 The old king sat at the location where he was suppose to meet Hetal. Nilakanta had been founded by Emi- Whom, was his grand-daughter and the new leader of the Kuroi'Nera. Although he hadn't seen one of his oldest- she did find information on the whereabouts of Hetal, and gave him the location. Maybe she wasn't going to make it, maybe she was attacked, or even worse. Didn't want to see him. A pang in his chest made him feel choked up. 'Hetal...' He thought, surely he had thought she died when the pride went in to ruin, she made it. Somehow, that made him feel almost empowered. Especially when his grandfather told him that Hetal had begun the pride again, although it fell. She was a leader, like he had been. Then, another different kind of proudness came when he found out about Janja'Nyoka. He hadn't known of her existence, and now whenever her whereabouts would come in, he wanted to make it a point to meet her, but today. Was about meeting Hetal...
The informants of the ''Nera had sent word to Hetal, and explained that it was a powerful old cheetah she would be meeting. Likewise, they didn't tell her his name, nor where he wanted. Just that a meeting was set up.. Would she come?
The now graying, older cheetah wondered, if she did come, would she be surprised? Would she hate him for being alive and not falling like the rest of the pride? What she thought he abandoned her? He had left his now mate behind, she was not relevant to this moment and he didn't want to give off the wrong impression. He wanted to be alone.
His head held high, his body tense with anticipation.

 Hetal had received a strange message from a messenger saying that an powerful older cheetah wanted to meet with her. She had flip flopped back and forth on whether or not she would come out and meet this cheetah. She had just settled herself and her family into a new colony. Not to mention she and her mate had decided they wanted to have another litter before they were too old to have any more cubs.
Her curiosity had gotten the best of her though and she decided that she would always be curious who this cheetah was if she didn't leave her colony to see what they wanted from her. She kept her head held high as she trudged towards the designated meeting spot.

Her name is Hetal, her name is Hetal. He couldn't forget. How could he, her blessed mother named her. Ears went flat against his skull when he rose up and heard the small familiar call out to him that he seen someone. As soon as she came in to view, he had to stop himself from rushing over, when she came close enough, he examined her features. It was like her mother.
His tail flicking now in anticipation.
"Hetal'Aspsia."
He called. Hoping that maybe she would remember him. She was but a kit when they all had to scatter and hide. The old cheetah could almost hear the screams while she approached, slowly he walked forward til he was in view as well.

The breath rushed out of Hetal's lungs when she saw the male cheetah. She hadn't seen him in years, not since she was just a little baby but it was a face that had stayed with her for the rest of her life. She gasped for air her eyes filling with tears. She had never known if her dad was dead or alive but here he was standing before her.
"Daddy" she said in nothing more than a whisper. The female cheetah was strong and tough but now that her dad was standing before her it was like she was back in cubhood. She couldn't believe her eyes. She was frozen in her spot. Shock seizing her muscles when all she wanted to do was rush to her father but at the same time was unable to move towards him.

She had almost forgotten how she sounded, but when she called out 'daddy' it was instinctual when he trotted to her, and came in to arms length. He circled her and looked her over. It was her, and her markings, now fully developed. Swelling with pride and an abundance of joy, he stood in front of her. He was old, and it showed in the cheetahs features but behind his grey fur patches, his eyes began to water just a little. He wouldn't admit it though.
"It, has been a while, hasn't it." His voice was deep yet soft.
Would he be able to hug her, hold her? He didn't know, but he was more than a little scared to be rejected, he didn't know if his heart could handle it.
"May I?" He lifted his arms just a little in hopes that she would let him hug hold her.
He remembered when she was too young to hold, he was afraid of breaking her. Now, he heard that she had once, led a whole pride.
