Ah the library, Ezra's happy place. Nothing made him feel more at home than the library. The smell of books both new and old, the sound of flipping pages and hushed conversation, the feeling of an interesting textured cover. Nothing came close to bringing the small fluffy Grimm this much joy.
Usually, Ezra knew exactly what he wanted to check out as soon as he entered the doors, or at least the subject, but today wasn't one of those days. He was in an interest transition and wasn't really sure what he wanted to read about, just that he wanted to read. Maybe he could check out a crochet pattern book, though he found reading said patterns to be rather complicated, so perhaps not.
Ezra just wandered along, looking at rows and rows of books, and even peeking at what other people were reading to see if any of them caught his attention.

It wasn't uncommon for the little hybrid to be found at the library after school. Or on the weekends. Or really just any old time. Ezra loved books just as much as his dad did, and would spend just about all his free time that he was allowed to at the library.
Today, however, he was there out of necessity. He had a class book report to work on, and the little guy was having the hardest time picking between books to write it on. It was a free-reign assignment that they could chose what they would do their report on, but that just made it all the harder for the little guy to figure out what he wanted to do it on.
Sitting down with a small stack of books at one of the reading centers that was lined up together, Ezra slowly poured and skimmed through a varied selection. Though, for the current time being, he was finding himself rather caught up in an interesting fiction book revolving around strange creatures and magic. Ooooo.
