BACKSTORY/BACKGROUND
A brief overview of their life so far
Arianna has had a difficult life although up to a certain point in her freshling years she was a happy little girl who laughed and played with her sister, her twin. Life seemed perfect living with her twin sister, Arianne although her coloring is light as to her dark. Her loving parents, her Mother is a Baphomet and her Father is a Fey (Solar), and they got along very well. Or so she thought until one fateful day:
One day she overheard her parents arguing over something that she just could not make out their voices were muffled then loud then muffled again as if trying to stay quiet as not to disturb the children. Scared she ran to her twin and they huddled together in their room while the voices got angrier and louder, then a loud bang of the door and silence then a few moments later came a soft crying sound. Arianna could not help but worry so she slipped off the bed and opened the door to see her Mother crying sitting at their dining table. She walked over and gave her a hug but it did not help. Her Mother was crying uncontrolably by then and her face was wet from the shed tears. Arianna felt helpless, her twin, Arianne came over to give comfort as well hoping to help in her own way. It seemed an eternity they stood there hugging their Mother, before she got up and cooked them dinner. They ate silently since no one dared ask where their Father was. They went to bed early that night and when Arianna awoke in the morning, both her Sister and her Father were gone. She first thought they were outside but when she climbed out of her bed she noticed her sisters belongings were gone and on the table between their bed was a note for her from her sister.

Tears welled up in her eyes as now she only had her Mother but her twin the other half of her soul was gone as well. She was not only her twin but her best friend and she felt hopeless standing there. She then knew what pain felt like since her heart felt like it was breaking, falling to the floor she laid there sobbing for how long she could not recall until her Mother came in and gently picked her up and rocked her telling her it would all work out just had to have faith.

How their status as an orphan or non-orphan has effected them
Since she was not an orphan her views on her races is different from most, she was given all the information possible in regards to the races. Her Mother gave her books about the races, etiquette, governments and gods. She was one of the lucky ones as she had access to knowledge within her grasp whenever she wished and she would lose herself in books for hours on end.
Her Mother gave her all the love she could and provided everything she would ever need or want except her Sister and Father back in her life. Arianna accepted that and faced each day with renewed hope one day she would see them both again. Her interest in the Seasons became more apparent as she grew from Freshling to Junior to Senior. She strived to learn about them every aspect and was determined to fetter out any hidden information whether it was animal, plant, ground or weather/temperature related as long as it was impacted by the Seasons she was interested.
One event that changed their life or effected them
Besides how she lost her Sister and Father the only other event that really effected them was:
Running through the wooded area close to her home one glorious summer day she came upon clear pool of water that was rippling as if someone or something just swam through. Curious she hid behind a tree trunk and waited. Not to long in her wait a young Freshling Nixie appeared, hauled themselves up on the sides of the water and stretched out sighing.
For some odd reason Arianna found this fascinating, it was almost as if that Nixie was worshipping the Seasons. She thought that was a odd thing to think but it was there in front of her, she could not deny that the Nixie was enjoying the breeze, the sun and the cool water where their tail was lazily dipping in making swirls. Wanting to feel like that one day, she suddenly realized that she wanted to study the Seasons to see if they affected others like it affected this Nixie! Smiling she turned and silently walked off back towards ther house to find any book on the Seasons and get to reading.
How they feel about their race and house
To be honest she knows more about her Baphomet half then her Fey (Solar) half of her race. Her Mother has told her all about their government, the Rexes, their values and customs, their family units, their worshipping of the Nine and the before and after of the 50 Year War.
She will admit to knowing more about the Baphomet race then the Fey race, she has done some research into her Father's people and is intrigued by what she has read. The most intriguing part of her Fey heritage is the flower that grows from the heart. She was always curious as to why she had that and her Mother never really explained it either except to take careful care of it, it is damaged she could die was all she was told. The courting rituals was also interesting to her, since she was now old enough to find a mate she was exceptionally apprehensive about knowing how the Fey race handled romanatic situations. She did not want to do something that came natural to her and be embarassed since she did not know she could.
She adores her house, it suits her perfectly. Her studies keeps her busy, as does her past times. She is a excellent student, does not like to mess up her school work although there are times her lateness gets her in trouble.
Their goals in life
To become a expert in the Seasons. There is so much to learn about which season brings to the world and why. How each effects the enviroment, weather, animals, plants, the races of the world of below. It is intriguing to her to see the functionality of each season as it coralates into transitioning into the next.
Ari knows this will be alot of hard work, she will have to graduate from all three universities in order to get a degree in each subject she will need for her studies. Botany, Biology, Weather, Chemistry, Science, Animals, Geology, and a few other subjects. She has prepared herself for a long and tedious journey to obtain the necessary knowledge in order to pursue her love of the Seasons.
