Personality: Easy going and laid back, he'd rather catch some Z's before doing any work. He's the kind of guy who follows the rule of "if its not broken, don't fix it". During battles he does get a little more serious, helping his meister finish the job quick and clean.
History: Simon was a weapon for hire for many years of his life but grew tired of being used for greed and revenge. He decided that if he was to be used, it needed to have a purpose that he would agree to. He decided to join the Academy in search for a suitable Meister, even if they were a child. While he is not doing classes, he likes to scout out places to build a comic book store.

----Abilities and Techniques Information----
Viper Strike
- The bullets curve at an ungodly angle, making it very useful to aim around objects and flank an enemy. Only on pistol can do this at once, requiring a 1 post cool down.
Metal Flower Burst
- The bullet when fired, splits into a dozen fragments, making the firing range wider and dealing damage on a bigger scale. The fragments are smaller and don't do as much damage as intact bullet would do.
