Shop Escrow.
At the end of the event, 20% of the Shop Escrow is paid to the Featherweavers account, and the remaining 70% of the Escrow "profit" is divided proportionally among every colorist who had a pet that was given away in a Free Event.
