Hello everyone! Sorry for how quiet it's been on a lot of fronts. Life has been hectic for the pride owners, and we're trying to get things in order. Das Tor and NovaCracker also don't have more than mobile internet or wi-fi at Nova's parents until the 3rd, so that's when things will really start picking up!
We've got some awesome things planned for 2017, so keep your eyes peeled! The Dvergr have been welcomed into the pride proper, leopard demons are going to be a thing [though they will be rare, the specifics on this when the official IC decision is made!], a leadership rank has been added to welcome Primitus fully into the pride, and there's some other surprises coming! And plenty of chances for old Aegnor owners and newcomers to the pride to get their paws on some beautiful demons and sador!
A pridal prompts thread has been added, so check that out! It will be updated as things change and new situations arise, but it's starting out with current events! The next pridal meta ORP won't be until after the 3rd of Feb, so there's plenty of time to get some pridal RP done!
Apologies for the bad links in the memberlist at the moment. The last year has been a crazy one for Das Tor and NovaCracker, the keepers of pretty much the memberlist and the host for the images, but on the 3rd, the trouble will be fixed. If your member is missing from the list, or their demon name is missing from the demon name list, PLEASE post in the memberlist help thread!

The next meta ORP will begin on the 6th of Feb! Also, with Mix and Match month in swing, please remember that there are no hybrid breedings at current, save for when plot approved! [That WILL be changing after this month, so no worries!]

Hello Aegnor members, and SoA as a whole!
So it's come to the attention of the IC and OOC owner staff that people have developed a severely misconstrued idea of what the Demon pride is meant to be. I don't know where along the road the misconceptions came in, but we felt like it was time to reach back out to the community and make a reminder.
The Aegnor'hini (Formerly the Aikanaro'hini) was formed originally based off the video game series Devil May Cry, and the separation of Good v. Evil demons came from the dichotomy between Sparda and those who followed him, and Mundus. There were some divergences, of course. The original owners of the Pride had original ideas, and adjusted this in order to fit the SoA canon while still maintaining some of the Devil May Cry vibe.
Das Tor, Kitsune Mistress Nyoko, NovaCracker, and myself (-_Wish of Tevarae_-) have gotten quite a bit of commentary lately that has confused our pride with correlation with Judeo-Christian Demons/beliefs/customs, and we are speaking up to try to clear up that misconception. While we do use a mix of Elvish/Judeo-Christian/Other mythology names for our demons, and encourage others to do the same, the demons inside the lions do not adhere to the Mythos from which they originate. This is not a religious-inspired pride at all.
Moreso, we use the names because there is a limited window of openings in the names among the DMC/Bayonetta crossed Universe for us to use, so we encourage looking to other demons/dark entities to draw naming inspiration from. We never encouraged action/reaction based on the idea of a 'Judeo-Christian' Demon. We never encouraged TRUE EVIL demons. Dark, sure, but there are TOS to abide by, and most of us (especially among the ownership staff) are not comfortable passing the lines of 'Dark'. We also allow for IC repercussion for IC action.
In the coming months, we may be making a more distinctive move back to the inspiration of the pride, and try to help draw the line a little more clearly. We apologize for any misconceptions, and hope this clears things up.

Hello everyone, Das Tor here!
I wanted to apologize for the quiet on behalf of the entire pride owners. Life has been crazy, to say the least, and after a few other things begin being slotted into place in mine and NovaCracker's RL, things will again start happening IC. There will be a number of back-RP events and ORPs, and plenty of chances to get things going again. Those of us in the owners will do what we can to help folks figure things out, as we never intended for this long hiatus of....frankly painful proportions.
